They do not carry a bunch of brand names, but more specialty items. If you are looking to make a nice meal, especially Italian, this is your stop. They also offer prepackaged items such as sauce, pasta, chips, etc., drinks, ready to heat meals, and fresh meats and prepared salads. We do not live close to them but we will always stop when in the area. When we do visit, it looks at through many people shop here for their weekly items, as they seem to know the employees but then there are some such as us, that come for that special item. If we lived closer, we would buy a lot of items here more frequently. The first time my wife and I stopped in, we ended up talking to one of the employees, who was so nice, gave us his recommendations, and even offered us a sample of the Cavallari Chicken Salad. Immediately sold! It was so good, we turned around and ordered the large tub. Their chicken salad is one of the best I have ever had. It is full of chicken, celery and onion. The other item my wife always has to pick up are their Italian cookies. They are from a local baker, and are so delicious. Look for them near the register. Overall I would highly recommend checking them out. We will visit every time we are in the area, but I would suggest trying them out. Get the chicken salad! Don't skip on it! ACES!

What a disappointment. I'm not sure what happened here…read more I get it. They were busy on Memorial Day Sunday. People are off. They are getting all their stuff together for their bbq. Yeah yeah. However, there's still no excuse for rude service. I walk in and go straight to the deli. If you know this place: You walk in, turn right and there is an aisle with coolers on either side. This leads to the back deli. It is cramped, but not terrible. A couple was in front of me. I could tell by the demeanor of the gentleman that they had been there a while already and the woman was asking multiple questions of the staff. No big deal. A little annoying, but some people are just talkative. This goes on, an estimate of say five minutes. Five minutes of a woman asking questions of the male staff member as the young woman staff member chimed in with information or an answer. At no point during this time did either of them acknowledge that someone was waiting or anything. No eye contact. Nothing. Finally the couple is done. The young woman behind the counter asks what I want. I order. In the middle of her slicing one of the deli meats, another customer comes up and asks for a pound of the meat she was currently slicing. Customer service will tell you to take care of customers in the order of arrival. Not according to this place. No, she decided to skip over me and service someone else. I understand that it was probably easier that way - given you might have to clean up between meats, or whatever else. And that's fine - IF YOU COMMUNICATE with the customer. The lady ordering the meat apologized. For reasons? It wasn't her fault. I appreciate it, but unnecessary. Finally after waiting for a longer time, the young woman behind the counter apologized for the delay. There never should have been a delay. Plus the sandwich was lackluster. I try to avoid big chains. I like small businesses. But when you treat people like this; why should I return?

I actually wanted something off of the lunch menu, but she said they don't serve any lunch items until after 11. I had a BLT and wanted to add avocado, but they don't have avocado. (Odd) My girlfriend had a breakfast burrito and said it was just OK. I think they probably are a better lunch/dinner option than breakfast. I will add that the entire place could totally use a good scrubbing. The bathrooms were filthy too.

The breakfast menu is a dream come true for anyone craving that classic, comforting diner food. I indulged in a classic breakfast or bacon, eggs, home fries and buttered toast. It's strange to stay, but this was probably the best breakfast plate I've had in years-- and that's coming from the someone who treats brunch like an organized sport. The wholesome quality of the food, coupled with the generous portions, guarantees you leave with a satisfied smile and a full belly. I ordered a large iced strawberry Matcha with almond milk and the overnight oats came with oats, coconut milk, fresh berries, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Both were very flavorful and I would 100% order again! The staff was very kind and the atmosphere was very vibey and welcoming. There were plants everywhere and the service was very quick. It was pretty poppin this morning! Almost every table was filled. I will for sure come back soon to try other menu items!

There has not been a single time over the last 5 years that I have come here and received good…read moreservice. Sure, the people are nice enough, but I am quite literally ALWAYS waiting 15 minutes for a single coffee. Often times its more, like 20-25 minutes. Like literally every time I patiently wait and it hits me - "hey, I've been waiting a while, wheres my drink?" The food comes out quicker than the coffee usually! I ordered food from a place across the street, walked over to Craft, order a coffee, it took 18 minutes, and then by the time I picked up the food and got back - my food was cold. Crazy work. All the other shops do it fine; Deeply, Stemma, Lineage. Framework etc - their average wait time is like 5-8 minutes once you order. Craft has some serious issue with the efficiency of their barista line. And I am aware craft coffee isn't immediate unless you're getting drip - I'm only ordering an Americano, its one of the easiest beverages to make. I will sometimes even people who ordered after me get something fancy and then get their drink before mine! And to that note, its not the best coffee. Its surely good, its quality; but they're not making the best stuff in town. If there's some extra steps or something going on, its not worth making me wait at minimum 15 minutes for a drink when there's literally no line, 5 people sitting down in the shop and 6 employees. It makes me not want to go to this shop ever, its just so unfortunately convenient to where I work that its THE place to go. So thats why I'm writing this - were in the same space and I want to see them improve their wait times. They've been consistently bad for far too long! EDIT: I forgot I wrote a review in 2023 being more forgiving but still complaining about wait times. Well, clearly that has not been fixed!
