Wow this place gets busy! We stopped in right at 12pm and there was a long line. However, there is a fearless leader at the helm, I didn't catch his name, but efficiency was his game! Would love to give less than 1 star!!! Very bad experience. With tip and taxes there was over $14.00 in fees to have 2 sandwiches delivered, but we usually enjoy the subs so thought why not - mistake! When the sandwiches were wrapped the person wrapping both my sandwich and my Wife's sandwich rolled them in paper and tucked the paper right into the cheese! These were supposed to be Cheesesteak sandwiches so hot melted cheese was NOT ON THE SANDWICHES, but it WAS all over the paper!!! There is NO way to get hot melted cheese off the stupid damn paper. You delivered an extremely poor experience to us and as such it will be our last. Take some pride in what you do or just don't do it. read more

When I went in to make my pickup it was really crowded but they were finishing filling my hot order so it was ready exactly on time even with a large crowd. It's criminal that jersey mikes is rated so low on Yelp. This is by far the best subs you will get anywhere. I have never once had a bad experience with jersey mikes. They have the best bread and quality ingredients anywhere! If you didn't like it you clearly didn't order the right thing. This was a quick drive through order at the 168th location. The buffalo chicken without the bleu cheese dressing was ordered along with a bag of chips. Service was accurate and the sandwich was actually pretty good. No major complaints at this Jersey Mike's location in West Omaha. read more

The most disappointing sandwich I've ever had. I was super excited when I found out they have gluten free bread. I ordered the buffalo chicken cheese steak and boy it looked absolutely NOTHING like the photo on the menu. As soon as I started eating the sandwich, the bread began crumbling and was so hard to hold together. As you can see in my photo, it doesn't even resemble a sandwich anymore. The sandwich itself, which I attempted to eat it clumps, was actually really flavorless. Besides the Franks red hot, I couldn't taste anything! Not the chicken, not the cheese or lettuce...seriously couldn't believe how little flavor this sandwich had. After 5 bites I ended up tossing it in the trash. I appreciate that they have gluten-free bread and gluten-free snickerdoodle cookies. The service was fast and efficient, and the sandwich was loaded up with plenty of meat. What I didn't like is why I will likely not be back. No offense to Jersey Mike's. Others might love it. But for me the meat is waaaay too salty (so much so that I was unable to finish my sandwich), the selection of added veggies was minimal, and the gluten-free bread was awful (other brands might be worth their trying, as it really is great that they offer an option). I like Jersey Mike's subs because the meat and vegetables always seem fresh. I just don't care for this location's service. Last week I had the best Jersey Mike's sub from the location in Aksarben and the service was great. There was one kid totally kicking ass by doing all of the work himself. He made 5 sandwiches to go, then made all three of us our sandwiches ( in line). The result was a perfect sandwich with the perfect amount of ingredients. For whatever reason, this location off 180th has been 0-3 for me. Yesterday I decided to order a to go sandwich in case it was busy. 30 minutes later I arrived to see a busy place with at least 6 workers behind the counter. The guy doing the pick up orders was hard of hearing and I had to tell him my name 4 times. He fumbled through the orders and found mine. I took his word for it that it was mine. I get to the car and notice this was another person's order so I went back in to exchange it. Some other guy exchanged it for the right order but unfortunately didn't give me napkins (as I notice later when I need them to clean up the slop from the mess that was dubbed a sandwich). All I could taste on the sandwich was burning vinegar and mustard and I didn't order mustard on my sandwich. I struggled to keep the sandwich in tact so that I could even eat it. How do I go from the best sandwich ever to the worst sandwich ever? This location is terrible. Parking sucks too. One sandwich at a time kids, do better as you have the backing of good ingredients and company. I struck out here and won't be back ever again. read more

I decided to eat here because eating at new places appeals to me. Quite the pleasant surprise was gluten-free bread and cookies they offer. I got the roast beef with provolone. It had plenty of meat which was nice. Unfortunately, the bread was a desert of dryness. It was so dry that I had to take a drink with each bite. That was most unpleasant. Another unpleasant hit was the cost. I had two regular subs, two cookies, and two bottles of Aquafina water for over $31. It sounds like it would have been a tasty option, but the high cost and dry bread was off-putting. Others may like it, but not me. read more

