The steak there was amazing!! The staff there took care of all our needs. They restaurant was nice and clean.

Restaurant was not full today around Noon but we noticed that it was highly unorganized. We were seated and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to take our order, there was multiple servers most of them gathered in the kitchen along with the manager. We got frustrated and tired of being ignored because manager and all kept walking by us, people who were seated after us were served. On our way out we were unoticed or simply ignored, we did tell the server at the register, that we waited 20 minutes and that nobody helped us, he did not care. This is the first time in a couple years that I've been coming to this location that I experience a really good customer service kudos for our server ARELI L was amazing, especially when she brought a coffee pot just for us, very active, attentive and super friendly, hopefully next time I come to this location, I could see her as a manager cuz she deserves it after all her hard work!! I placed my order on the Denny's app, after an hour the food was not yet delivered, I called Denny's and Spoke to the Manager Vivian, very nice and professional explained that the 1st driver took off with my order (stoled it), and that 2 other drivers attempted to pick up, she finally offered to make another order and will have the new delivery guy bring it, Thank you for doing this and taking the time to help me, the food was hot and ready. read more

I don't recommend this location, at least if you go at night, they're extremely slow, the food is good but service really sucks. Then when you're ready to pay you gotta wait 20 minutes for someone to finally go up front and charge you because the employees see you standing there and don't want to charge you for some reason. read more

Denny's is dennys, we all know that and we all know what to expect. I don't mean that in a bad way, the food is great, for the most part all dennys food is the same and that's a good thing. Anyway, what separates one dennys from the rest is the service, when it comes to Dennys I prefer to be seated quickly (if possible) and eat/leave as quickly as possible. I dont like to lounge or take an hour to look at the menu, in n out just like the place next door. With that being said, Erick the waiter was able to seamlessly sit me and my girlfriend down, take our order, deliver food, check up on us and refill drinks, and get us out in under 30 minutes. I think this has potential to be a 3 star which I think is pretty high for a Dennys. The waiting room is open and clean. But the staff who greeted us clearly didn't want to work that day. Not sure if any of them even looked us in the eyes at any point. They were all clearly annoyed at something at the front of the house. After we got seated the waitress was okay but once she realized we spoke Spanish she seemed to be more energized. The food was okay. Which is the theme of this review. The bacon was probably one of the worst bacon I've ever had. It wasn't greasy and a bit rubbery. But the sausage and omelette were much better. Ample parking spots. The location however is next to an In N Out. So that's always blocking the main entrance if you're coming off the highway read more

Decided to eat here last week with our sailor. We were seated immediately, but unfortunatley was placed in a cubby area with two large tables that had small children and very loud patrons. It took at least 10 minutes for the waitress to take our drink order, which was probably due to the hostess seating multiple tables in her section within seconds of each other, but is still not an excuse, as they should be properly trained not to do so, or hire more staff. It also seemed quite odd that the patrons near to us were hispanic and so was the waitress, so we seemed to have gotten overlooked. The food was good, but the toast was barely toasted. The server failed to check on us about the quality of the food or drink refills in a timely manner. The only plus was the military discount. read more

As soon as I walked in, it smelled like homeless and while I was eating there I also realized why it smelled that way. The staff let homeless come in and hang out in the lobby as well as sit at the dining tables. I understand that they are humans as well, but the smell alone ruins an appetite. I'm sure they do this so often that now the smell is penetrated at this location. Definitely won't be coming here again. read more

My skillet was served piping hot! Although the salsa was not freshly made the flavor was actually kind of decent. I arrived on a Wednesday at 12:30 and I was seated immediately. Service was friendly and responsive. Although I walked from the office, there is ample parking. The item I ordered was no longer on the menu but Denny's was flexible and provided good customer satisfaction. Or rather tummy satisfaction. One less star because the tables are wiped down, with an everything rag, and the floors really need to be cleaned under each table before transitioning between customers. Some Covid practices need to remain unchanged such as sanitizing every table with authentic sanitizer. read more

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Dining room was clean. The food itself was fine. I asked the server three times to kindly replace my coffee. It was not strong at all. Each time it tasted as if they kept reusing the same coffee grounds. I finally gave up and just asked for water, b/c that's essentially what they were serving. It was not extremely busy on this occasion, but for some reason I wasn't able to get a final bill. I walked over to the register and encountered a couple of employees carrying on a conversation in Spanish, with one of them on their phone looking at social media. I asked for the check, they didn't hear me, so I asked a little louder. The young female puts her phone in her pocket, turns to me and says the server will bring it to me. I told her I had been waiting a while for him to return. She says, "Okay, let me find out," walks away and brings me the bill. I ask her to remove the charge for coffee after I explained the situation. She does. After bringing me the corrected bill, I used the restroom while she handled the payment. When I returned, she was behind the register on her phone again. I got her attention, asked if the establishment offers a military discount. She gave me an attitude like I was disrupting her day. I asked to speak with her manager and she asked what for. I told her to have the manager speak with me. She reluctantly brought her manager to the register and I explained what happened. I asked Jennifer, the manager, to ask her associate to apologize to me for her rude behavior. (Oh look, the associate is on her phone again as I'm speaking with her manager.) I told Jennifer that her associate was on her phone during company time and that it was "very unprofessional." I suggested that employees should not be on their phone in front of guests and that she should probably leave it in her locker. Jennifer apologized on her employee's behalf. Pointing at her employee, I said, "no I want her to apologize to me." Manager asks employee to apologize, employee apologizes under her breath and I have my hand to my ear. I asked her to repeat what she said. She apologized clearly this time. Employee walks away, Jennifer tries to comp my bill, is unable to, writes a free meal ticket on the back of her business card and hands it to me. You don't care for my service, I don't care for yours, or lack thereof. read more
