It would be better if there was some sauce inside, the chicken was seasoned or a tomato, just something to break up the richness and tone down the heaviness. Overall, we deeply appreciated the fresh cheese but the sandwich was pretty bland. My chipotle turkey sandwich was huge....way larger than I expected. It was stacked with thinly sliced fresh turkey, tender crisp tomatoes, shredded lettuce and chipotle mayo. The Cafe Zupas we went to in Nampa was super clean with helpful staff and delicious food. I had the lobster bisque and a brisket sandwich and they were both flavorful and hot.