VERY UNSANITARY DO NOT COME HERE!! There is an old lady, pale white, skinny, dark brown/black hair that makes sandwiches and she did not follow ANY CDC covid guidelines. For one, she had no hairnet on and her hair wasn't pulled back. For two, she used her cellphone wearing her gloves and then finished making a sandwich without changing her gloves. First, I would like to preface that it is very rare that I will write a review of any sort (and almost never negative) and would rather use word-of-mouth and my patronage to show my appreciation. So I hope that those reading my review and those of my fellow co-workers, will take a hard and sober look. ***DO NOT SUPPORT THIS NEW JERSEY MIKE'S*** Now, if you are wanting the "Why" here it is. Fair warning: it is a bit of a long story. I work for an influential IT organization very near this particular NJ Mike's. Our department decided to get lunch at New Jersey Mike''s and a young lady from our group volunteered to make the food run. Upon arrival, the sandwiches that were ordered were incorrect and we were overcharged as well. When our co-worker voiced her concern to the owner, she (the owner) became irate and told our friend leave and to never come back. She did return some of her money but our co-worker - in her haste - left her phone there. This left our friend understandably shaken and when I learned that her phone was still there I went there in her stead to retrieve the phone. When I entered the establishment, I asked to speak to a manager, and a woman told me she was the owner. I explained that a person from our office was just there and left her phone, and since she had to work, I volunteered to pick it up for her as her manager. Immediately she said there have been no phone left here and anything left "last night" would have been placed in the safe. There were 3 other employees - all teens - who echoed the same thing. I re-explained that the person was just there and not last night. She then welcomed me to look around. In the meantime, the folks from our office called me and told me that they had tracked her phone and it was still there at Jersey Mike's. Soon after the restaurant began to fill with about 20+ customers so I began searching the restaurant, looking everywhere I could - while trying not to be too distracting. I spent around 45 minutes there and ensured that every customer that was there when arrived was gone before I approached again. As I glanced over I could see the owner talking under her breath about me and as made I contact they all would avert their eyes and continue with their work. The owner seemed antsy and irritable. She asked if I just wanted her to call when she found the phone. That's when I told her "the challenge I have is that we have tracked the phone and it is still showing that it is here". She threw her arms up as if to say "I don't know". I approached her at the cash register and stated directly that the person who was there left under acrimonious conditions, at which the owner blurted "you mean the woman that was yelling at me - yeah". I asked her what she thought might have happened with the phone - if for instance it was accidentally cleared with the trash. At this point she became - and stated as such - angry, and told me she did not appreciate what I was insinuating. I replied that I was not insinuating anything and the phone was there! Customers were now coming in and noticing her as she was visibly angry. I asked if it could be in the trash and she quickly replied that she was not looking in there but I could. However before I could she came from behind the counter and angrily grabbed the trash can and took it in the back to look. I could hear her complaining about something and so could her customers. She then took the black trash can to the back and came out shortly afterwards, looked at me and said "you can tell her that looked in trash for her and I did not have to do that". I left from there. As I was returning, one of her co-workers (let's call him Blue) decided to go there to check out the place. I made it back to the office and as we were watching the tracking, we saw the phone moving in the store. We called "Blue" and told him, and Blue said one of the employees was leaving with a bag in his hand and observed him leave. He also noted the owner and employees were acting strangely. At some point afterwards we were unable to track the phone any further. With that I and some of her co-workers suggested our friend to call the police and file a report. The police (Sheriff's office technically) met me and our aggrieved friend outside of the establishment and got our side of the story. They spoke to the owner about the phone and she of course denied knowing about a phone and told the police they too could look outside and around. We did - found nothing. However later on while we were back at the office, one of the officer's called me and told me they found the phone on 180th street but needed our friend to confirm - which she did. It had been run over many times but notably the battery had been removed. It is now being officially investigated and trust it isn't over. Last - and I sincerely mean this - THE SANDWICH SUCKED!! I got a regular #8 sandwich (Mike's Way) and it definitely filled me up! The sandwiches here are a good size, and they fill the sandwiches with lots of meat and toppings. I like how they slice the deli meat right in front of you! Although the service isn't the fastest, I think the sandwiches are good quality. The turkey sandwiches are standard at my house but they make various kinds that are great especially. Really enjoyed the club, the Italian, and the Philly the last few times I've been.
