01/31/26 - I went to Jersey Mike's in Park Ridge for a change. Jersey Mikes is located on Northwest Highway. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch - Chicken w/Smoked Applewood Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, White American Cheese & Ranch Dressing. The sandwich was very good but could have used more bacon (next time). When I walked in they were packed, people waiting for their pick up or people who waiting to order. Jersey Mikes is a welcome change. Their sandwiches are pretty good. I love the consistency of the food and service at every Jersey Mike's I've visited. Especially in Park Ridge, where I will simply not get a sub at any other restaurant. Every time I go to this location I have great interactions with the staff. But this past Monday stood out in particular, when I came in shortly before closing. The woman behind the counter obviously had a long day, but she treated me with such kindness and generosity that it made MY day. I am genuinely thankful and I hope that this gets back to the right people. They deserve copious praise from management, at the very least. My friend also had a similar, very pleasant experience the previous Monday, so I believe this is indicative of her good work ethic, as well as the other staff members. Overall great service and location was clean. The parking lot is quite small behind the location. Came here and had the Italian Sandwich with Parmesan & Rosemary bread. Added on the sub some extra tomatoes, banana peppers, mayo, onions, lettuce, and pickles. It's was great, and the side of chips and drink. read more

This was a Grubhub+ order so I can't judge their ambiance though I haven't been into a Jersey Mike's yet that wasn't clean and inviting. The service and prices are always good and they use quality ingredients. My fiance went with her usual, the Club Sub (#8) and it was just as she expected. The sandwiches were delicious- fresh and filling! The employees that work there are so pleasant and efficient! And the store itself is spotless! I have never seen such a clean fast food place- the tables, floors, and bathrooms were all spotless and the employees really seem to take pride in their cleaning. I know it's a chain but I want to go out of my way to complement this place. I've decided that I love Jersey Mike's! It seems as if they are the only ones who have successfully continued to capture the vibe that Jimmy John's and Papa John's strived for. When you come out of this place, I love that there are local workers working here who are doing their best to hustle and are part of the community. The atmosphere is cool! And the great sound track of tunes in the background really allows someone to recede in their thoughts during the lunch hour; either that or groups of friends also can come together here and I like that. I ended up getting a chicken Philly and the calories were only 660, and it only cost me 12 bucks to get a drink and chips with it. When you compare that with Jimmy John's who is so overpriced and devoid of atmosphere besides the Reminence of one was called 20 years ago on the wall, there's no competition. This stuff just taste better! Furthermore, when you compare them to Subway... My last trip to Subway was literally the worst tasting experience I think I ever had with their stingy portions and tough bread. I don't think I'm going to go back... because Jersey Mike's. I had the privilege of meeting the owner, or at least somebody who has ownership and called at his store a few years ago. And I'm telling you... That guy was so nice I remember him! Our polite conversation from years ago has brought me back again and again and this place is the bomb! I think it's just underappreciated. So if you're looking for a quick bite around lunchtime and for the ability to be in a cool atmosphere in the sink into your thoughts, this is the place. Plus they have Pepsi! They screwed up our order. I tried to call for 40 minutes they do not answer the phone. I drove over in rush hour a real treat. The manager Samantha needs to be fired. She couldn't understand why I was upset about paying $19.59, getting the sandwich made incorrectly and not being able to reach the store. Since my sons sandwich was made wrong, he ate the leftover pizza I planned for lunch tomorrow. I ordered two more subs. The replacement sub the guy almost made wrong again. I got a club sub no bacon substitute salami. EVERY OTHER JERSEY MIKES DOES THIS NO COST. Not the Park Ridge store. SAMANTHA charged me $2.75 extra. Unfreaking believeable. Jersey Mike's is a nice option to the other sandwich places out there like Subway, Jimmy John's, and Potbellys (the latter is less than a couple of blocks away). The style of Jersey Mike's, IMHO, reminds me of a nice authentic deli sandwich, especially when made "Mike's Way" which is a sandwich that has onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and spices added to it. I honestly haven't been to a Jersey Mike's in awhile, and apparently they now have hot subs (I may be really late to the game here). Usually a footlong sub or a "Bigs" sandwich leaves this guy hungry. So I decided to go with the #56, a Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. I didn't customize the sandwich at all, so it came with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, hot peppers, and of course, cheese. Let me tell ya, the sammich was HUGE! The length of it was the size of my arm (thats what she said) from my fingertip to my elbow. It was amazing. The sandwich was cut in half, and I barely could finish half. That thing lasted me 2.5 sittings. But yeah, the sandwich was fantastic. The cheese was melted perfectly and the bread and steak was really good. I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich. If the size intimidates you, but you do want a cheese steak style sandwich, Jersey Mike's offers several hot philly cheese steal style sandwiches, so definitely check em out. And let me know if you ever do finish a Big Kahuna Cheese Steak in one seating. read more

Most consistent fast food pickup in town! They will consistently give you the wrong sandwich, the wrong condiments, the wrong toppings and occasionally forget to include a sandwich in the bag. Try calling to correct it and you can't get a live person on the phone. It's getting tiresome, it's a sandwich. read more

By far the best Jersey Mike's location. The store is always spotless and so is the restroom. IMO they have the best bread of any sandwich chain, no contest. For some reason this location bakes their bread a little darker and it is SO good. It's noticeable how much better their bread baking is. Love it. Everything is good - hot or cold sandwich you can't go wrong. I always get the same things and they are consistently good. The fact that they slice the meat on demand makes a big difference. Each of the team members is professional, friendly, and fast. The store has a good vibe you can tell people like being there. Lot of regulars come into this store like me and we get the VIP treatment every time. I've been to at least a dozen stores and this one is tops in every way. There are a few other chains nearby and this place is always busy. Only thing I don't like is the awkward parking lot but that isn't their fault. Love this place. read more

Extremely disappointed! Not worth the $12.65 for mine. Purchased a giant American sub. Kids got giant Italian subs. I went to this Jersey Mike's location yesterday and I forgot to yelp it but I took some pictures. I really enjoyed my sandwich and my chips. I really like how they make their subs but upsettingly I haven't been getting full when I go there. And obviously the giant size is too big that thing is like 2 feet. So that isn't the greatest. The student special is pretty good but being not even full isn't worth $8. Overall I like the atmosphere in there and the workers are super enthusiastic and really seem to enjoy their job. I walked in yesterday May 23rd 2020 without a mask on my face, I had it on my head. The girls did not have their masks covering their faces until after I walked in, they asked if I had a carry our order, I said no. At this point the girls had the mask hanging under her mouth, she said you have to put your mask on, I said no , you don't have yours on and I continued to order, she said you have to put your mask on it's the law, I said no, and tried to order again, she pulled her mask down to tell me " then I can't take your order"!! I said your a hypocrite and I said I'll never come back to this location ever again. Im there at least once a week since I live in the area, but this little girl was taking pleasure in scolding me and now Jersey Mike's just lost a loyal customer for life because of a IGNORANT little teenager with no customer service skills!! read more

Terrible customer service. Last time i visited this location, I decided to eat there'd and the staff kept going into one restroom and look in the door and leave. At least four employees did this while making comments. The bathroom is close to the eating area and I do not need to keep seeing this while I'm trying to enjoy my meal.
