Chocolate chip waffles, plain hash browns, and covered (cheese), diced (tomatoes), chunked (ham), and smothered (onions) double hash browns

Such a great location - the staff really makes it. Food is good as always at Waffle House. Not the best breakfast I've ever had, but 5 stars for the prices, speed, service, and classic/basic food. I don't think I waited longer than 7 minutes for all the food. If you're feeling it, they have lots of options to spruce up your hash browns and waffles - I recommend the chocolate chip waffles! It was about $20 for two with the tip.

Blueberry waffle meal is a go to staple for breakfast if you want something open in the middle of the night. Service is always quick, so you'll be in and out in a flash. The food is like the fast food waffle equivalent to McDonald's and it's nothing to write home about, but it will fill you up.

I have been an enthusiastic advocate for waffle houses across the southeastern US for the past decade or so, but this location finally feels like it's loving me back! I really appreciate the staff, even though they've had some trouble keeping the location open for the past couple of months. It's great to see things turning around! The prices have gotten a little higher, so I took some pictures of the menu for reference. It doesn't change the fact that I order double hash browns with my two-egg breakfast every time though!! (It's only a 50-cent up-charge) Lastly, shoutout to the waitress that slid me a complimentary waffle when she heard I earned a promotion at work. You and your coworkers are wonderful!

I've seen decrepit Waffle House buildings all over the US, and I have always dreaded the day when I had to walk into a Waffle House. Are there horror movies that take place inside a WH? Why do I feel so uncomfortable around this franchise? Maybe because who the f@ck calls their biz WH and does not glorify it to International Waffle House? Idk. The point is: I was asked to go. And I faced my fears. Tiny little place with small booths that sit four but you can pull up a chair and sit five. Not top shape, but well maintained. People are very friendly, so that helps the fear subside. We ordered breakfast, lots of eggs, bacon, sausage patties, hash browns, waffles, and coffee. Some of the food was cold-ish, sometimes the coffee was cold-ish also, but not cold that needed to go back. The food and everything is plain here, no fancy. I am fancy, what can I say? But I was not disgusted, I actually felt humbled and happy to be around people who live their lives and don't care what others think. They seemed happy actually... Straightforward (and plain af), but tasty, quick, very friendly, and they have a jukebox that people feed and plays some cool tunes, kicking up the funk to the next level.

Waffle House is pure magic when you just want a big plate of runny eggs, toast, hash browns, waffles, meat, and a cup of coffee. The best part is the hash browns. You want double? Sure. Triple? Sure. With onions? Yes. Covered in cheese? Yes! What other place lets you do that? And so cheap! So much better, faster, and cheaper than going to any of those other breakfast places. I love this place and need to come more often. The only negative is could the place be cleaner? Sure.

I ordered a pick up hash brown bowl on a Sunday morning, the only thing that I must say is that these people know how to hold it down. They're slammed and they had my order ready before the time told me it would be ready. On top of that the food was steaming and delicious. Love this place.

I love Waffle House. What can i say. I always order the chocolate chip waffle with eggs and hash browns. My food is always hot and taste so good. The servers are kind and greets you as soon as you walk through the door. I usually sit at the bar table and there's always room and if there is a wait it's not long. The ambiance is pretty chill for the most part you can tell that the servers really care and have a nice family dynamic. I will say the service fee for to go orders can be a bit pricey but overall. It's a nice breakfast comfort food spot

I never seen a clean Waffle House like this in my life. Everyone is friendly, bathroom is clean "male". Food was pretty good. Definitely will recommend this particular spot.

Pros: The food is always made fresh to order and the service is usually fast, fun, and friendly. I like the fact that you're basically sitting in the kitchen and can see your food being prepared. Cons: Everything about this place is old fashioned and completely out dated. It's a greasy spoon for sure, so you may actualsmell like Waffle House for a few hours. People: Good Process: Good Product: Good Quality: Good Quantity: Good Value: Fair Cleanliness: Fair Ambience: Good Timing: Good Attention To Detail: Fair

A guilty, butter-filled, pleasure. I readily admit that we enjoy going to Waffle House, and not all the locations are created equal. Some of them can get pretty sketchy pretty quickly, but overall it's a greasy, butter-filled, large portion sized, meal with a show! I mean if you go to Waffle House and want a steak house dining experience that's really on you, not them. It's Waffle House. They have greasy diner food with booth seating and butter on everything. This should be why you go and if you're there otherwise, you should have gone. I'm a sucker for diners. Period. I love the vibe, I love the greasy food, I love the butter, I love the super entertaining people watching.....I love it. Waffles House lives up to all those expectations. We sit at the bar top every single time just so we can watch them cook and see the people that come in and out. The All American Slam is where it's at. Waffle, meat, two eggs, toast, grits....really it's just all the food. ALL. THE. FOOD. I can still make it worse for me though. I add chocolate chips to my waffle and cheese to the grits. Go big, or go home, yes??? Staff is pretty consistent here. They are usually not crazy, over the top polite, but again, it's freaking waffle house, so I don't expect black tie service. The food comes up as it's completed, so it hardly ever comes out all at the same time. I don't care though, as long as there is food in front of my face and I wanna eat it, we are good. Overall: A Get the All American. Get the chocolate chip waffle. Add cheese to your grits. Watch the crazy patrons. Enjoy and embrace the grease....then go work out ;)

    Kara M.

