I walked in to check if my order was ready I was very aware I was early but decided it wouldn't hurt to check. The cashier told me it's not ready mam we will call your name when it's ready. I sat dawn. The slim build guy with glasses and ear piercings (I'm not sure why they don't have name tags) decided he was going to announce to the entire jersey mikes after I was already seated patiently waiting for my sandwich which was extremely busy and say she is 20 minutes early. This restaurant is a bit on the small side. The staff was very helpful in answering my questions about their new gluten free bread! The gluten free bread is individually sealed/packed and it you want to get a smaller size they will still have to charge for the whole roll. They don't keep them around if not used as a whole due to cross contamination concerns. I have no issue paying a little more to enjoy a fresh sandwich again. The dining area was a bit messy, I believe I had just went in after the lunch time rush. However there were some staff that weren't actively working with a customer or behind the counter who could have likely cleaned up. That's the only reason they get 4 stars. read more

This is by far the worst establishment I've ever ate at in my whole entire life the customer service is horrible. My sister and I went to grab lunch and the sandwich artist were very unprofessional. They didn't greet us when we walked in and they basically took care of everyone but us . They didn't ask me what I wanted on my chicken Philly bowl . They just gave me my food without bag They were talking over my sister's food breathing and hurrying over it laughing. The location for this sandwich shop is perfect! There is a good view of traffic, it is easy to get to and parking is convenient. The prices for this chain are always high but it is good quality meats. My Italian tasted good and my moms meatball was tasty and hot. For the location being new they are off to a good start as business was booming while we were there around 5pm. Come on by for a tasty sub! read more

I called this Jersey Mike's last minute to help with a party I was having. I literally forgot to order food, and only had about an hour to spare. These guys jumped right on it and the box was ready in about a half hour. I was so rushed when I picked up the box that I forgot to pick up the chips and drinks. When he realized my mistake, the general manager personally delivered the chips and drinks to the party, which was pretty far way. You just don't get service like that anymore. I wish that I could give them less than zero stars! I couldn't even tell you if the food is good, because I am so pissed off at the level of service. I ordered online and thought that I had pressed curbside pick up because I broke my knee and have a hard time walking anywhere. So i pulled up in curbside, call in to say I'm here and the gentleman said we have it as pick up not curbside. I explain that I have broken my knee and apologize for maybe getting it wrong but I asked if someone could just run it out to me after which he says, " we're busy helping customers and your order doesn't say curbside so you need to come in and pick it up". I literally almost pleaded to him because my pain was on level 10 but I was hungry and just so happened to pick a restaurant who's employees... Number one... Have no compassion and number two... Don't consider you a customer I guess when you order online. I work in the healthcare industry, and I always go out of my way to make sure that our patients who are like customers, are well taken care of, and if I need to help in anyway... I always do. Customer service is everything and I will refer or return based on that alone. So I must say, based on the level of professionalism I just received from the handling of this incident, the customer service meets that same high quality! Absolutely delicious sandwich, well made, they listened to everything I said and brought out new onions when the ones that were out didn't seem to be up to their standards. Most places if you try to get a sandwich at noon (since everyone gets out for lunch) it'll basically take your entire lunch to get that mediocre sandwich. I just visited this location and had such a fabulous sandwich well part of a fabulous sandwich. I love the big kahuna with added extra tomatoes extra mayo and the sliced banana peppers. This is my second time ordering it like that and I am very happy with the result. For those who understand the reference it reminds me of a D'Angelo's number nine pocket. This was my favorite pocket for 24 years I lived in Rhode Island. What I would like particularly to note is that the people who work at Jersey Mike's house in University and across-the-board lovely: good sense of humor smart hard-working efficient and kind. This is now my go to sandwich shop I have another location which is closer to me but if I'm out and about I'll come here if I'm closer to home I will go there. Today 03/20/23 around 1:58 pm my sister and I decided to grab some lunch from Jersey Mikes I ordered 2 Regular Philly Steaks my sister ordered a Chicken Philly bowl first of all customer service is not good all they do is talk and its very unsanitary to have a conversation while making someone's food we're still in covid ... then after my sandwiches were made the guy making them continued to talk to his co-worker while my food just set there i'm very disappointed then they made my sister bowl didn't ask her what she wanted inside the bowl they just handed her the bowl with just meat and cheese they didn't offer her a bag once my sandwiches were finally wrapped after they're conversation was over the guy at the cashier just handed them to me... ii had my 2 month old baby in my arms ii had to ask for a bag which should have been offered to me just overall this location is extremely horrible they need to be trained on customer service and also take the food handlers course over because you shouldn't laugh and talk over peoples food smh read more

