This Hardee's location sits right off of 85 on Sharpsburg-McCollum Road and is your standard location. It has been here for several years and has seen many iterations and updates, but I am happy to say that I have always gotten consistent food and service here, whether it be dine-in or drive thru. My normal go-to for Hardee's is the breakfast. To me, it is one of the better fast food breakfasts. I love the Frisco Melt and my favorite is the Biscuits and Gravy! Add those tater rounds... Conditionally the place is okay. Shows some wear and tear and the parking lot is a bit dicey in areas. Cleanliness is hit and miss, but never outright dirty. Overall, solid Hardee's location that is a usual stop for me before hitting the highway! read more

The management here is less than desirable. They were out of hash browns, burritos and Dr. pepper this morning. The last time we drove here they were supposed to to be open at 5:00 it was after 5 and they were still closed. I saw one girl inside making coffee and she was just waving everyone on. While we were there they missed about 20 cars. Hardee's do better. read more

What else can I say other than their biscuits are incredible. The chicken inside of the biscuits is a little suspect, as thick chicken sometimes has a rubber taste, but the biscuits by themselves are worth the effort! We mostly order online for the deals and to skip the wait (which this location does take forever - heads up) and our food is always sitting there on a shelf waiting to be picked up. I decided to give this location another chance. I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. When I arrived, the drive thru person told me they could not fill my order because they were out of biscuits (my order- bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and biscuit and gravy). She told me that I would receive a refund. They marked my order as picked up and charged my credit card. I have reached out to the location and corporate. I haven't received a response from anyone. Tried to get food at ~2:30 PM on a Thursday. Was first told they don't have any buns except the frisco buns, to which I replied that that's the burger I wanted. First time at this location and I'm happy that I found one with normal business hours. The one closer to my home has limited hours until further notice. It was super easy ordering, the associate was very nice and cheerful which is always great customer service. They added barbecue sauce to my burger (didn't ask for it) but it was good. I should had read the reviews before eating here; and I was looking forward to enjoying one of their large burgers. What a disappointment! It was apparent the burger I ordered was precooked earlier today and zapped in the microwave just before serving. The burger had a rubbery texture and did not taste liked it was freshly grilled. The employees appearance did not meet minimum server standards. The male personnel were wearing Hardee''s hats; however, they wore the headgear sideways on their heads. The person in the kitchen preparing the food appeared to be sweaty and unkempt. If you're preparing and serving fast food to your customers, you need to get back to basics. Your appearance has a big impact on high ratings when it comes to customer satisfaction. You need to emulate Chick-fil-A employee and customer service standards. I'll be curious if management reads this feedback. I'll come back in 30 days to see if things improve. If not, then I'll never eat here again. read more
