If I could give 0 stars I would because that's how many sandwiches I walked out with. Came in around 3 on a Sunday with my family. We ordered three subs off the menu. One guy was experienced and two were new hires. The new hire got done making our sandwich and another new hire just stared at us. We had been very patient, but after 5 mins of just waiting there to have someone check us out, I realized our sandwiches were gone. I told another lady I think she placed our sandwiches in the DoorDash order bags. She gave attitude and said "there is only one sandwich in here." How the heck do you lose three sandwiches in front of our eyes... I truly have no idea. So, long story short, at least two DoorDash orders have our sandwiches in them. We walked out. I went to Jersey Mike's called in my order because I was driving and I couldn't order it and pay for it online at the moment and when I get there, I checked the orders and they're known for me on the little rack so I got in line because three workers were so into what they were doing and didn't ask anyone so I got the line had my scan thing already and then they finally got to me. I tried to get the guys attention, but nobody was paying attention out the three workers yesterday and I said I had a call order and my phone I put up the scan thing I put it down on the counter which I've never put my phone on the counter case so I don't forget it. She rang me up and I said did you scan my code and she said oh I've already rung it up now I said so that's it. You can't do it. She said no I don't even think she apologize. She was acting kind of new. I think all three of them were new. I tried to get their attention before that. Tell him I had to call in order but no, I stood in line like a dummy. Anyway, I was a little irritated, but then when I left, I started eating a sandwich before I even left the parking lot and the bread was falling apart, which means it was old. I had to throw the half a sandwich away I thought about calling them to complain, but I figured I'd get one of the three so what good was that gonna do so I don't know I don't know if I'm gonna go back. The sandwich was the worst sandwich from Jersey Mike's I've ever had and I've been to the one on 23rd St. in Panama City and this one kind of made me discuss an irritate with the whole place. We ordered pickup for 130 today. Got there on time for pickup and the order isn't ready....in fact, they couldn't find the order. Finally found it, made it up we waited. Got home and the subs were pitiful! The Big Kahuna had hardly any cheese or onions and nothing else as ordered. The new hot Italian sub didn't have the xtra cheese as ordered and the roll was cold. We spent $34 for a mess of an order!! We've been to Jersey Mikes elsewhere...the food quality and attention to service/detail at this one doesn't come close...just bad. read more

This Jersey Mike's is located in Pier Park North, which is the side of PP that sits on Back Beach Road and features Dick's, Chili's, Mattress Firm, etc...This JJ sits in the small shopping center directly on Back Beach and sits between a cell phone carrier and a burger joint. We happened in around 3:30 PM on the afternoon of our arrival to the beach, as we were after an easy late lunch. Upon entry we were the only ones in store and there were around 5 folks behind the counter. Given this, we were helped quickly and had our sandwiches in our hands in mere moments. The sandwich artist was friendly and helpful, and the cashier was potentially annoyed with having to be at work at that time. He didn't take it out on us or anything, but you could tell he was over the day! Our sandwiches came out well as both of us ended up with a turkey and cheese sub, fixed our individual ways. Both were made well, bread was fresh and sandwiches hit the spot for sure! Drink wise, I was a little annoyed as I went to get sweet tea and it was out. I asked one of the gentlemen that was back to standing around doing nothing if they had any more tea and with an attitude I got "we only make tea in the am, so no we don't". First his attitude got me and then I thought about the weird policy to only make tea one time daily...why serve this as a drink option if there is a 100% chance you will run out by mid day? I am not sure if this is a JM policy or just this locations...or if the guy just really didn't want to make anymore tea, but either way it was odd and unfortunate. Overall, I am a Jersey Mike's fan, but this location and that fellas attitude just rubbed me the wrong way on this last visit. Sandwich was great to make a picnic lunch on the beach. I love Jersey Mike's. It's my favorite sandwich place, but the customer service at this store was sub par. The guy on the slicer, who is the first point of contact with the customers, was very short, never smiled or greeted us, did not like modifications we requested, and just seemed like a grump that day. Not sure what was going on but even the others on the line with him, felt his misery. Seemed they just stayed out of his way. One worker was in the back making a hot sandwich and the miserable worker stomped back there while rolling his eyes and shaking his head, pushed the door open, then yelled to the guy that he needed to come to the register to check people out. Anywho, 2 regular subs both with chips and drink cost us about $27 for lunch. It was delicious even though the customer service was a show to watch. read more

