I went to the Jersey Mike's location in Parker, CO around 1 p.m. today. I was greeted by a very long line of people who were not getting waited on at all. I asked a few of those individuals in line ahead of me whether or not they had ordered. They all told me that the store was working on the call-in/app orders. Nearly half of them left without ever getting waited on. It seems odd to me that those customers who bother to come in are just ignored while they focus on filling the other orders. I ordered 4 sandwiches. When I finally got my order (45 minutes later), I asked them to double-check that they made my sandwiches correctly. There's nothing worse then picking up food and getting home with a wrong or incomplete order. They assured me that they did. The woman who provide such assurances even told me she had made my sandwiches. When I got home I discovered 3 of the 4 sandwiches were wrong--wrong bread and ingredients I specifically asked not to be put on the sandwiches. The moral of the story (for me anyway) is, don't bother to go to this particular location. You will not be treated as a priority and you are unlikely to get what you ordered. Jimmy John's is significantly better and faster. You just have to be fine not getting a hot sandwich. read more

I recommend your staff ask one very simple question when a customer orders a sandwich "do you want everything on your sandwich?". Also, when a customer asks for mayo on the sandwich, just don't squirt a ton of mayo on the sandwich and not take the time to spread it evenly across the bread before you place the meat on it. Nobody wants a mayo sandwich, hence whey its called a turkey sandwich and not a mayo sandwich. And to the manager Bonnie, please slow down and listen to your customers when they call and are unhappy about their experience, and stop trying to get your words in and cutting off the customer when they are talking (rude). Last I checked, its about the customer and not about you. Everything starts with the management, including the non-caring staff who could give two rats you know what about making a sandwich the way you prefer to have it made. Its "my way", not "Mike's way" or "your way". No wonder why the same staff member now twice in a row has made a sandwich that is uneatable. Confusing in store ordering. Sometime the employee is oblivious when you attempt to place your order. Attitude is a problem, have not received complete subs when ordered to go, no lettuce or tomato etc. When you call to complain you get voice mail !!!! read more

This is/was my favorite sandwich place. However, came in today to get a sandwich and a drink. Cost was $12. My problem is that they have started weighing the sandwich. I'm a fan of Jersey Mike's, but this location didn't meet the standard that I've seen at every other location. Bread was paper thin (see photo). Staff didn't seem to want to be working at all. I love Jersey Mike's and their food. I had to take a star off for the slow service today. Three or four employees... three people in the place... they could handle only one at a time. I understand it's new and the employees are probably still getting their footing. Next time I go, I hope for an improvement so I can update my review to five stars like they should get. I really like Jersey Mike's subs, with their freshly sliced meats. We had not been in some time because the service was under-par and the AC was broken on a hot summer day. We decided to try them again. Once again, the service was sucky (slow staff, mostly). The biggest thing was the price. We paid about 40.00 for two sandwiches -- very pricey. My first though when visiting Jersey Mike's - will this be better than Subway. Where Subway you get a good value for your money. Jersey Mike's is quite a bit more expensive than Subway and I'm not exactly sure if the quality and taste is really that much better. I ordered the Turkey sandwich - which seemed to be the only meat that they serve that doesn't have nitrates in it. I did Mike's way and added cherry pepper sauce to it. It was a descent sandwich and I think I liked it just a tad bit better than Subway but I'm not sure that I would like to continue to pay the higher price. Effectively you can get a footlong Subway ($5) for a $1 or $1.50 cheaper than the Jersey Mike's 6 inch sandwich. read more

Very impressed with Jersey Mike's. The wife wanted to try this place out after we'd spotted it when going to Pho Vy in the same building. The place was empty except for 4 or 5 employees... most of whom were just standing around. Despite being high school kids and clearly being bored, they were quick to give us the spiel about the place and make suggestions for us. The service was quick and competent, without even a hint of the 'why can't you just let me stand here' attitude I was fully expecting. I got the regular size Italian made "Mike's Way" (vinegar, olive oil, lettuce, tomato, onions, and 'spices') and it was one of the best subs I've had. Coral got the roast beef sub with her own toppings, and didn't like it nearly as much as mine (which she found a way to eat half of!). She blamed it on not going with Mike's Way. Lesson Learned. We'll definitely be back in the future whenever sub cravings find us. read more

I have the reviews here and did not have any issues the first few times except it took a while to have my order filled. They cut everything fresh so that is understandable. Also the subs are really good. However we ordered thru Grubhub and it turned into a nightmare. When we opened our order, my tuna on wheat was a ham on white. We tried calling grubhub but it's only contact info is email, so we called Jersey Mike's store and it went straight to voicemail. As a business owner I don't own an answering machine. If someone in the office can't answer it i have a answering service it goes to after 4 rings. I can't tell you how annoyed I get when a business does not answer their phone. So even though we were trying to have a relaxing day watching football, I drove back and returned the sub. I asked why their phone didn't work they said they were too busy to answer it. There was only 1 person in line. I really hope this reaches the franchise owner. I'm sure they didn't invest half a million dollars to have their employees turn down phone orders. This is conveniently-located to where I meet some clients. A little crowded, noisy and rushed in ambiance for my taste, but the food is decent. Ok, I have eaten at jersey mikes before and on scale 1-10 it's a 7. But my review is based on this particular store..biggest pet peeve is when the store hours are till 9 pm then stay open till 9 !!! Rushed here to get there by 840 so we could get there with plenty of time to spare..two employees not1 but 2 sitting there staring at each other doing nothing tell us they put everything away 30 minutes ago! They could tell we were upset and one actually said "we will help you but it'll take 30 minutes!" What a choice! Great subs! Best choice in Parker over Subway and the new Firehouse. Small location I talked with the owner and the franchise didn't think the location warranted a second station as compared to other locations. All meats and cheese are cut to order, so it can get backed up. Favorite subs are the Italian and the Turkey both Mikes way with pickles and a great pepper relish. Reubens are excellent and the cheese steaks are so much better than the competition that is all about cheese steaks. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Get a punch card, you'll be back many times so fill it up and get free subs! read more
