Great customer service. The people who work in here are patient and communicate well with customers. The food tastes just right. I love that everyone wears gloves and you can tell they try to be clean and sanitary. Greg fixed my sandwich and was kind and patient. Thanks guys!

    ##5 The Super Sub

Not my first time at this location but today was quite disappointing. Wanted to give 1 star but put 2 fo getting the order right at the end . Ordered a sandwich with grilled cheese and it wasn't grilled. Once I noticed that and pointed it out, I was refused in exchanging it , the attitude of the worker Maria was inappropriate and is far from what customer service stands for. Saying the grill isn't working and then 1 minute later using the grill... come on guys. Raising your voice at the customer for your own mistake is not what I expected considering Jersey Mike's never disappoints with customer service. Thanks to other workers that got the sandwich right after all. Hope this review is seen by the management . Please do better next time

This is the location I go to for all my Jersey Mike needs. I work nearby and so I'll usually order for the team and we'll go pick up the food. Our orders were always correct and precise. Today I was craving a sandwich so I decided to try tree a giant sub for my husband to share. Went in, was greeted by a friendly staff member, and got my sub. I later get a call saying that unfortunately it wasn't my sub, and I knew it was an honest mistake. I drove back and they were so kind to me that they tried to make it right. It was annoying to go back but honestly, I don't hold it against them. I'm leaving a review because I am a firm believer in good customer service and they really tried to make things right and I appreciate that. I insisted they take the sandwich but they gave it to me anyways. I understand mistakes happen and this isn't something I fault them for. Anyways, I left my sandwich and the one they gave me previously and a couple drinks. By the time I got home, it was still very warm and absolutely delicious. I know Jersey Mikes to be a very good company with a great heart. And it shows through their employees and their kindness. Thank you Greg and Derek. Appreciate the kind gesture and in calling me to let me know and to really make things right. It goes a long ways. Now as the food goes, I love Jersey Mikes. For price and quality, I think it's worth it. I usually get the Club Sub but this time got the Philly cheesesteak per my husband's request and it was equally delicious! Can't wait to go back! As far as parking goes, there's a huge lot but I do notice that it tends to fill up quickly cause it's a large center with a lot of businesses'. Overall, the place is very well kept and clean and like I mentioned previously, this is our go-to Jersey Miles for work! Thanks again Jersey Mikes!

So In Spanish we have a saying........ para pendejo no se estudia. I did an online order and asked for plain bread and no cheese due to allergies......... so tell me why when I get to my destination and unwrap the sandwich, I see the cheesiest bread ever. A waste of time and money. I've done it for all of us, don't waste yours.

Why is this Jsut dropped hanging out in wrapped on meat. I should have known but we were so hungry

So unsanitary. Food bins have contamination of other types of food spilled into. Cutting board full Of food . Slices of meat just fallen laying in the meat cabinet ontop of wrapped meat and their food lit just came me so I'll I had to rush to the bathroom . 100% probably have food poisoning now. Yuck

Staff is not wearing a mask while preparing food during COVID Pandemic and not following regulations of LA Mayor and LA Public Health!!!
    Dee B.

On 4/22/2020, at approximately 8:15-8:20pm, I arrived here to order my food and noticed both of the staff on the premises were not wearing a mask while preparing ordered food. I politely asked the lady prepping my order why she was not wearing a mask on and her reply was "Coz I'm not wearing a mask today!" and rudely smirked at my question. This is very unsanitary, unprofessional and both staff are clearly breaching the safety practice not only for the store but they are also performing duties against the advise of LA County Health Officials to mandatorily wear a mask at all times especially in FOOD HANDLING!! Not only they are exposing the customers, but are also spreading unknown organisms in the air, surfaces and most especially to the food that they are preparing. I spoke to the manager, Elmer, and he is as "clueless" (nicest way to say it) as his staff and provided no logical explanation as to why he is not regulating his staff to be in compliance with safety procedures and precautions... Please address this issue immediately!

    Nice big sub.

Felt like a sub and unlike Jimmy John's, Jersey Mike's is delivered via DoorDash. Looked over the menu and picked the #9 Club Supreme. I have had sandwiches for other locations so I knew the sandwich would be good. And it didn't disappoint. It was nice they allow customizing, which is better than including a request and hope for the best. Size was generous. It was outstanding. The flavor with every bite was a joy. Quality bread and ingredients. Definitely will order again in the future.

