This New Milford location has the most god awful service. I go out of my way to go to the Brookfield location even though this one is less than 5 minutes from my house. I went in for a sandwich and was the only customer in the whole store. It took a solid 3 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge that I was standing there. All of the employees had earbuds in which would be fine if they could still notice customers waiting. Meanwhile at the Brookfield location you are greeted cheerfully just walking through the door. Such a bummer because I do love the sandwiches. Time to take some notes from Brookfield! read more

Worst experiemce ever, ordered a sub it was wrong went back to get it fixed, got another incorrect sub, the manager hung up on me mulitple times after calling for a refund. The manager Nate said "If you wanna fuck with someone go to Chipotle, you're not going to fuck with me." So I payed $10 and recieved nothing from the establishment. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone who is supposed to be proffesional and be a manager. Place is a joke read more

Awful. Soggy sandwich with meat that was not advertised with what it should have been. Prosciutto and capicola? All it was was horrible him. Completely disgusted and disappointed. The young lady who took my order and the young man who was next on the crew were working hard, as it was a busy time of day, but my they made my sandwich promptly, and treated me pleasantly. I'm giving this place 4 stars because like the majority of Jersey Mike's the sandwiches are great. It's a little chaotic in there though during the lunch rush and every time I've been here they've messed up my order. The first time I told them no cheese on my son's sandwich and they mistakenly didn't put any cheese on my guy's Chicken Philly and put the cheese on my son's sandwich, which I quickly corrected when I saw it happen. My guy however didn't get the cheese on his chicken philly because neither of us could see them fixing it on the grill. The last time I went I told the guy I wanted Mayo on my son's sandwich and he quickly forgot as he was making it and I had to remind him again before he started wrapping it up. Their food is really good, you just have to watch them closely to make sure your order is right. The manager that was working that day was great, even though we weren't upset about my guy not getting cheese on his sandwich, he still gave us free chips/drink coupons for next time. I think his name was Dave. They'd get 5 stars from me if they could consistently start getting orders correct. read more

My boyfriend and I have been going to Jersey Mike's for a while now and I have never had any complaints. Except for today. As a young adult myself who works in the food industry, I know the difference between a stressed worker and just a rude one. My boyfriend and I went into today just a few minutes ago and witnessed one of the older ladies working screaming at the young teens who were working as well - barking orders at them. Teenagers - I get it, they might not be the most motivated to do their jobs, but treating them like they're your laborers won't make them work any harder. As she was taking my boyfriends order, she didn't scream, but put her voice to a volume that was just unnecessary and we were quite taken aback, so we're other customers. Right behind us was an older gentleman who clearly was not able to hear or respond as clearly as others may and she continued to raise her volume at him multiple times and repeat herself continuously before he could even process what she was saying. In conclusion, the franchise itself gets 5 stars from me, this worker gets -3. Put this woman in check!! read more
