DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I have gone to this location dozens of times, and more often than not, my order is wrong. I have to wait for my sandwich well past the time it was supposed to be ready, and none of that was the last straw for me at this place. On my last visit, I paid for five sandwiches and even left a nice tip on a bill that totaled $90. One of the sandwiches contained a piece of jewelry. Unfortunately, I did not discover it until I bit down on it and hurt my teeth on the hard object. I pulled it out of my mouth and discovered a cross and a sharp, needle-like piece attached to it. I was lucky that I did not cut myself or swallow the jewelry. Not only is this disgusting, but it is also a huge disappointment from a place I had given my business to and even tipped for years. This incident was extremely unhygienic and dangerous and could have been much worse. The jewelry could have been a piercing, which is even more disturbing and disgusting. I am extremely unhappy about this incident. I do not recommend this store, and I have no plans to do business with them again. Completely mismanaged. Took a half hour to get a mobile order prepped which includes 20 minutes sitting in the store waiting.

My sweet husband found that they have gluten free bread! None of the other sub shops do. The cheesesteak was amazing! What we didn't like was my husband tried twice to place an order online and it didn't work so he went there to order in person and the place was packed. Turns out, there was more than one person's order that had to be made in person because the website wasn't working. I ordered the #8 Club Sub, which includes: turkey, ham, bacon, provolone, and mayo with some veggies. Approximately $11. My order was ready in less than five minutes, bonus!! The staff was so kind too and welcoming. Ok let's talk about the sub. It was freaking delicious! I love how soft and airy the bread is. I usually eat at Jersey Mike's especially on Wednesdays, when its chips & drink is free that keeps the price down. Otherwise it's a little bit pricey and I love the number seven in a tub to keep it somewhat healthy. I normally don't eat at this particular location but run by today to pick up lunch got home. Worth the read. I am giving three stars because I believe this business gets it right most of the time. No one can get it right all of the time. But I can't give it five stars because of the terrible customer service skills of the new staff. I have eaten here at least three times a week, often more, for nearly three years. Sometimes less because I eat here so often my daughters get burned out. I ALWAYS tip, and usually 20% on take out. I usually have a pretty good experience. Sure workers aren't always on point, but it's to be expected. Generally, it's a decent experience, and I make a habit of keeping my expectations reasonable if not low. Not today. A lot of new people in there. Too many people behind the counter if you ask me. The first guy greeted me by asking, "what do you want?" His tone was less than pleasant. All the while he's slamming bread around like he wants to beat someone with it. Whatever, he's having a bad day, no big deal....just move on down the line. Before my order got to the second guy, the third guy was telling me to pay. Not asking me, telling me to pay. My sandwich didn't even have meat on it yet, and there was another lady between me and the register. Not to mention, I wanted to add bacon, but I wasn't trying to talk over two people's heads to get that through to this guy. So, I nodded and waited for my turn. The guy adding toppings was polite and friendly, good people. While he is adding toppings, the guy at the register insists on me paying again. I decline as there is still a lady in front of me who hasn't paid. At this point, I'm confused at what this guy is doing, but I remind myself that's he's new. Then, the lady in front pays and the guy insists on me paying again. Now listen, I'm frustrated at this point. He's been badgering me to pay the whole time, and I'm just trying to get my daughter's sandwich made correctly. We exchange words. He's confrontational, runs his mouth the whole time, and acts like he's a child with no manners. At the very least I'm this guy's elder and he should show respect, never mind he's an employee at an establishment wanting my money in exchange for food. Bottom line, he was beyond out of line. Had we been on the street, we would have certainly gone fist-a-cuffs. That's how bad it was. Listen, I own a business. I don't believe the customer is always right. I feel for people interacting with customers all day because it is exhausting. I know good help has been hard to find since COVID (though that is changing now). It's because of these reasons that I don't bring my baggage into places I visit. I tip excessively, and I treat employees with the upmost respect. But this guy was combative and confrontational with me. Him and the first guy. I will not spend my hard earned money at an establishment as long as they are hiring people who are not civil.
