I believe that there is something going on in the upper management of this place as it appears from the ouside that those working there are still trying to put out a great product and want to believe that their stuff is still good, but what they are given to work with is so sub standard that this is the best they can do. The sandwich I ordered…read morecame quickly with great service at ordering, but when the meal arrived one-half of the sandwich was soaked in mustard and fell apart in my hand. When I asked the shift manager for a knife so I could cut the sandwich into bites she cheerfully told me they would remake the sandwich for me! What a delight to have that kind of service and pride in craft. I opted for the re-make and it was delicious and well put together. Hats off to the person who hired the shift manager. Thank you!

After we were sat down the server went back to her phone instead of working. I loved loved the tea press, most places give you a tea bag that doesn't give much tea and not enough hot water. She offered a container of milk but that seemed like a waste so gave me some in a cup. I wanted to try this place the menu was posted and the internet said it was open for a least a year before it really was. I don't know of another place in Boise for shrimp and grits and the flavor was good but the grits were to fine a grind according to my husband who grew up in Georgia. I made a custom omlet and it was very good, however the menu wasn't worded correctly and I was able to add much more then they intended. I asked for a biscuit to try them and see if they were a layered southeren style or the common dinner roll option that I have found in Boise. The biscuit never came and the watress said the cook made a mistake but since we were the only order I think she should have been checking to see if we were ok and did not. We will try again, I think that they need to advertise that they are finally open to get more business. If people are like me they have given up looking to see if they are really open.
