This location is hit or miss for me. I have had some delicious subs and have had subs where the bread just fell apart. A new location opened closer to our house, so we don't hit up this spot as often. This location does have a daily special where you get a sub, chips and a drink for one price. I wish the location in Avalon Park had the same deal happening and I may ask them about it next time I go. Jersey Mike's seems to be about the best chain sub shop around with their sliced to order meats, fresh grilled hot subs, and red pepper relish. I may return for the special as 10 bucks is a great deal for a sub, chips and a drink.

We picked up 3 subs. Service was quick and the subs were great. It was well prepared and very fresh. It was more than enough for two meals, we were too full with half. We enjoyed it and would return.

Who doesn't enjoy a good sub? I've been ordering subs from this location for a few months now for months, and they always deliver an amazing sub. My favorite is The Original Italian Sub. I like to add mayo, yellow mustard, and pickles. However, Jersey Mike's offers a lot more customization options that that, including double meat or cheese! We have been ordering subs from a lot of different places but these are by far my favorite. Usually we order through a delivery service, but occasionally we'll stop in the store and eat. The staff is helpful and wants you to have a good experience. All of the meats are freshly cut for each sub, this really gives you that fresh delicious taste, much better that meats that have been precut in storage for a long period if time. If you are in the mood for a hot or cold sub I absolutely recommend that you check out Jersey Mike's.

Solid cold and hot subs. The bread and vegetables are always fresh. Never had an issue at this location. Service is prompt when ordering inside or through the app. My husband and I always get the giant to share. When craving hot we get the Philly cheesesteak and when we want a cold we get the super sub. Always get it mikes way!

Let me start by saying that I am from New Jersey, where subs are a serious affair, and we have the quality subs in the Garden State to back up that serious attitude. Jersey Mike's traces its roots to the Jersey Shore and while it honestly cannot compare to a great sub shop in Jersey, it can bring a taste of home to us relocate Jersey boys and girls. This chain does justice to the chain, providing a good sub and friendly service.

When I get a sub at Jersey Mike's, I enjoy it. The bread is good, the meat is nice and fresh, and the veggies are crisp and flavorful. Quick note -- as I'm a fan of roast beef subs, that will be the basis of my comparison here. I get the appeal, I do. It's better than Subway in about every conceivable way, with the exception of price. And price is really where Jersey Mike's loses some points with me. That, and their cockamamie sandwich sizes. There are three sizes of sub to choose from. As best I can tell the middle size is the closest to a footlong although I think it actually measures in the 10 inch range somewhere. For the roast beef sub, this middle size costs about $7.50. For comparison, a 12" roast beef at Subway is about $6 and a whole Publix roast beef sub (12" or slightly more) will run $6.79. Make that Publix sub with Boar's Head roast beef, and you'll be right around that $7.50 mark. To Jersey Mike's credit, they put more meat in their sub than Subway does. BUT it's no more than you'd get at Publix, if it's even that much. Quality wise, Jersey Mike's roast beef is about as good as Publix roast beef, or a bit better. If you haven't had some of these, then here's a way for you to understand the comparison: if Jersey Mike's roast beef (and Publix roast beef) is good enough to eat, then Subway roast beef is good enough to feed to the stray cat, and Boar's Head roast beef is good enough to pray to. Bottom line? Drop the prices about $1 and I'll love Jersey Mike (but in a friend way, not a creepy stalker way). Oh, and drop the combo prices too. Something like $2.50 extra for a 22-oz drink and chips? The combo at Publix is $1 or $1.50 and includes chips and a drink so big you could float a dinghy in it. For the best sub for your hard-earned money, get a Boar's Head sub at Publix for the same money (or less if you get a combo) and end up with a better sandwich. PS - First time ever using cockamamie in a written sentence! Go me!

Let me begin this review by saying that I am not much of a sandwich or sub person...I prefer to indulge in salads or full on meals. However, when I do get that rare craving for a sub or sandwich I typically go for the fancier types such as panninis with fresh buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes with fresh basil grilled to perfection...you won't find that type of thing here though. Jersey Mikes Subs is just like any other sub shop you've seen with the usual meat, cheese and veggie combinations shoved into a bread roll of sorts and then wrapped up in wax paper with the shops logo plastered all over. It's really nothing special in my opinion. However, I will say their ingredients do look fresh which makes for a tasty sandwich...if you're into that sort of thing that is. I will say that this sub shop does have a sort of charm to it that Subway often lacks. While it is a chain, it's not nearly as large or spread out as Subway. The shop's attendants are all friendly and the locals are an interesting brewed to observe. Their prices are average. If you're looking for a meal that is affordable and filling...Jersey Mike's is a winner on both ends. Overall, it's okay...not a personal favorite, but it's not their fault I'm not a fan of sandwiches.

