    Chick magnet bowl
    Jessica W.

I went here to get a quick lunch. The service was quick. Ordered their chick magnet bowl. The rice was undercooked so I didn't really enjoy it. It may have been better if I didn't get the rice and did a taco instead. It was my first time at this location so I'm not sure if it's a one-off. The location itself is small with a few tables inside and outside. The ones outside don't really have shades so if you're planning on meeting for lunch just keep that in mind. I'll probably go back to give them a try again soon or I'll have to stick with their other locations.

Cutest spot for unique tacos! The staff were very friendly, they offered to-go and dine in seating. I ordered the Mack Attack and the Chick Magnet to go. They also offer a variety unique (and local vendor I believe) drinks. Meal was a 10/10!

Placed an order for pick up and it was super fast and easy. The queso is probably the best fast food queso I've had in a while. Just a little kick to it and it was perfect! I also got a rice bowl but I wasn't as impressed. Perhaps the in person dining experience is different! Still rocking with that queso though

Taste: 5/5 Value: 4/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Tin and Tacos have different items available depending on the location, this location is closest to me and luckily have a pretty tasty selection. Meat substitutions are accepted and the portion sizes are decent. Limited seating if you choose to dine-in, but the atmosphere is comfortable and well decorated. I love their burritos and they have plenty of fun drink options available.

I had a great experience here to end my Cinco De Mayo. I looked over the menu a few times prior to coming. There are a variety of options and it's hard to decide. I went with Chick Magnet and Chicken Bacon Ranch tacos. They were very good and unique in flavor. Can we talk about that Parmesan crusted tortilla though?! It made the tacos have an extra crunch factor. It was also unique as I've never had that before. Tacos were very filling and had a generous amount of chicken and toppings. One taco would have been than enough for me, but unfortunately you can't order just one. Taco orders are a minimum of 2. For 2 chciken tacos it cost under $10, so the price can't be beat. Wait time was super quick. For 2 tacos I only waited about 5 minutes, maybe less. Service was also friendly.

Not many taco options around Waterford so while shopping it you get hungry, can't go wrong with one of these tacos.

Just visited tonight. I was a little disappointed with my experience. We ordered two sets of three tacos and chips with queso. One of the tacos I did order was the taco bomb and I ordered no pico.when received it had lettuce. According to the employee It did come with lettuce but that was not listed on the digital menu board by the register. I was also not the only customer to experience this issue of unexpected/not listed ingredients received. Things were a little over salted and the chips were stale. The food was okay but I don't think I would say it's great or a must have.

I wish I knew about this place sooner! The Chick Magnet taco was sooooo good. I also had the Mac Attack taco and I would get that again too! Honestly, these are best tacos I've had since I moved here last year! The tacos are about 6 inches long, but since it's loaded with toppings, it makes you really full! I wish they had elotes here! I'd totally buy that too lol. The decor was nice, I really liked that wall art! The workers were friendly and they made my order super quick! I just ate my tacos in their outdoor dining area and I loved the vibe. Made it even better that the tacos were delicious! Will come here again!

I absolutely love tin and taco. I have been a fan of this restaurant for years. I have so many memories with friends in downtown Orlando and going to tin and taco for a quick bite. I love that their tacos are very flavorful and they have an assortment of selections. I went to the one in Waterford with my friend and tried the Mac attack and Chik Magent. I like that they are vegan and vegetarian friendly with the quinoa mix as a meat replacement . I think the Mac attack is my favorite so far. The Mac and cheese is creamy and very filling stuffed with the quinoa and corn mix. I also enjoy the shell as it is a soft shell tortilla but fried. I will make this on my list of places to go for taco Tuesday. They have a deal for 2 tacos for 9.99. The service was nice. The guy at the counter was really chill and helped with menu. Overall it's a nice spot to hang out and enjoy good food.

I was in the area and needed to grab a quick bite. I have been wanting to try Tin & Taco so I stopped in. The tacos have toasted cheddar on the outside. If you don't want a taco, you can get the filling as a burrito, walking taco, or nachos I believe. I went with two tacos for $8. I thought the Buffalo Soldier was good overall. Both tacos were very full, which is awesome, but the fillings fell out. The mac attack was ok, I wasn't a huge fan of the ground beef. The taco shells were ok as well. I wanted them to be a bit crisper. They were a fluffier taco with some toasted cheese on the outside. I didn't really get too much of a cheese flavor from the shell, but it may have been overshadowed by the other flavors. I did get my tacos very quickly, which I appreciated. And they were piping hot too. I would recommend eating at the restaurant if you're getting tacos. Because of how the shells are, I can see this getting soggy if you have a bit of a drive.

