Food - Fish sandwich with lettuce and tarter sauce. The lettuce was sliced thin. Diced into long strips. There was a lot of tarter sauce that I think didn't add much flavor to the sandwich. Next time I'll go without the tarter sauce. The bun was soft and tasty. The fish was crispy with that crispy coating. I like that the coating wasn't too hard or too thick or too bready. Seemed a little bland and not overly moist. Atmosphere - No strange or strong odors or smells. No music playing when I visited. I liked that. I prefer no music over loud music. I don't like loud music. It's hard to hear with loud music. I did not visit the restroom. Pleasant temperature inside. I have been to some places where it's been hot or cold. It was somewhat busy inside. People were ordering at the counter while others were waiting in line for their food. Service - There were about two employees I could see. Probably more in the back. The service here was quick despite so many customers. Order and pay at the counter. Self seating. You can also order ahead or in the drive through. Put tray and other items away at the bins. Parking - Surface parking lot. No parking meter or parking structures or solar panels. Unique - Nothing to add here at this time. Did not see a health rating on Yelp. Arby's, they could never make me hate you! I personally feel like Arby's has always been underrated. Granted, the price is a little higher considering it's fast food, but the quality of the food makes it worth it. I've had so many menu items over the years. My favorites are the mozarella sticks (best ones you can get in fast food) the roast turkey market fresh sandwich, roast beef sandwich, Gyro, to name a few. On this trip, I got the crispy fish sandwich meal with curly fries(the curlies are a must). The sandwich was delicious, the fish was fresh and crispy, and actually was a big piece of fish, vs the weird square fish patty you get at McDonald's or other places. Service was fast, and the employee at the drive thru was friendly. I'm excited to try the potatoe cakes now that they have come back for good. If you have never had Arby's and have been on the fence about it, just give it a try! read more

I never thought I'd be reviewing an Arby's and rating them so highly, but here we are - can't fight the facts! LOL. I've come here several times over the past couple decades, and I've never had horrible service, long lines, or bad food, so that already places them above many other fast food places. The mozzarella sticks are always good (though possibly a bit smaller than I remember?) and the roast beef is always moist, easy to chew and filling, so who could ask for more? No matter which Arby's I decide to visit, I can always rely on the same delicious regular roast beef sandwich with the same buttery soft bun. That's all I ever order. No sauce, no fries, nothing else; just meat and bread. I can't think of any other fast food place that is as consistent in quality. I don't normally eat fast food, but I will partake in my favorite regular roast beef sandwich once every two years or so. Back in the day, I knew someone who worked at Arby's. I went with him to his job one night, and I was really impressed with their night and morning prep procedures for roasting the beef, and making sure the cook was perfect. We have been going to Arby's for many years and the last time we got food should not have been hard to get it right. I ordered 2 (1/2 lb.) beef & cheddar sandwiches with 1 order of crinkle frys, plus 2 shakes. For this much money, we expected to get what we paid for. I got home and had 1 beef & cheddar & one chicken sandwich. The chicken looked like it was made the day before and the piece of cheese looked like they had put it under the broiler and cremated it. Why would any of the staff give that kind of food out. AND it wasn't even what we ordered. We called the store manager (Cashmere) & she apologized but then gave me another number and person to call, which I did. Apparently Mr. Bailey wasn't interested in my complaint and never returned my call. Bad quality & management! Won't be going there again!!! read more

Cashier responded with "Can you please leave?" I took this as him being coy so I ran towards the entrance rang the bell to signify good service and walked back, Only to find that the cashier was genuinely serious and said that "He doesn't have to serve me." Not only is is less than a 2 minute drive from my house, but the service is always helpful and super friendly, inside is always clean, and my food is perfect each time. I'm writing this because I went to your Apache junction location that clearly says open until 11 and I arrived between 10-10:15 this evening to find all the lights off and the workers inside doing nothing. I waited for multiple minutes in the drive through and then went to the window and when they saw I was there they went out of sight. Following that I drove another 20 minutes to the next location after calling on n Gilbert rd in Gilbert Arizona to try again and they stated they were open. When I arrived they were just as the first. It is completely frustrating for a normal person, but I am 6 months pregnant and the only thing that sounded good to me was an Arby's sandwich so I finally got ready and headed out. I drove 15ish minutes to the first and 22 minutes to the second location for an overall of 38 minutes of driving wasted because your two stores decided to close early. Very disappointed and I will be leaving reviews elsewhere. read more

Drove 7 miles to get a "Buy One get One Free Reuben". Ordered a Ruben Combo and presented my O'Bill Coupon only to be told that the coupon is only good for a Reuben. Doesn't take a mathematical genius to figure out that a combo costing almost $8.00 will make Arby's more than 2 sandwiches costing $5.59. I tried to explain this to two elderly order takers to no avail and instead of walking out ordered a Ruben and got another free. The order taker tried to sell me a couple drinks and a curly fry (a combo) to which I replied NO. The sandwiches were gather from the heat lamp and plopped on a tray. I then had to ask for water cups. What a pitiful example of a great sandwich. There was more thousand island dressing than the less than a tablespoon of sauerkraut and almost all of the meat on one side of the sandwich. I read the small print on the coupon and sure enough it says on good for a Reuben or a Double Reuben. Do you understand why Wendy's dumped you and why there we NO customers in line inside or at the drive in when we were there?Who ever the marketing wizard is that dreamed up this special should be sent back to marketing school and take a simple math class. A $8.00 sale makes more money than a $5.59 sale!
