These are the best subs and well worth the money. They pile on the meat cheese and toppings and everything is super fresh and sliced in front of you. I would have gave them 5 stars but their service has slumped off a bit. I can't say enough good things about this place! Best sandwiches I have ever had.. not lying when I say I come here at least 3 times a week. The staff is amazing and friendly. They do get very busy between the hours of 11 and 2 which is lunch time obviously ... so if you are in a rush I recommend you phone your order or place it online which is way easier. Corporate Sub. Meh, just alright. You can get an average sub like this anywhere. 1st choice was Ralphs subs across the street but they are closed on Sunday. Now THATS a sub sandwich. Togo's, even Subway makes a better sandwich. Average bread and they personally slice the meat and cheese to order, which slows down the order process. I know they all use those unappetizing rolls of meat but to haul it out and load it on the slicer...yuck. Getting it 'Jersey style' with lettuce, tomato, oil and vinegar is a nice touch. One extra star cuz the staff is super friendly and outgoing. read more

How long does it take to make a sandwich? These guys made it look like brain surgery. I'm happy the employees get to have a good time at work, but good Lord, I waited for 30 minutes just to order and another 15 for them to "make" my sandwich. The food was good, but I won't be going back to this establishment. I'm sure there are other Jersey Mike's Subs stores that are just as good with better service. I enjoy the sandwiches but the service is always lacking. When I inter they make a point of greeting each customer but they are always busy doing something else beside helping the customer. So after waiting on them to get around to what you want they take orders from the next 5 people and I stand there waiting for them to get to my order. I guess this is normal for Mikes. Get annoying after a while. read more

The best service I have received in a sandwich shop!! Really took care of my veggetarian needs!! I was sooooooooooooo hungry and needed to be in bed within the next 25min to go to work in the morning. LOVE THE SUBS. the subs here are delicious. They slice all the meat & cheese right in front of you fresh. mikes way is good but the bread does seem a little dry. When ever I go theres always a line up 1/2 an hour to get your sub. if your willing to stand in line then its a cool spot. read more

Ok, so it reminded me of a sub place I used to go to when I was young. It was called Brothers Two in Cypress. Back when there weren't these sub chains. My mom reminded me they too used to cut the meat while you waited for your sandwich. And it also reminded the wife of a place she used to frequent in the Valley. They don't have a menu that's going to shock-and-awe you with choices. I don't like that. There's something to be said about the simple menu, ie In and Out. I don't want to read a novel they call a menu. Are they the best sub on the planet? Probably not. But they make one that reminds me of a sub from my past, and a tasty place that is no more. read more

Good place, good food...good location for variety. This location is excellent for a group/family that can't decide on what to eat. You have several eateries next to a common eating area. I would go back for the food, but the service is a little disorganized. But the people are real nice. read more

Last week I came in with a huge, fairly complex order for the shop. Unfortunately, I was unable to call ahead and needed the sandwiches by a particular time later that evening. Working in the food service industry for MANY years, I understand what a total pain in the butt that must have been for the employees. Love this location. Was taken care of by Michael last Monday and he had never sliced for me before today but he remembered what I usually order from his work on the register. He was very friendly, attentive, and funny. He recommended a few movies to me as well, and I'm not going to lie I watched them and they were amazing. I I wish everyone in the food industry was as intelligent and attentive as him. His customer service makes the food which is a little expensive well worth the price. They keep it super clean and the sandwiches are so fine tuned after they make it Mikes way you can't wait to eat it! I highly recommend this sandwich shop! I love Jersey Mikes. The food is great, I agree with Darren..bread is dry and it's not because it's closing. My only complaint is that not to go there when it's busy. Man, it takes 30 minutes just to get your order in. I understand they are a newer location and still getting their grove, but come-on. It takes forever. They need a new system for busier days. Other than that, if you get a cold sandwhich - get it "Mike's Way" and if you get a hot on (Hot-tub) as they call it, get the chipotle. YUM! read more

This location gives an awful name to the Jersey Mike's franchise. I was not welcomed or greeted by the employees, simply asked what I wanted. Alright, fine, not a huge deal; but when they began making my sandwich they placed it on a scale. The lack of meat on it was simply unacceptable. I noticed every location which does not use a scale puts about 6-8 slices of turkey on the sandwich, this location put 4 slices on. I should have just walked out right there. I WILL NOT return to this location and I WILL warn others not to come here if they wish to get their money's worth. read more
