Fast, easy, and plenty of parking. This is a pretty standard potbelly restaurant. It's located in the Home Depot parking lot. I ordered the A Wreck sandwich and it was good. Not amazing, but good. I also ordered the broccoli cheddar soup. It wasn't overly hot, and definitely tasted like something that had arrived frozen. I would skip the soup next time. Ever since Quizno's went the way of the sub dodo, I found it hard to get a toasted sub that felt worth it. Potbelly heard my pleas, came to me in a dream, and proceed to yell its coordinates into my dome. Then I arrived, a clean, rustic eatery awaited me with smells of toasted vread and a cheesey soup. It was fate in which I indulged in. First and foremost; The place is basically what I wanted from a toasted sub place for many years, and they got to my order with the quickness. The food got to me piping hot and ready. A classic meatball sub to test this joint out works like it always does, cannot go wrong. We enjoyed eating at Potbelly in Illinois, so I was pleased to see one in Colorado. We were on our way to Ikea and decided to stop in for lunch. The interior looked familiar and relaxed, just like I remembered. I ordered the skinny roast beef sandwich with blue cheese and their vegetable soup. I opted not to have any other toppings added to the sandwich though there were many I could have chosen. Every time I go, I'm tempted to get a milkshake but again I didn't. Though I did make a last minute grab of one of their chocolate chip brownies that was at the register. The food was delicious and my memories of warm, comforting meals at Potbelly remain. read more

8/10/25- I got the medium size and the overall quality to price was not worth it. The chicken salad was very bland and so dry it sucked the moisture out of your mouth. Even having them add mayo and their garlic sauce to it didn't help because the base chicken salad was a disaster. I don't know if they make the chicken salad in house or get it already made, but this chicken salad needs some real help. The meal deal is also not worth it. They only have one brand of chips, lots of different flavors, but all the different chips for this brand are not good and the bags barely have a 3rd of the bag filled with chips. Also we had a hard time finding a clean table and had to clean one ourselves. I've had better experiences at different locations in the past, but it's been at least 5 years since I have been to one. I remember the food being good and a good price for the quality, but that doesn't seem to be the case now. read more

This was my first time eating at a Potbelly. I was happy with our toasted sandwiches and service was fairly quick. Meat and cheese are toasted and then toppings are put on the sandwich. One of my pet peeves at restaurants, stores, etc is when no one acknowledges me and just stares at me until I order or pay ... just looking for a simple hello or acknowledgement - nothing formal. When it was our turn to order the guy just stared at us until we finally started to order. He exchanged no words ... the guy who finished our sandwiches was more pleasant. Came in for a couple sandwiches today and Seth could not be bothered to make my sandwich correctly. I asked him to not put cheese on it and he actually asked me "on your sandwich?" I also asked him to add pickles to my sandwich which he cut up a pickle and wrapped it in a bag I asked him to please put it onto the sandwich and he gave me a very hard time and attitude about it. Told me I'm at the wrong sandwich making section. Came home to eat my sandwich and there's actually no pickles on it. I've always wondered about PB. Their name sounds delicious! I went for their TKY with broccoli cheddar soup. It's a very good combo on a toasted bread. Their skinny is a great option if you're not that hungry. The soup was not bad. It's comfort food personified. Meaning you don't worry about the fat or calorie content. Capiche? Clean place, awesome menu options already thought out for you. Nice-especially if its the first time you landed in one of their locations. Tip: place your order with the guy making the sandwiches not at the cash register. If you didn't do this kindly don't cut in front of people who are more observant than you. This is the third time I've eat here and the first two were ok, expensive but decent. This time my mind has been made up. I ordered a BLTA (bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato) and it may as well have been a veggie sandwich. I got two tiny, pathetic pieces of bacon on a sandwich where it's only meat is bacon, needless to say I was livid when I got home, especially for how expensive it is AND I tipped on top of that. By far the worst staff of any of the potbelly shops. The manager was rude and not friendly at all, orderd a meatball sandwich was told they were out of meatballs, then the kid behind the counter refused to make a smoothie or shake because they were busy, there were 3 groups behind us inline and no one else in the restaurant, He stated that his manager told him not to make any. I was ready to leave but the kid was hungry so we stayed. We deffinently won't be back. On a side note the people behind us in line were able to have a shake made for them. One thing that grosses me out is they weigh the meat out on a scale at potbellys the scales are usually covered with meat remnants and they don't look very clean. Typical form letter response you have sent to everyone else that has had a bad experience at Potbellys. This shows you really don't care about your customers. We came here after the Hop Zombie event for Lone Tree Brewing and wanted to get takeout. The price was 36$ for four subs, two cookies, two chips and a milkshake. The subs were delicious, filling, and hit the spot. I appreciate being able to add specific toppings etc. The employees were friendly and accomadating. It was impossible to tell from either the flavor or the appearance. As sandwiches go, it wasn't very good. I threw most of it away. Their entire system seemed very disorganized. Garden salsa sunchips were the best of the lot, no kidding. Since there is no signage, I went to the next person who was at the cash register. She found it amusing that I didn't know the process and sent me back to where the veggies are added. There was no one at that station and no way to know that was the next stop. While I was waiting, I noticed how dirty, I mean borderline filthy the area behind the counter was. I felt like I was in an episode of hoarders. I should point out that at 12:30, there was live music and there was just a handful of customers in the shop. I should have followed my instincts at this point and walked away. Finally, a guy who said nothing to me, pointed to the board behind him for my limited veggie options. There were empty dessert trays, save one very hard dream bar. There's no options for a combo like every other place in the DTC. I had to wait for the cashier to finish a conversation with her co-worker about how her night out had gone. There was no hustle whatsoever. For a sandwich place that charges about $10 for a basic sandwich, the portion is much smaller and soggier than expected. If the customer service had been a tiny bit more present, I would chalk this up to an off day. In reading the other reviews, this is how this establishment chooses to operate. Mobile Ordering Experience I've only ordered online and picked food up here, so I cannot speak to the dining experience. The food is great wherever I go, but at this location the employee at the register always seems to be confused when I come to pick up my order. The first time they didn't have it ready after 30 minutes, so they had to make it when I showed up. The second time went better though I had to wave down the employee to let them know I was standing at the mobile pickup area to , well, pick up a mobile order :). I've been to several Pot Bellys across the nation so when this one opened up next to my work I was excited. I missed their soups, cookies, and sandwiches as I previously worked next to another store. Sadly I will not be returning to this location again. The workers here are all so rude and I really can't believe 4 times in a row now how they talk to their customers. It's rather ironic this store seems to only hire unique individuals with highly visible tattoos, green hair, piercings, etc (which I love) yet you don't want to even DARE ask for anything that slightly deviates from what the menu normally offers, that kind of nonsense is strictly forbidden and they will for sure let you know how they feel about it.
