Amazing sandwich's. Great service. Only negative is I can't get outta there for under 15$ for lunch. That's kind of ridiculous.

They have gluten free buns so they are the only sub shop I can use. Good sandwiches.

Get a piece of Jersey in Colorado! It is just like having a hoagie in the Garden State, but with less humidity and less vegetation!

Sub snob and this does not do it; very little meat which is overpowered by a massive amount of bread. Staff not friendly or knowledgeable.

The only thing I could say that is negative as I got pastrami and brisket. The brisket was really tough and our server brought me some corned beef instead. I was going to send the brisket back and she said take it home for your dog, which I did, and he was most appreciative. It was very tasteless and chewy. But the pastrami, and corn beef were amazing! They have free refills on soda drinks, which is nice We got some to go items from the deli, like bagels and pickles. This place is the real deal if you're looking for a New York style deli. I've been going to the original Lone Tree…read morelocation for years, my company actually financed and built that one out; so I had to check out this new spot on Mainstreet in Parker. This one's got a cozy, small-town vibe, tucked between other shops with plenty of seating both inside and outside. From the second I walked in, I was greeted with big smiles and a friendly "Welcome in!" The staff here are genuinely nice and make you feel at home. Of course, I had to get my go-to: The Bronx Bomber: pastrami, egg salad, spicy mustard, Cajun sauce(my add on always) on both sides, pumpernickel bread, lettuce, tomato, and thin-sliced red onion. Absolute perfection. This sandwich always slaps. My coworkers saw it and immediately asked, "Where did you get that?" Told them straight up -- Mainstreet Parker, Heidi's got another location. Every bite takes me back to the NYC delis I grew up with and miss dearly. If you're craving a legit New York-style deli sandwich with flavor that hits every time (and comes with potato salad or chips), this is the spot. A must-try; and trust me, once you do, you'll keep coming back!

The order would be ready quickly, in 5-10 minutes. First disappointment was that they were out of the chicken salad I craved. I ordered egg salad instead, with bacon, on a hoagy roll with sesame seeds on top, pickle spear, and potato salad for my side. The egg salad was very good (lettuce and tomato added), bacon was a short piece on each half of the sandwich, so not worth the $2.50 up charge, I'd say. The hoagy roll was fresh and generously sized. (I saved 1/2 my sandwich for later.) The potato salad was meh, but luckily there was very little of it. Should've have selected the Lay's potato chips, or one of the other chip options available with an up charge. Hubby was very disappointed with his corned beef Reuben. The marble rye bread was chewy (is that normal?), and the only condiment he requested, mustard, was missing from his sandwich. The sandwich itself was smaller than expected. Again, the potato salad side was astonishingly tiny. We decided it was a 3-bite portion. We were able to park out front in the street to pick up our order. There are a few tables inside, but they unoccupied at 6:30 pm on a weeknight. No plans to visit again.

Service made it even better. If you like it fresh, you'll love Heidi's Brooklyn Deli. Bread and bagels freshly made. Cannolis (yep, had to have one after my breakfast) was the best I have ever had... and in Boston, we have "world famous" cannolis in the North End... that don't even come close to the deliciousness you will find at Heidi's. Needless to say, we will be in the area for 3 days and will return tomorrow for more. We would also go on Sunday but they are closed. By the way, thanks for the free loaf of freshly made bread. It came very handy during our hike of Garden Of The Gods trails. Yep.. one day later, we returned. Left with 4 cannolis this morning. And the Chicken Salad sandwich was so good!!

When we first arrived, they made us wait for a full 10 minutes before even taking our order. While waiting, I was watching the employees make the sandwiches, and staring at the orders like they were written in a different language. It was taking them a full 10 minutes to complete one sandwich order at a time and the line was getting frustrated. All the poor guy wanted in front of us was mayo and mustard on his sandwich and they had to remake it twice! Once we ordered, I asked for avocado on my sandwich and she informed me that it would be a three dollar up charge so I agreed. My husband ordered a sandwich that was $18, and when he received it not only was there hardly any meat on it, but the meat that was on it was mostly fat and he proceeded to pull a very long female hair out of the middle of his sandwich. Then when I opened my sandwich, there wasn't any avocado on it at all. Yet she had still charged me. When I showed the hair to the employee, she asked me if I wanted her to remake the sandwich and I refused because I had already waited for a full 30 minutes. I had to request a refund on my sandwich (which she tried to nickel and dime me on, and wasn't about to give me the $3 back for the avocado) and my husband left hungry. Super bummed because I love Heidi's and hadn't had it in awhile so I was really looking forward to it.

There were also three construction workers finishing up their meals, which is usually a good sign. Since it was our first visit, we took a few minutes to look over the menu before ordering. I ordered a medium sandwich with double meat and double cheese, and my son ordered a large sandwich. With chips and a drink, our total came to about $49. The food was good, but I was a little disappointed with my sandwich. My son's sandwich appeared to have thicker portions of meat than mine, and despite ordering double cheese, mine only came with a single slice of cheese on top. For the price, I expected a little more consistency and a better value. Overall, the restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was fine. I would give it another try, but I'd probably pay closer attention to the order details next time.

Got the sandwhiches home and yeah..NO. Seriously..it didn't taste like anything. This was an Italian sandwhich..there was no ZiP of a good dressing..no ZiNG when that vinegar hits you in the taste buds. The meat all tasted the same, it just wasn't anything to show that it was special and have me tell others about or make sure someone going through the area stop and get me one because I had to have it again. The only reason why I got to go to the side to grab my order is because one of the employees overheard and came up to me and helped me. That's disappointing that you all didn't have two lines like you normally do. I was there around noontime and no there were not two lines. The line was going out the door in one line.