By far the worst location I've been to. Regardless of day, time, or global health crises, the staff is consistently rude, dismissive, and unfriendly. They don't put in any effort to welcome you; no please, no thank you, no sorry about that. Came here multiple times on a slow day and the guy at the front literally did not acknowledge me for 15 minutes. When I first arrived I asked for a club sub giant and they prepared it with only turkey. when I asked where is the ham they said it didn't come with it and proceeded to tell me the ham would be extra if I wanted it. I then told them that on the menu it says it comes with ham they then apologized and fixed my sandwich. My second sandwich was a Turkey and provolone with avocado. When I got home and started eating my sandwich I noticed that it was old and brown avocado that they had put on my sandwich which was disgusting the lettuce was old and tomatoes were soggy!!!!. My dad and I came in around 2pm for lunch and the place was packed with a long line and a ton of mobile orders... didn't mind the line since I'm pretty patient when it comes to food, but I had to come on here and give them a good rating because even though they were swamped they provided phenomenal service! The manager was stressing as I could imagine but still kept his composure and had a great attitude taking everyone's orders. Also I have to mention the person who finished making our subs and rang up our order at the register, this man needs a raise!! Outstanding service, I felt bad having to tell him how we wanted the subs completed because he was doing three things at once and I'm listing off toppings for multiple subs... but to my surprise he nailed it all while topping online orders at the same time, ringing people up, and checking online orders and handing them off to the customer!! I wanted to back inside to catch his name but I figured it would be on the receipt since he rung us up but of course my dad threw away the receipt at the drink fountain... but to that gentleman and the manager and the staff who were working hard and getting things done with good attitudes and friendly spirits I say thank you! It's hard enough going into get something to eat at some places and it seems like everyone from the customers to the workers have anger issues and have a small fuse!! I get it that it was busy, but i ordered my sandwich online and it wasnt ready when i got there, i know it takes about 22-25 min to make them so i took my time, when i got there the line was long and i waited in the online order pick line for 5 min, then they said they where making it, and it took over 30 min, it took all my 30 min lunch and i was 12 min late back to work. This is the reason i order online so i dont have to wait, now I cannot enjoy my hot sandwich because i have to go back to work. This Jersey Mike's location has been uber-consistently goid for our last several orders. I rank this location best of the 3 in AV, Palmadale a close 2nd. I do have to apologize. We tried Jimmy John's yesterday. They are basically subway trying to be Jersey Mike's, and thats impossible to do. You guys slice everything fresh, roast your own beef, grill your hot sandwiches, etc...You guys keep it up, and my family will keep coming there. read more

I place an order online for in store pick up, and I know the process it's lengthy, so I have my self time to go and pick it up. When I arrived it was 35 minutes since I place my order and I was told that my order will be ready soon. I spent an extra 30 minutes inside waiting for my order. 2 of the three sandwiches we ordered were made wrong. Specifically told the gentleman bread and turkey only on the kid's sandwich and her sandwich had cheese on it. Went here for dinner tonight. Was the worse service I have ever gotten. I don't know if it's under new management or they have changed employees but I'm on the fence on if I'll ever go back. Wasn't greeted when we went in it wasn't like they were busy either had two people ahead of us.
