Wow. I went into this sub shop for the first time and the nice young man working was so helpful with my sandwich decision. Man if I could leave a 0 review, it would be awesome. My girlfriend ordered something through Postmates and they gave her a regular sub but she ordered a giant sub. She paid an extra $7 for this and called in to see what could be done. McKenna answered the phone and hung up on her. Then she called back and McKenna was rude on the phone. I don't know how hard it is to read a simple screen and make what the screen says. Incompetent people work at this place and I would never recommend it nor would Mike. Dustin and josh are the managers and didn't care about anything really and don't care to fix their mess up. read more

I love jersey mikes. I love the i talian the best and lisa loves the blt, both have tons of meat and flavor. They are not cheap but the sandwiches are worth it. This place is a total mess. I asked for a Ham and Swiss and the Manager told me we only have Provolone. I told him yes you do have Swiss and I get it all the time at other stores and he said look at the menu it's provolone. Customer service has gone to the wast side here . I am not big on posting reviews, but my experience today deserves a review. Having an epically bad day I placed a mobile order because I only had time to run in and out. But my bad day had it in for our lunch as well and a busy day at this location led to them forgetting the hot sandwich. Stuff happens. This is about how it was handled, it was handled with kindness and that's all I needed. The manager was wonderful and he made me feel like he cared, when I am sure he was having a frustrating day. Mixed opinions on this review. My boyfriend and I came in on Wednesday night, and there were two employees working: a guy and a girl. The guy I'd give 10/10 stars and deserves a raise- seen him in there a few times, I think his name is Jeremy, he was fantastic! There was a girl working, I believe I heard the guy call her Shelby, and she was the polar opposite. She had an absolutely terrible attitude the whole time we were there. Every question she asked us had an incredibly rude tone and blatant eye rolling, when we would ask her questions she would just stare at us and shrug/roll her eyes more. Was not helpful in anyway. My boyfriend asked for the oil and vinegar mike style sauce and she literally DRENCHED the sandwich in it. He asked her politely "oh is that how much is usually on there?" Knowing it isn't since we come here often, and she rolled her eyes at him and said nothing. Got home to unwrap the sandwich and the bread was soggy and uneatable. Honestly love this location but as long as this girl is here we won't be coming back. We've seen her here before and she has the same attitude with others. Up until now it's just been incredibly annoying but now that she intentionally ruined our food we're done. read more

If no stars were an option I would give ZERO stars. I spent $50 to have TWO subs delivered. One of this subs was $17. I received a regular sized sub when ordered was a GIANT size sub. When I called to see what could be done about this order I spoke to McKenna. She told me I needed to speak to PostMates. And then hung up on me. When I called back I asked for the manager. She told me his name was Dustin. When I had my Boyfriend call back. He requested the manager who was NOT Dustin but by the name Josh. He was very rude and said we needed to talk to Postmates because they were busy and made the wrong sandwich. Unbelievable when I ordered and paid extra for a giant sub to be treated rudely and given the run around for a sandwich I did not order. read more

First of all I am a loyal patron of Colorado Jersey Mikes because of the fabulous service and delicious meat filled subs. Not at this place!! Skimpy amount of meat and toppings!! Yes there's a measure of meat per sub, but when I went in and said something the young man measured out the amount he put on my sub....... NOT ENOUGH!! The worst thing is deciding to be brave and try a new place but never want to return after the terrible service. I tried Jersey mikes for the first time today and will never be returning. I stood at the cash register for 10 minutes while i waited to be cashed out. And not to mention when the two girls were making subs they yelled to a Jeremy in the back more than 3 times. When he came out and they told him to help out and cook a sub for them (my sub) he grunted rolled his eyes and shook his head. Acting as if it was the worst to do your job. After waiting for another 5 minutes i get my sub. I get to work, open it up, and it's not cut. Now i get to eat a messy sub falling out all over for the 10 minutes i have left of my break. I was hoping the food taste was going to save it from the terrible service but it is mediocre at best. What a shame. I was in last night. 1155 S Power Rd. I had a coupon for buy one sub get one free. The manager, Gerald, was VERY rude to me. I ordered two subs, number 56 and a 15. I ordered the large sandwiches. I was charged for four sandwiches. I tried to show my coupon to Gerald who ignored the fact that I had a coupon. He scolded me because I did not hand it to him, but put it on the counter. He charged me $34 for TWO sandwiches. I mentioned the coupon that I had previously tried to tell him about and he got upset and re-figured my bill and he still charged me $27.61 for TWO sandwiches (and that was with a buy one sub, get one free coupon! What the?!?! I work in customer service and I know for a fact that you never treat a customer like that! Good grief! I will never go to this Jersey Mike's again and advise others to steer clear of Gerald! Wow! I've never been treated so rudely. I work close by this location and I will advise all of my fellow employees to never go to this store. We were thinking about using you for catering but not anymore. read more
