Was not impressed at all. Overpriced and overrated. The wraps are tiny and for the price they should've been bigger. All of our wraps had been made with the paper still in the wrap, how nice to chew on paper. The chicken was processed and rubbery. Specifically asked for no onions and my wrap was full of onions. I always love a good sub and I would definitely say this is the place to grab it! I love that as soon as I walk in the door someone is greeting me and I love the pace they keep here. They try to make sure to get everyone's order in a timely manner, even when you have a HOT SUBS. Staff is friendly and it's always a clean environment! Today was the first time I've ever been to Jersey Mike's and I will definitely go there again! I was having an extremely bad day, but right when I walked in I was greeted with smiles and welcomes. When they asked, "How is your day today?" I replied, "Honestly, pretty bad." Right when I was about to hand them the cash payment they said it was ON THE HOUSE and told me to have a great rest of the day! My day only got better from there and the sub was amazing!! Great tasting subs but at rather obnoxiously high prices in my opinion unfortunately. $15-20 for most giant subs? I will be here all the time if it were tad cheaper. Customer service is all over the place, some are amazing while others are lackluster. This place slays Subway in quality. read more

Went in today to pick up an online order (I had on a over sized hoodie and flip flops) reported to the register per the hanging sign and said hi pick up? the cashier said are you trying to place an order? I said no pick up for Jamie the cashier said ok what's the name? Like really are you just not listening or was the conversation with the other employee more important? I said my name again and she looked at the receipt and gave me the sandwich, then I said can I have my cup she said oh can I see the receipt? I said sure.. then she finally gave me the cup and said just pick your chips.. that's very poor attention to the customer; to top it off my order was drowning in vinaigrette and mustard.. won't eat here again read more

Odered an Italian sub. Tasted fresh, hefty fillings and was simply delicious. The young man behind the counter needs to work on his customer service. He didn't smile and was a bit cocky. He spoke so fast and mumbled. Every time he spoke to me he would have to repeat at least 3 times. I still never understood his questions. I almost felt like he was playing with me trying to make me feel stupid. My granddaughter said that she couldn't understand him either and that he made faces and unnecessary comments on how she wanted her sandwich made. She only wanted lettuce. Love the Sandwich they serve. However, went in this afternoon to grab a sandwich after work. The staff took three phone orders and then my order. They began making phone Orders first after 10 min my sandwich was halfway complete and then another phone call, stopping my order again. This is my first yelp review, so bare with me! Service is wonderful and the store is always clean when I come in! Customer service is excellent at most. I don't visit very frequently but when I do I always have a great experience. Today was a rough day for me so I went it to treat myself. I was very politely greeted by a young little lady ( whose name I believe is Kylie, the music was a little loud when I asked her name. Sorry if I butchered it! ) She welcomed me and took my order at the slicer and worked me down the line. There were two other females working but they were in the back. She held a conversation with me and was such a sweetheart! Our conversation made my day just a little bit better, and needless to say I will definitely be back, this place is great! read more

This was my second time at this location. The service was poor at best. It took three orders to get a sandwich right. I ordered a simple # 5 sandwich and receives the wrong sandwich twice. It took ordering it a third time to finally receive a #5 The staff offered to give me the other two sandwiches for free, but I declined. When I did finally receive the sandwich that I ordered, it wasn't that great. Very little meat and a lot of lettuce. About five minutes later, anothe customer walked in to complain about reveiving the wrong sandwich. I could accept a mistake if they had been busy, but there was only one other customer in the shop. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen, but there was a lot of foul lanquage and a lot of laughing. I'll probably never go to this shop again. read more

This was my first time visiting this location and I loved it!!! The jersey team was hilarious!! I had such a good time having my sandwich made. Joey the slicer was so helpful and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed and he had such a great attitude. Sarah was a total doll and made my sandwich just the way I like it. The whole team had me cracking up the entire time I was in the store. Noah checked me out and He gave me a yummy cookie because it was my first visit. Bella and Devyn were total cuties and had smiles on their face the entire time I was there. The team works well together and it shows. I've never had such a fun experience at a sub shop! My sandwich was amazing and I left the store with a huge smile on my face. Thank you Jersey team!!! I look forward to my next visit!!!! I got there 15 before closing my wife and I ordered 2 philly cheesteaks and a wrap double meat on the philly. They were all bothered because the grill was already cleaned. I ordered the philly double meat on wheat they made the sandwich on white and didn't ask the regular questions or fill out an order ticket like usual no questions if I wanted grilled peppers or jalapeños nothing it was so dry I didn't even eat it. they wrapped up my order I asked which sandwich had double meat they opened it and said I think this is the double meat one. I go all the time but this visit made me never go back again I even gave a $7 tip feeling bad it was close to closing the didn't ring the bell nothing no thank u nothing. Someone else called in an order and you can tell they were irritated. Jersey Mikes Was my fav but the sad thing is little ceasars has better service. Biggest waste of $33 . I had a full house of kids and got 4 little ceasars pizzas and that's what I ended up eating. read more