I went to my first Jersey Mikes in California a few months ago, got their steak and cheese sandwich and unfortunately really, really liked it. I say unfortunately because....eating steak and cheese subs is not exactly the healthiest thing in the world. Moved to Florida a couple of months ago and lo and behold....there is a Jersey Mikes a couple of miles away!!! So...what I like about it....the bread is really good. The cold cuts are really fresh and tasty. The only thing I don't like is that they tend to go overboard with the oil and vinegar. I tend to ask for it on the side so my sandwich doesn't float away. They have 3 sizes for their cold sandwiches. . A mini, regular and large. The large sandwich is huge...it can easily feed two people. They don't offer the mini in their hot sandwiches. I have been a Patreon to this specific location, Panama City Beach location from day 1. I am a local resident. Last several months service has been very poor. Got the wrong order they gave me a dirty look. And just last week ordered a sub and paid $1.50 for bacon on my sub and all they gave me was one strip. Previously it was at least two strips of bacon. Was a fan of Jersey Mike's on our last two visits, but not so much after the last trip. Sandwiches were not up to par. They doused them in plenty of oil, but nearly zero vinegar. Would you eat a salad with just oil? I think not. When we opened the wrapper, it was a gusher with oil draining out everywhere. Meats? Barely any. Cheese? The thinnest slice of provolone I have ever seen. It gave a new meaning to the phrase "razor thin." Lettuce was dry. You might say how can lettuce be dry? It can be. Also sliced very thin and it must have sat out for a while because it was dried out. Oregano...a ton. That was the dominant flavor for the day. Tomatoes? Thin and looking worn out. Bread? Dry. If it was made the same day, you could have fooled all of us. We all assumed it was yesterdays. So for $40, the experience was less than pleasing. We are all aware that inflation is running rampant and higher prices take a bite out of profit margins. But don't skimp like this again, because you will lose customers in the long run. We aren't sure if we will go back. For $40, you can hit Walmart across the street and make great sandwiches. Perhaps the staff needs further training? I don't know, but it was a subpar experience. Otherwise the online ordering is simple and sammies were ready when we arrived. I was there for two orders of number 43 giant subs. I asked the lady both subs to be rosemary parmesan bread. She was like sure no problem. Meanwhile I went to the next store for my daughter's burger order. Came back and she said they were out of the bread that I requested. I said no problem, whatever kind you have will be fine and she asked me second time about my order and that was the time I realized that she doesn't care about her profession or she was having a bad day. And I repeated my order which is very simple. I wacthed her putting one subs on the side and starting a new one which was 6 minutes apart. And I was given those two subs which one of them had been sitting on the counter more than 5 minutes. Automatically, I started questioning them to make sure my subs are number 43 and also hot. The guy says I assure you sir your subs are hot. I was upset and told him not to assure me because I saw that one sub had been sitting there for more than 5 minutes. Manager says no worries take care of him please. I still assumed that I will be charged one sub and I was ready to pay and put my card in the machine. And she said no worries you are on us. So tonight I ordered two giant subs one philly and the phenomenal Italian truth be told the subs here are always consistently delicious. However what really impressed me tonight was the staffs composure in dealing with a rush with people who had no idea how to order then had the audacity and rudeness of sitting in the lobby and debate walking out when only one sub was not perfect when it was brought to the attention of the two gentlemen working they quickly fixed the problem were polite and diligent in there work so bravo to the two guys working tonight they were rockstars my two subs are perfect and I'm very pleased with service I will be back read more

My friend wanted a sandwich on regular bread, nothing fancy or no gourmet sauces. So we found Mike's. You could tell it was our first time & we asked several questions. The guy in charge seemed to be annoyed by our questions and the changes we wanted made to our sandwiches. My friend asked what's provolone the only cheese & he said the also have Swiss & White Cheddar. She said she would like the white cheddar. He put Provolone on it & she noticed it before he finished making it & asked him to change it. I had one of the chicken philly steaks & I thought he was going to dress it in front of us like they did the other sandwiches & I would be able to tell him what else I wanted on my sandwich but he made it in the back & it was all wrapped up & ready to go. When I said I wanted a couple of things from the dressing table, he was not happy. He asked if we were locals & we said no. He then gave us a little tutorial for the next time we go to a Mike's. He informed us that we need to tell them everything we wanted on our sandwiches when we order so they can put it on the ticket so they don't have to go back & add something. Well, you don't have to worry, we won't be going back to Mikes Jersey Sub. As a franchise I find JMS to be inconsistent. My home JMS is pretty good (i.e., plenty of filings, sandwiches aren't flattened, roast beef isn't over cooked). Unfortunately, the Pier Park JMS, in Panama City Beach, all of the bad traits are true. No fillings (not even lettuce), a flat sandwich, and gray beef. If a franchise cannot make their most basic menu item correctly, then they aren't worth going back to. No real difference in quality over Subway and that's pretty sad (I should have gone to Which Wich) . read more

The pastrami is a poor imitation of an authentic NY/NJ sandwich. Pale , shaved & chopped meat with yellow mustard. Taste is not quite there. As per the counter employee, " don't order any of the chicken because we don't make it here, it's shipped in and not too great. Also, advised to skip the meatballs because they're kind of plain.
