Went in tonight and ordered my usual Giant #17 Philly and was very specific about no onions or peppers, get all the way home and there are onions all up in my sandwich. I'm too hot to go back, so my wife goes to get a new sandwich, didn't offer any kind of apology, and were trying to act like we were trying to get an extra free sandwich out of the deal, so she throws the messed up sandwich in the trash to prove a point that we just wanted the sandwich the way I ordered it. I don't usually review places and just lurk at the comments but being a prior employee in CA as an assistant manager I wasn't expecting what happened. I ordered a #12 instead of pepperoni I wanted Salami. Everything was fine but I realized I was charged for extra meat when I only swopped it out. I've never seen that before and not to upset but if this isn't supposed to happen, I recommend mention it to the employees. If they did this to me, I can only image who else they have done it too. Regular customer and just because we got two bad sandwiches do not mean we wont continue to come. My husband was very disappointed that his sandwich did not have bacon or mayo this evening. This was my first time ordering online, we ordered two club supreme a fave of ours. Roast beef and bacon on wheat. It was inaccurate and a total let down i will be ordering in person from now on. Just let whoever receive this know should review uour sandwich before you take out.  I am a bit surprised though because the bacon and mayo are not special add ons it comes with the normal sandwich and the very reason my husband loves the club supreme. disappointed but still will be returning. read more

We have been meaning to try this place for a while and now we did tonight. We usually go to Port of Subs. My husband and I do love when the sandwich is made in front of you and the meats are sliced to order. We both went in with an opened mind because we've heard it smells amazing from the smell of the fresh bread. Fail. No fresh bread at around 3pm today. I will say the staff was so friendly and gave us all the time we needed seeing how it was our first time here. The bread makes the sandwich. My husband did get some Tasty Cakes so he'll go back for those but we'll get out sandwiches from Port of Subs. read more

My fiance eats here all the time. I love their subs, bread is nice and fresh. They have a rewards program and that is always a bonus. I just feel like eating here once a week might give you diabetes. I'm going to go down tomorrow and give them a picture of my fiance so that they will deny him service next time he comes in. read more

My first experience at a Jersey Mikes and it was okay. The topping were not as visible as I would prefer, and did not know what options I had. Getting it the "Jersey way" means getting it drenched in olive oil and their vinaigrette. While my sub was good, it was greasy due to the overuse of oil. I would go another time after learning from my experience. read more

Good sandwich, poor staff. Always slow, chatting with each other rather than making sandwiches. Today 2 staff at lunch hour, line of 6 people. Great customer service, my first time at this place and they were so patient with me ordering

Ordered a Veg and a turkey and when we opened them up at the office there were two hams. We don't eat pig for religious reasons. We called and they said to come back and get two free sandwiches. But wait, we already paid for the sandwiches? In a ton of traffic during a work day no thank you. I asked for refund over the phone and was again asked to drive back. No offer of a refund AND complimentary sandwiches. So please do the math on how much time I spent obtaining the incorrect sandwiches and how I was offered two replacement sandwiches for free which I already paid for. HMMMMM..... no thanks! read more

Food is good. It is the service that sucks. Staff are almost always rude to the point of being militant about how you order and communicate what you want on your sandwich. I go there infrequently, how I am I supposed to remember what 'Mike's way' means or the number of my ham sandwich. A little bit more friendliness from staff and less use of company jargon would make me go there more. read more

It's difficult to find cheese steak let alone a chicken cheese steak. I always order a number 42 with Jalapenos and I'm never disappointed.

I'm a recent convert to the Jersey Mike phenomenon. Their food appeals to my personal tastes, but what makes this particular JM stand out is the great staff there. I'm finicky about how I want my sandwich sliced and they always accommodate me with a smile on my face. I'm not sure I could stand there for ten hours a day with a cheerful expression while dealing with picky, difficult customers, but this JM has found a way.
