I love jersey mikes. The guys that work in this store are super nice! Kevin gave me a smile and was courteous. He made sure I had everything I needed! Even after I sat down to eat my sub...he had a smile on his face for every customer after that. You couldn't ask for a better employee than that! I will keep coming back to this location. My experience was phenomenal at Jersey Mikes. I got off a plane and happened to drive by Jersey Mikes. My husband an I decided to stop. This was our very first time there and it was fantastic. I have had Jersey Mike's before. It's really good in Jersey. Just had it at the Killeen location - I paid online. Ordered a GIANT California Club. I am disappointed, it's mostly just bread. I got the gluten free bread ($3 extra) I ordered extra bacon (there is hardly any bacon on the sub. Basically they load the sub with shredded lettuce to make it look full. Paid over $20 for a sandwich and should have gotten the ingredients myself and just made 5 days worth of sandwiches for that price. I would save your money. I read reviews but tried this as there aren't too many 'healthy' fast food options in the area. On cleanliness: The door was full of fingerprints and I was probably the second customer of the morning. Which means they just don't clean handles and windows and maybe even counters .. with a deadly flu going around you want your location to be squeaky clean. The floors were wet and it smelled of cleaning supplies and old meats. There's definitely nothing deliciously inviting about this location. The people working were nice and pleasant and made good small talk. But I was more focused on having my sandwich perfect since I only eat out once or twice a month and would have chosen otherwise had I known the quality here. read more

I went to Jersey Mike's for my birthday email meal, which included a drink and half sub for free. Teresa (cashier) was very friendly and welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable. She eagerly took my email and told me what sandwiches applied for it. The sandwich was prepared perfectly and was served in a timely manner. First tried this place in SC. The discovered we had one here, thanks to a friend of mine. I love this place. Never gone to Subway ever since. They pack it with meat. Their toppings though are a little short. I would love some black olives and fresh spinach. I normally go for cold subs but I tried a chicken parm once and was very displeased. Best customer service and food that I've had all week! Hands down! I love their app. It makes dinner planning after softball practice too easy! I love the classic ham and provolone, but I don't have them put the spices on it (as the oregano is not a favorite). Just the oil and vinegar. I like the upbeat staff and the place is always clean. In fact, the 7 inch sub is so big, I get two meals out of it! read more

great sandwich. i had the classic/traditional..it was by fat the tastiest sub i have had in a while..the store is smaller..and the staff was kinda pushy on how you should top/order your fixins on the sub..they said " this is the only way you should eat it"..which isnt how i wanted it..but they did what i asked with no issues..they cut the meat fresh with each order however they use the counter to build it..no butcher paper, no boards.they slide your sub across a marble counter picking up whatever may be on it.. read more
