Always so nice to my husband and I, we've pretty much tried every sandwich on the menu. The only issue I have with this place is that the bread isn't the best I've ever had and it's pricy, not the 4 dollar sign pricy some disgruntled person put for this place, but more so than the average sandwich joint. I like it, I've gone back several times and will continue to go back (especially since they have a frequent buyer stamp card). Place is pretty good. A bit pricey, but you're paying for the quality which there is a lot of. I still like subway better because you have your choice of bread and more veggies. I don't mind cuz my bros was paying! Just run my sandwich through the garden at subway!! read more

It's odd to me that they use the same machine to slice all the meat and cheese. The sandwiches are good, especially if you get it mikes way. I would have to say the first time I went to this location the service was horrible. The person got my order wrong and was upset when he had to make a new sandwich. Some employees seriously looked high and took their time regardless of the line. I went here a second time and the service was better but not great. read more

I was picking up an order and I was missing a bag of chips, The employee argued with me saying that's not true and the bag of chips was with my order, she kept arguing saying that the bag of chips was in my bag of food. I was so frustrated that I took off and told her never mind. I didn't know it was hard to walk over and grab a bag of chips. read more

what... the... eff. Called in my order for a caesar wrap and other sandwich, dressing on the side for my wrap, no jalaps for the sandwich. Spent my entire break getting to this place and back, and sure enough, no dressing and the sandwich had jalapenos. This wrap is pointless without the dressing, but it's nasty if it's soggy. (hence why you get it on the side.) and my boss wont eat jalapenos... so pissed to drop $20 (with a tip) to only get subpar food. read more

Same thing that happened to Martin A. on 4/13 happened to my mom and I today. They refused to honor the free sub from the Angels game. I will be contacting Anaheim Stadium and corporate about this as well as trying to get in contact with the nonexistent manager. read more

I Love me a SAMMICH and the service is great and ALWAYS friendly. However, i spent 26 bucks for 2 foot long sandwiches... just 2. While there is deff. a difference in the taste of the food.. way fresher, I am a firm believer that a sandwich shouldnt cost you an arm and leg.... unless of course they actually start accepting that as payment. Like any new restaurant, I try to find out what they do the best. The hot sandwiches are delicious. And I'm not a big sandwich person! I'm ordering the chicken bacon ranch sub for dinner! Super savory but not over the top. Be careful, my husband ordered the giant, as his eyes are ALWAYS bigger than his stomach, and it's big enough to feed 2-4 people. Huge! Hands down the best sub sandwich I have ever had ! You will never go to subway ever again, this is fresh ! Subway not so fresh. They cut the meat here to your order and you have to get it mike's way which has oil and vinegar, and some tasty herbs. I never put oil and vinegar on a sandwich but i figured I would try it and WOW was it tasty. After I ate the italian sub mike's way (no onion) it was so good I had to write a review. I started coming here because my boss would ONLY eat from Jersey Mikes.. No Subway, No Togos, etc. ONLY Jersey Mikes! At first, I admit, I thought "what the hell is the difference" But now I'm finding myself only eating sandwiches from there! Fresh sliced deli meat, great combination of oils/vinegar & herbs/spices. Also at this location, I've always had great customer service. Occasionally, I would have mistakes made on my group orders to go. But hey, they are just high school kids. The line was long but it went really quick and the people were super friendly and when I saw that they slice their own meat I was excited and was hoping for much more. Got everything on my sandwich but it was kinda just meh really no flavor nothing stuck out to raise it above like Subway. Still like non chains and Togos better. I had a extra club or whatever they call it with roast beef turkey and bacon. With all the different flavors and the oils and seasoning they throw on it I was expecting more pop it was just bland. My wife had the cheese steak which was not bad but like I said it was just average. Not sure how this place gets so high ratings all the time. read more

When we went into the store it was empty, of course this was at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday, so who's to say if it gets busier? We liked it that way, because we got the entire lowdown on the operation. They also paid extra attention to our littlest kids, so they could order their'kids sammies' their own way all on their own.Our 'giant' sandwich's WERE big, not giant~ just big. The bread was really fresh and good~ not gummy and squishy like Subways. The meat was really fresh, and we liked that they cut it fresh for each sandwich. The toppings were good too. I've been going to this Jersey Mike's location for the past two years, and every time it has been very quick and delicious! The workers are incredibly hospitable, always asking about my day and making the experience more than just a wait in line like most restaurants. I have also been a rewards member, which I highly recommend if you are a frequent customer as I have received a few free meals because of it. The student discount is also a great perk! What really blew me away by this particular location was their generosity. Recently I was on a student film set where we were looking for lunch donations since our budget was running slim. At the drop of a hat the guys at this location, I believe one was named Jedd, agreed to donate about 30 sandwiches with no cost at all. This generosity is completely unexpected and was going well beyond what most restaurants are willing to do! If you're looking for a quick bite to eat that might last you one or two meals grab a Giant Club Sub! Love this place! read more

Ordered a pick up for myself and my boss. I ordered the turkey wrap with a spinach tortilla and she ordered the grilled pastrami. with some slight modifications to the sandwich as a combo. The kid was polite but seemed a bit overwhelmed and repeated exactly what I told him for the order. My boss came back and didn't have the combo. Seems like they charged her for a drink and the combo again. It took her about 20 minutes to get the food and get out. My wrap was good, huge, and I will probably eat there again. read more

Good first impression. Food was fresh and cut to order right in front of you. Plenty of sandwiches to choose from. The style of sandwich they actually make is called a hoagie. I've have only ever had a good hoagie from the east coast. My family is from Philadelphia, PN so I know a good hoagie when I see one. Jersey Mikes makes a great hoagie. It reminded me of being back with my family. Tons of meat, fresh vegetables including shredded lettuce. Definitely a place I'd go to for lunch after school. read more
