Delicious pizza, wings and chicken tenders! We ordered 6 party size pizzas (4 would have been more than enough!) for our softball post game dinner! I placed the order online and asked to pick up the food by 5:30. Around 3:00, I called to just confirm the order went through and that they had sufficient time to prepare. The young lady who answered the phone was so polite and helpful. When I asked if it would be possible to move the pick up time to 5, she said "absolutely!" When my husband arrived to pick up the order, he was greeted by staff and they provided us with more than enough sauces for the wings and chicken tenders! The pizzas were DELICIOUS! Everyone enjoyed the food and we had leftovers to take back! If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely will stop and will recommend this place!! read more

My mom had a taste for pizza. I ordered her a small pizza with extra sauce and lite cheese with spinach and bacon. My sister and I always order their Italian combo. And we substitute the pepperoni for capicola with roasted red peppers, onions, lettuce and tomatoes with sprinkles of oregano and crush red peppers and no mayo. When I picked up the food it was busy for lunch time. I only checked my mom pizza not the grinders the entire order came to $47. 21. I decided to have a bite of my grinder and there was no lettuce or tomatoes. At this time I realized I need to drive back to get new grinders prepared. When I walked in the ambiance was crazy busy as it's extremely frigid cold weather. It was so busy I had to park at the gas station next door. I politely ask all waiting if they ordered everyone said yes. I said to the young man that I had purchase these grinders earlier and neither have lettuce or tomatoes. Maria sister came over and she realized she didn't add the lettuce and tomatoes. He bought the containers back to her. I'm so disappointed because I knew they literally warmed up the previous sandwiches I returned. They forgot the lettuce and tomatoes the 2nd time. I realized they never prepared new grinders. I'm very disappointed with the quality of service. While sitting at the bar two gentlemen ordered a large pizza and mozzarella sticks. Why their food came out should've at least been compensated for their inconsistency. And I had to wait for them to prepare new sandwiches. Why there foos came out before my two grinders. I pray they will consider their actions before making such a terrible decision. read more

This was our first visit. We were welcomed in and our server was great. It was a busy Thursday night and the pizza was excellent. We got 1/2 meat and 1/2 veggies. Bloomfield Village Pizza is one of our regular stops for pizza, but they have a more extensive menu. All reasonably priced and consistently tasty. I also like their dessert menu (but generally get it "to go" serving since the portions are generous).There is a separate bar area with a good selection of beers. The separate bar makes it family friendly and usually there will be groups enjoying themselves. The wait staff is friendly and will answer any questions about the menu. Food is always good. I order from here frequently (when I don't feel like cooking). No matter what I order it's always delicious. Pizzas are delicious. Last week I had ravioli and meatballs, daughters had eggplant, wings and salad and youngest had grilled chicken wrap plain just mayo and they all loved it. If I could give 0 stars I would. I received a very dry Caesar wrap and stuffed shells with 2-3 pounds of cheese on in with no flavor. I cant do too much cheese and it was overall disgusting. I tried to call the next day considering I ordered it at night for a refund but when I called at 10 the boss wasn't there and they told me to call at 10:30. She still wasn't there. I then called around 4 and she answered and I told her the issue and she then went on to tell me that nothing was wrong with the food and that people always want that much cheese and they brag about it. I then said is there anything I can do to get some sort of money back and she said that she's not doing that but she could do a voucher. I told her no I don't want to eat there again considering how she was talking to me on the phone and also the distasteful food. I can't say enough about the staff at Bloomfield Village Pizza. They really treat you like family. I feel so taken care of when I walk in. Especially once they start to recognize you, they take such special care with your order. This box of garlic bread was delivered after I made a very specific and nitpicky request about how I wanted it to be packaged. In my original review, I wrote that the food is great. It usually was. I haven't ordered from here in over a year because the restaurant staff told us not to come back. We were excellent customers, always left a generous tip, and kept coming back after a TON of mistakes. We had ordered a burger for delivery, and it came swimming in grease, cold, and missing the onion rings which we paid to upgrade from fries. We called to ask if this could be resolved (replacement food or a credit) and we're basically told it's our fault for ordering take out, and that we weren't welcome back if we have complaints. Hey management -- make fewer mistakes, and you'll get fewer complaints. Seriously, YOU are the problem if every order is wrong. I won't be back regardless. I wish I could give a higher review, but in good conscience I can't. Tonight the live band was performing. Not only were they entertaining, but the music was ideal for dancing. However, the wait staff are not clearly not properly trained/ too dependable; and maybe that's because they're nearly all high school students. One waitress had to work as a bartender in conjunction with being a waitress because the bartender had called out. Because of the understaffing, it took over 30 mins for wings & onion rings. And there was still an error with my meal. So I had to wait an additional 10, 15 mins for my meal (see picture posted). The epitome of a neighborhood joint. Cold beers, good food. Went here on a night when everyone but the dog was out for the evening. I sat at the bar and ordered a cold one, and a little later ordered Buffalo wings and a small calzone. I particularly enjoy their calzones, always hot and steamy, with fresh ricotta, mozzarella and fillings...this one had pepperoni, sausage and meatball. the crust is out of the ordinary too...glazed before baking, it comes out very crisp and delicious. I have no review for the wings because the calzone came before they did, and I asked them to cancel. Call me prudential or whatever, but I like my appetizers before the main course. Knowing they make their wings from fresh, and knowing they take about 20 minutes, I made it a point to order them about fifteen minutes before putting in for the calzone. Oh well...the calzone was very good, and honestly, filling enough. Bloomfield Village Pizza is still a great place to drop by, meet a few friends, douse the memories of the day, and fill your stomach. I'll be back. read more
