i used the uber eats app just to order food ahead of time. i am not a uber driver just used it to pick up food. the worker was all pissed off as soon as we pulled up and was extremely rude while on the speaker. as we pulled up he yelled that we wasted ten minutes and repeated it multiple times and handed over the bag of food very harshly. a reminder to you older folks who work there. he was at least 60+, you're at the end of your working career; you don't need to work there. stop being rude and stop throwing food at costumers who get you get paid. read more

Located on route seven across from the Walmart shopping center. Getting in the parking lot is fine, getting out could be a disaster. Be careful. It's a nice remodeled Taco Bell. It has drive-through, seating, counter service, and self ordering kiosk. I'm glad they had the kiosk because I didn't see any employees until about five minutes after ordering. It almost seems like they don't want you to go to the front register. The food is just OK. Wasn't my first choice. The nacho fries were very tasty. Everything else just meh. I always set low expectations and just hope that I am surprised. read more

I hope you have an iPhone - this location regularly forces you to order through the app. The app is entirely non-functional on Android, so if that's your phone you might as well get Chipotle instead. This location also seems to have very high turnover. Expect inconsistent quality. It's a real shame Taco Bell struggles to pay a living wage and chooses to instead exploit a high-school workforce. read more

The service is absolutely terrible. I am in the restaurant industry and if I made people wait 45 min for 2 small items, we'd go out of business. Nevermind the manager lying the whole time saying the food will be ready 'in a min' for 40 mins. While her worker was slammed making food for a full dining room with a wait of 45 min, she stood there and played on her phone with the girl who ran the window and laughed the whole time. I layed into here about how she needs to coach and help her team try to produce the food fast. She said, 'umm, I clocked out' I said, 'umm, maybe you should clock in and help get the food out to these people' Place is TRASH They have ONE thing going for them, a guy names Michael who hustles and smiles while he does. Slow service multiple times. One day my 8yr brother and I came to this location for quick food since we had somewhere to be. It took well over 30 min to receive the food we purchased. If it wasn't a big deal to my brother to eat somewhere else then I would have asked for a refund. Current moment, I'm standing in this location trying to get food with my partner and mother in law. Let's just say my laundry up the road is done before this food. Completely horrible service simply for time reason. It's fast food. If I wanted to wait over 45 min I would've went to a sit down wait and talk type of restaurant. Fix this because I have seen at least three people walk out or ask and get a refund. If I never write another Yelp review again, I'll be pleased, because I've had a chance to review Taco Bell of New Milford, CT. Okay, I'm perhaps being a tad cheeky. But, honestly, this place is good! I was driving from NYC up to Canaan and Falls Village one weekend for a family dinner. About an hour from our destination, hunger and an urge to use the restroom hit. I told the beau to keep his eyes peeled for the easiest place to pull over, and Taco Bell rose on the horizon. We entered, and the bathrooms were outside of the main entrance. The women's bathroom was pretty immaculate! Maybe I've lived in NYC too long, because I just expect any bathroom of a fast-food chain or popular coffee chain to be a nightmare. This bathroom was great! After freshening up, I decided that I needed a Crunchwrap Supreme to power me through that last hour of driving. Honestly, I haven't been to a Taco Bell in years, though I was a frequent visitor to the one in Enfield during my college years. ;-) Though never as good as how they look on TV, I was pretty impressed! I've had things from Taco Bell that have been slopped together, but this was pretty good! It was crunchy, melty, cheesy, wonderful! The beau ordered some of the Crunchwrap Sliders, and we was pleased as well. The dining area was also very clean; I suppose I was expecting sticky messes and hot sauce packs smashed on tables. (We've all seen that before.) I rarely eat fast food, but that Crunchwrap Supreme was a little bit of heaven. I'm sitting here thinking about it right now. Mmmmm. Slowest drive thru ever. Literally writing this as I've been sitting here for over 20 mins now. This is nothing new for this one either. Last time I was here they forgot to give us part of our order then tried to argue with us about it and the only apology we get is getting those nasty cinnamon twists that no one likes. The guy at the drive thru is very nice and apologized for the wait so I do not know where the hold up is it's not even a busy time inside or out other than the line now behind us and there was o my two cars in front of us to begin with. No complaints about the food. Finally done. Total wait time from the order kiosk to getting food in the drive thru 27 mins. read more

For some reason the people working at this Taco Bell cannot remember to put sauce in the bag after being asked 10 seconds prior. Almost every single time I have asked for fire sauce at the window, I get my bag without any sauce and have to either go in and get it myself or wait until the person at the window notices I'm still there. Tonight, the man at the window asked "Fire sauce right?" And I said yes. When I got the bag I asked "The sauce is in the bag right?" To which he replied Yes. Got home no sauce. I live literally a minute from this taco bell and by the time my tacos got to me the shell was so disolved i could not eat it let alone get it off the wrapper. The lettuce was wilted and super limp there is no way in reality my tacos were freshly made at all as they are supposed to be. If you told me these tacos had been sitting out for a half hour or so I would believe that. They also did not put any crunch into my husbands crunchwrap. Horrible experience read more

Will be back again to this one when I want tbell again. Yet I do remember that my Baja blast I ordered didn't taste right probably because of the soda syrup being out. This Taco Bell closes early EVERY single night. I have never even seen them open until 12. However, there are always cars there and employees just hanging out. I've even called them & told them their website says their hours are until one time and they close at another and they didn't seem to care what so ever. This is the best Taco Bell in the area, much better than the Danbury location where the food is not always hot or even warm. The counter people speak English and are polite and efficient. The food is always piping hot and you get what you order since there is no language barrier to hamper the understanding. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

Came here for breakfast and everyone was super friendly. They even gave us extra food for the wait. There was no real wait either. We than sat down and realized we got the wrong tacos but right as we realized, here comes a super nice manager with our food and apologizes. Will definitely return. As a regular at this location, I have seen a decline over the past few months. 3 Saturdays that I have been in I have been told upon ordering that they are out of "beef" and offered another option. Today, out of 4 crunchwraps 2 had very little beef and 2 had none at all. Tried to call, but after 5 rings I hung up. Really bad experience today, but will not write them off. read more

Skip this Taco Bell, go to the one in Danbury instead. They do not honor many of the advertised prices from TV because "not all locations need to participate". Arby's is right down the road, so is McDonalds. If you're craving The Bell, make Danbury your destination. read more