The Chick Magnet and the Taco Bomb-grab a fork!

Disclaimer: this review is for the lunch buffet only…read more I went with my family to try the $18.49 all you can eat lunch buffet. This was my first time experiencing a buffet for hispanic food and for this price point in Orlando, this is an amazing value deal. The server regularly brought us out silverware, napkins, and refilled our water. The place is decorated very fun and plays latin music which was lovely Not only was there an unlimited assortment of lunch foods, but an entire bar of fresh toppings for tacos (or rice bowls) and made to order desserts which were included for free! Not everything on the buffet line was the best but given the amount of options, price, and how good the great items are this is still worth a five star rating. I unfortunately did not take pictures of the food before I began devouring everything in sight to the point of near-collapse, but I will do a quick rundown of the buffet highlights: The best meats were the fajita steak, chicken, and shrimp made fresh in cast iron skillets, as well as the chicken lengua which was super flavorful and tender. The mexican rice, beans, fajitas, plantains, and street corn were also excellent. Fresh quesadillas, chips, and corn tortillas on standby with homemade queso and salsas. The flan and mini churros were the best I've ever had. Super rich, decadent Carmel flan. Mini churros hot and crisp on the outside, filled with a gooey soft milk chocolate center. They were delicious. Items that were disappointing: the tamales, mini chicken flautas, and beef chimichangas were just okay, lacking the seasoning and flavor that other dishes had. The beef barbacoa was not as tender or flavorful as the shredded chicken surprisingly. The mixed seafood was itself a mixed bag with some shrimps / scallops overcooked to much while others were perfectly cooked. The chicken mole and beef tri tip were room temperature despite sitting on hot plates. The tri tip also varied widely in doneness throughout the slices and not super tender. The rice pudding was pretty standard, and the tres leches cake was weird as they crumbled the cake into pieces before soaking it.

Service & Ordering Ordering started off fine, and one employee was genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff interactions were the opposite. The drink options are extremely limited -- mostly bottled items -- and what's pictured on the menu is not what you actually receive. Misleading Drink Advertising I paid over $3 for the branded Talkin' Tacos water shown on the menu. Instead, the employee handing out food dropped two tiny Pure Life bottles, one of the cheapest waters you can buy. My wife and I were shocked. This felt like false advertising and set the tone for the rest of the visit. Incorrect Order & Staff Attitude My food came out with sour cream, which is not listed as a topping for the item I ordered. I don't eat dairy, and when I pointed it out, the employee grabbed the tray, walked off, then came back and shoved it in front of me while insisting "this is what you selected." Completely unprofessional. The helpful employee stepped in and offered to remake it, but by then the experience was already ruined. Food Quality The food itself was bland and lacked flavor. My son barely ate his meal and said it wasn't good, which says a lot about the overall quality. Overall Value Between the misleading drink presentation, rude staff interaction, incorrect order, and mediocre food, Talkin' Tacos simply isn't worth the price. With better taco options nearby, I won't be returning to this location.

I bought 3 chicken tacos (about 12 dollars), then sat in an empty table to wait. It was ready for me in under 10 minutes. The tacos were small, but they had a good amount of chicken, cheese, onions, tomato, and cilantro. A choice of sauce was included, and I took the hot red sauce. The sauce was small, but still ample enough to pour over the three tacos. The flavors were pretty good (thanks to the heat from the sauce) and it was filling enough for me, though the flour tortillas was a bit too hard for me. The service was pretty good, though I ordered from the kiosk and I picked up my order after they called my name. However, they did check up on me, as well a provided water to cops, and removed empty items from the tables. The staff were quite friendly. The dining area was small and a bit boring. There were 2TVs showing ads for their products, and 1 displaying a horse race. The restaurant was quite cramped, and I was thankful to find a table. It's located in downtown, so parking will be either in a meter or a garage. This restaurant serves pretty good tacos at a reasonable price, but the atmosphere was a bit bland for a taqueria. It was also small and can get crowded and full easily. Best to have this to go or delivered. It's still a nice restaurant for tacos in downtown.
