Turns out she was the owner (Andrea). She was so friendly and helpful and just a delight! Once she seated us she came back and brought us a small cup of some type of cabbage soup to try, which was phenomenal! The menu is ginormous! Like the Cheesecake Factory menu... so much to see it takes a while to narrow things down. Our waitress was a young bubbly lady who was very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She took time to answer all our questions and just really looked like she liked her job (go figure!). The portion sizes are insane! The food was very hot and very tasty. I struggled to finish mine but once I removed the food from the bun, that seemed to help. Paying the bill was easy as they have the receipts with the QR code that goes right to the Toast app. Unfortunately we didn't save room for dessert but after we were done eating we did go look at all the goodies in the case. Quite a selection and lots of people in line. Kind of glad we live on the other side of town because if we lived closer we'd go broke from eating here more often lol. The reviews and comments on FB were spot on. This place really is great and we look forward to visiting again.

Unfortunately, I've recently completely stopped ordering from this place. It's a very fixable issue…read morethough and I want to start ordering my work lunches from here regularly again so hopefully the owner takes this feedback. Issue: I always used to request one extra applesauce with my latkes because the tiny cup they give isn't enough for three latkes. But they've recently removed the freeform text field from their Uber Eats orders. Understandable, I know some people write crazy stuff there. But now how can I order the extra applesauce? There is not a checkbox within this item listing for me to request extra condiments. There isn't a standalone applesauce item I can add to my cart. There's just no way whatsoever now for me to continue ordering the latkes the way I want, so I've had to stop ordering here completely. This is really bumming me out! I miss my latkes!!! Please fix the way your order options are set up on Uber Eats so I can go back to ordering latkes all the time. This used to be my favorite place to order lunch, and I even left a glowing 5-star review to that effect less than two weeks ago! But without that second cup of applesauce, my whole ratio is thrown off. I will of course update this review to five stars again if this issue is fixed. Because at the ratio of two little applesauce cups to three latkes, this is truly a 10/10 work lunch and I want to go back to ordering again ASAP. PS: Even if extra applesauces and sour creams cost like .25 or .50 to add, I would still just be stoked to be able to add them.

We stopped at Saginaw's Delicatessen inside Circa and had an overall enjoyable experience…read more I ordered the chicken matzo ball soup for $11. It was a generous portion with plenty of chicken and a substantial matzo balls. The broth had good flavor, although it was very peppery -- almost too peppery for me. My biggest issue was the temperature. The soup arrived warm, but I really would have preferred it served much hotter. We also tried the $11 cinnamon roll. The frosting was excellent and definitely the highlight, although the roll itself was a little dry. Service throughout our visit was friendly, polite and professional. The restaurant has a classic deli/diner feel mixed with the polished atmosphere you'd expect inside a Las Vegas casino. I especially liked the distinctive pressed-tin-style ceiling, comfortable booths and open dining room. And there was some entertainment happening outside the restaurant too. While I was eating my matzo ball soup, my was doing very well out on the casino floor. Apparently I picked the right time to have soup! Overall, Saginaw's was a good stop at Circa. There were a couple of things I would change -- hotter soup and a slightly moister cinnamon roll -- but the generous portions, good flavors and excellent service made it an enjoyable visit.

The dining area is small but they have good seating for a table and by the wall. It's a casual atmosphere with good music playing. Menu offers a nice selection of sandwich that can be ordered as a combo or a la carte. I opted for a meal ($15.90) which include a choice of any sandwich, one deli side, a house drink, and sweet treat. I chose NoTuna salad, so good and delicious! It has tasty garbanzo beans, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, red onion, vegenaise and green spring mix served on a toasted ciabatta roll. The sandwich roll is slightly crunchy. I also got a potato salad ($9) as an a la carte, it's yummy! They have a NoTurkey Pasta salad as well and it's good! It has bowtie pasta, green peas, and crumbles of NoTurkey in a creamy sauce. Their housemade Rosemary Lemonade is refreshing! It pairs wonderfully with a delightful chocolate chip cookie, and the cookies are housemade and amazing! Service from Alecia is welcoming and friendly. The owner checked in to see how everything was and it's great! They have a loyalty card where you get a free sandwich after 10 stamps.

There is also a butcher case by the register where you can order the meats, cheeses, sides, and desserts made. I asked for a recommendation and was told the Pulled NoPork was a popular one so I gave it a try. There is an option to upgrade with a side, drink and dessert but I chose the sandwich for now. The sandwich was thick! Plenty of filling and the slaw on there was nice and refreshing. I barely finished the first half. The bread used is nice and fluffy with a light crunch. The pulled nopork itself was pretty good. I added honey Dijon mustard and it went well on this. Overall I enjoyed my first experience here. Love to see another good vegan sandwich spot that isn't generic.

What to say about this place except that it is great! Love the vibes and how cozy this spot is,…read moreeveryone working here is approachable and easy to talk to! Shout out to chef for the elite ball knowledge on Akira and Neon Genesis Evangelion! But more importantly, the food here is great! We ordered the wings, and pepperoni pizzas by the slice! Price point I think it's pretty solid and is available until closing (or until they sell out)! Wings were served out quickly, cooked well and juicy! We got the hot wings (normally our order at any spot because me and gf love the buffalo sauce wings). After all was said and done (and eaten), I'd say serving-wise it was good enough for us both for 2 slices of pizza, 8 wings and a soda! Speaking of which, could be hit or miss for y'all but, we did love the Coffee soda! Probably the only shop in vegas I know of (so far) that has this. Gonna try the cream soda next! Keep up the great work y'all! We'll be back very soon!

I have been here several times before for my charcuterie meats and cheeses (not sure why I didn't…read morereview) but my husband and I went there last week while waiting for my kids to finish an activity at UNLV. Everything started out great. They have a kiosk to order when you first enter and we wanted to share a meatball sandwich. The gentleman making the pizza let us know they'd had some issues with orders going through and to check with the person at the cash register to make sure everything processed properly. He looked and said it was good. At that point my husband had seen the sicilian pizza and wanted to see if it was anything similar to his Nana's and asked to add it. The man at the cash register said it would need to be a separate order- no problem- so we paid. We were enjoying the pizza slice while waiting for the sandwich that never came. The guy who was making the pizzas noticed we were still waiting and asked what we had ordered. They said the payment never processed. My husband, rightfully upset at this point, asked what the point was of confirming the order had gone through if they guy wasn't actually confirming it? I finally said I would just pay for the two bottles of water we'd had and go on with our day. The rep offered to still do the sandwich but at this point we had to go get the kids and didn't have time to wait again and then eat. He told the pizza making gentleman (who in my opinion did nothing wrong and was amazing) that this was why he needed to stop telling people and just keep his mouth shut. Ultimately, he was in the wrong. When my husband came to the register to confirm the kiosk order had gone through he should have ACTUALLY confirmed it. The pizza was good, but we won't be back... this is not how you handle customer service situations.