There is a Langers parking lot that's not too far away diagonal from the restaurant. It is a 1.5 hour parking with validation. We went on a weekdays so the lines weren't that long. I can't say the same for weekends and paying some money to park may be inevitable. Now the food. I was able to try the famous hot corned beef sandwich and I was able to snag some hot pastrami sandwich from my sister. They both had a looot of sauerkraut on the sandwich which gave it a nice acidity and freshness to the dish, but I wish the ratio was a little better with veggies to meat. I was expecting more meat in the sandwich. The meat was delicious though. Super tender, flavorful, and smoky. The sauce on the side was a nice touch. Also got the chili cheese fries and those are always good. Overall, I don't know if I will drive all the way to LA just for this. I am glad I did get to try this place out. Would like to try other things on the menu if I'm around the area.

We had a nice server, Daniel, who was very attentive and helpful. My sister ordered cheese blintzes and they were served cold in the middle. Daniel took them back and when they reappeared at the table they were hot enough but not piping hot. Sister said they were very good. But two not very large blintzes for about $16, is kind of high. Friend had a Rueben which she said was delish. She also ordered a container of matzah ball soup and the matzoh ball was huge! I ordered a hot corned beef on rye and it was indeed very good. Large enough that half was enough for dinner and the other half was another meal on the next day. I also ordered onion rings. Very good! My dining companions enjoyed some of them too and there were still a few left to take home with my sandwich! I had a few of my friend's steak fries, they were good also. The prices are high here. Guess you have to go with the flow in a world-famous place! There is a small bakery counter near the front door. We bought two danishes to take home. OMG, the chocolate and almond danish was absolutely a 6 on a scale 0f 1-5! Also got a bear claw and it's terrific too. But the other was great. Notice I said was; my sister and I shared it. Didn't tale too long for us to decimate it! This was an experience for sure. If ever I get to LA again, I will be sure to get a chocolate and almond danish!

The matzo ball soup was fine, not super flavorful and didn't have enough salt for me personally (the saltine crackers did help though). The sandwich was not bad at all, good sauerkraut tang and the pastrami was well seasoned. The rye bread also have a crunch. I think the main issue I had was just mainly the price: for around 25 bucks for the sandwich I would have expected a larger portion but it wasn't too big. I haven't been to many other Jewish deli spots before and I know Katz is more expensive than here but the sandwich I had when I visited Katz was easily twice as large . Overall, i did think the sandwich was serviceable here it wasn't my favorite considering the price.

The Godmother is good but disproportionately acclaimed, and I'd never wait in line to get it. Thankfully, it's easy to order ahead. I did this through DoorDash on the drive over to Santa Monica, where we were already headed to catch a Sunday afternoon play. We walked in and saw the zoo at the deli counter, then learned that DoorDash pick-ups were in a different corner of the grocery. There was a confusing sign that indicated "catering & on-line pick up around the corner to the left," which in its ambiguous phrasing, led me to a place I wasn't supposed to go (it was apparently only for catering orders, but what about "catering & on-line pick up" excludes DoorDash orders?). A snippy employee cast me out and completely ignored my explanation about the sign. But other than that, the pick-up was quick and painless, much better than waiting in that line. It was like going to the DMV with an appointment vs. without (one of my favorite Broad City gags). We looked around the store, which was quite nice, a sizable gourmet grocery with lots of wine, deli goods, tinned fish, etc. My husband bought a lemonade and learned that Bay Cities doesn't take credit cards. (He was able to use an ATM card.) We took our pick-up order, bagged in a maximal amount of plastic, and grabbed one a handful of shaded tables in front of the store. We'd planned to take our sandwiches to a park, but this was a pleasant place to eat. I got the Godmother with the works: prosciutto, ham, capicola, mortadella, Genoa salami, and Provolone; hot peppers (you can also get mild), Italian dressing, mayo, yellow mustard, lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickles, all on a fresh Italian roll. The bread was great, sturdy with a good crunch, and I liked the sandwich well enough. It was OK+ for sure, just not really a standout in my map of Los Angeles sandwiches. I also ordered a side of snap pea salad, with fresh snap peas, mandarin orange, black sesame seeds, sesame oil, and salt. I love snap peas but I guess I don't love them quite this raw and underdressed. This was a disappointment. If I lived in Santa Monica, I might go to Bay Cities more than once every 16 years. But unless I'm still missing something, it's not really worth a drive.