I came here on a Sunday night, it was not busy, but the food was not cooked all the way through, whatsoever. I usually enjoy waffle house, this waffle house was not clean and that made me question the cleanliness of the food I was eating. The workers were distracted by their phones and didn't cook the hash browns all the way through. The bacon seemed almost as if it was expired after tasting it. This location had a very weird smell inside the building, it makes you almost not want to eat the food. I would recommend a deep cleaning of the building and staff that actually wants to be there to help and take your order.

Let's get to the food. For an appetizer, we started with the grilled cheese brisket sliders. The brisket wss juicy and I enjoyed the dipping sauce that was paired with it. For entrees we got the 6oz bistro steak and the classic tavern burger. The steak was cooked great and the sauce on top was delicious. The meal comes with veggies and potatos. I asked for the chickpea fries instead of the potatos. I was shocked to see the bill at the end that I was charged the full amount for a side item of chickpea fries. I get an upcharge for a more premium side but I did not get the potatoes that come with the meal to have the chickpea fries instead. Also the chickpea fries have a much mushy texture now than they used to in the past. The burger was decent with no complaints there.

I was a little confused because I was getting brisket and they did not ask how I wanted it (lean, moist, etc) so I asked if I was supposed to go to the cashier or stay with the people making my food. I got a little bit of an attitude from the employee who said to go to the cashier. I ordered sliders by the way, I haven't ordered them in a while so maybe you don't get a choice on type of brisket if you get sliders? Not sure. I paid and waited for my order to get finished (never told them how I wanted my brisket) and the cashier handed me my bag. I looked inside, no utensils, no sauce, no napkins. I asked for sauce and she grabbed a handful and dropped it into my bag like I was bothering her. I figured I was asking too much to ask for napkins so I stopped at a table and grabbed some paper towels from one of the rolls. Finally get to where i'm able to eat. I used to get the sliders all the time so I was excited! You get a variety and they're big sliders, like hefty! Boy was i disappointed when I opened my to-go box. The portion of meat was atleast half of what i've gotten in the past and for my pork slider it was maybe 1/3 of the meat it usually is. I ended up taking the top part of the slider bun off and eating them like open faced sandwiches because otherwise there would have been more bread than meat. To my surprise, I was disappointed by the food. I got the loaded frings and a 5 x 5 burger. I believe the burger is relatively new, since it wasn't on any of the pictures of their menu on Google. Ambiance: The staff was friendly enough and I do like the fact that you can see them cooking the burgers in front of you. However, looking around at the restaurant, it looks like there was no upkeep. There were broken tiles, tables weren't cleaned, and I believe there might have been mold when I was filling my water cup at the ice machine, like visibly on the spout. Food: Loaded frings- I'm not sure how you mess this one up, but they somehow did it. The fries were overcooked and the bacon was fried to hell. I think you can actually see how burnt the bacon was in the pictures. It tasted like charcoal. Lastly, the fries were completely soaked in cheese sauce, which I'm guessing was from a can. It tasted like the cheese you'd have at state fairs, except more watery. There was more sauce than fries and onion rings! I should have taken a picture after eating half of the fries. I could not eat the bottom half of the frings because it was all soggy Burger- the same cooked-to-hell bacon was used on the burger. Not much else need to say about that. Looking at the picture of the burger, you'd think that the patties were way overcooked as well. That was not entirely the case. The patties weren't extra dry, but they weren't as juicy as I would have liked a burger to be. I'd say it was just okay. Maybe a half step below average. I really wanted to like this place, but I wasn't able to. I'm not sure if I came by on an odd day, because the reviews say otherwise. I really hope management can fix these issues.

Once seated, things only got worse. Our drink orders were taken, but after 34 minutes we still hadn't received a single drink, including water. I eventually had to go to the hostess stand and ask if someone could please let our server know we'd at least like water. The hostess mentioned that similar issues had been happening all day. Our entire table was ready to order within minutes of sitting down, yet our server didn't return to take our food orders for roughly another 30 minutes. When drinks finally arrived, mine was missing entirely, and my boyfriend received a frozen margarita instead of the margarita on the rocks that he ordered. Everyone was asked whether they wanted Tajín or salt on their drinks, but none of the drinks arrived with rims. When our food came out, we still didn't have silverware and had to wait another five minutes before we could even begin eating. My side dish was also forgotten. To top it off, when the bill arrived it had been split three ways despite us clearly stating at the beginning that it would all be on one check. We then had to wait even longer while it was corrected. What was most disappointing wasn't just the mistakes--it was the complete lack of accountability. At no point did management come by to apologize, explain the delays, or attempt to make things right. We had sponsors in town hosting this dinner, and it was honestly embarrassing after recommending this restaurant. I understand that restaurants get busy and that mistakes happen, but this felt like a breakdown at every stage of service from arrival to payment. The lack of communication, urgency, and customer care made for an extremely frustrating experience even when I work in hospitality and know what it's like. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on our visit.