The food is made fresh so it's worth the price but I ordered the Chicken Parmesan and I want asked if I wanted any toppings on it. I requested lettuce and a touch of onions and they without hesitation pleased my request. I was warmed in the microwave instead of a toaster like Firehouse does but the good thing is that it didnt have that rubbery feel. You're going to spend 10 dollars for each person but its good food. I wouldn't buy it every week, but once in a while ok.

this place is an imposter! they sell miniature cookies, smaller sized sandwiches and cut the meatballs into fours in order to fit smaller breade but are charging the same jersey mikes prices!!!!! worse jersey mike's we have ever been to! we love their fresh bread and have been fans of their philly's for some years now. on top of it all there is nothing worse than bad customer service on top of being ripped off. beware!!!!! beware!!!!! beware of this franchise!!!!!! but for this $38's on 3 sandwiches and two bags of chips never again!

Just OK. Far cry from Philly cheese steak. Greasy and second rate meat. Ok if you're really hungry and aren't picky.

The Vibe: From the outside, the shop is pretty unassuming, tucked into a strip mall--but that's often where the best deli spots are hiding. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a busy lunch rush and a fast-paced New York deli vibe, with staff cranking out sandwiches left and right. Always a good sign. What We Ordered: * Hot Rachel * Classic Italian * 1/2 lb pesto macaroni salad * 1/2 lb redskin potato salad We took everything home for lunch and... Every single thing was delicious. Sandwich Highlights: The Hot Rachel was exactly what you want from a deli sandwich--tender pastrami, melty Swiss, tangy slaw, and toasted rye all working together perfectly. Stacked high and full of flavor. My husband's Classic Italian was also fantastic, loaded with meats and that classic deli balance of flavors. Both deli salads were great, but the pesto macaroni salad was the standout--creamy, herby, and packed with flavor. We're honestly so excited to have discovered a great New York-style deli less than 10 minutes from our house. Safe to say we'll definitely be back soon to work our way through the rest of the menu. Pro tip: Don't skip the deli salads--grab one or two to share with your sandwich.

We do not live close to them but we will always stop when in the area. When we do visit, it looks at through many people shop here for their weekly items, as they seem to know the employees but then there are some such as us, that come for that special item. If we lived closer, we would buy a lot of items here more frequently. The first time my wife and I stopped in, we ended up talking to one of the employees, who was so nice, gave us his recommendations, and even offered us a sample of the Cavallari Chicken Salad. Immediately sold! It was so good, we turned around and ordered the large tub. Their chicken salad is one of the best I have ever had. It is full of chicken, celery and onion. The other item my wife always has to pick up are their Italian cookies. They are from a local baker, and are so delicious. Look for them near the register. Overall I would highly recommend checking them out. We will visit every time we are in the area, but I would suggest trying them out. Get the chicken salad! Don't skip on it! ACES!

Yeah yeah. However, there's still no excuse for rude service. I walk in and go straight to the deli. If you know this place: You walk in, turn right and there is an aisle with coolers on either side. This leads to the back deli. It is cramped, but not terrible. A couple was in front of me. I could tell by the demeanor of the gentleman that they had been there a while already and the woman was asking multiple questions of the staff. No big deal. A little annoying, but some people are just talkative. This goes on, an estimate of say five minutes. Five minutes of a woman asking questions of the male staff member as the young woman staff member chimed in with information or an answer. At no point during this time did either of them acknowledge that someone was waiting or anything. No eye contact. Nothing. Finally the couple is done. The young woman behind the counter asks what I want. I order. In the middle of her slicing one of the deli meats, another customer comes up and asks for a pound of the meat she was currently slicing. Customer service will tell you to take care of customers in the order of arrival. Not according to this place. No, she decided to skip over me and service someone else. I understand that it was probably easier that way - given you might have to clean up between meats, or whatever else. And that's fine - IF YOU COMMUNICATE with the customer. The lady ordering the meat apologized. For reasons? It wasn't her fault. I appreciate it, but unnecessary. Finally after waiting for a longer time, the young woman behind the counter apologized for the delay. There never should have been a delay. Plus the sandwich was lackluster. I try to avoid big chains. I like small businesses. But when you treat people like this; why should I return?
