Always loved Wendy's. One of the better ones. Open late I believe. Wish we had one in St. Helens.

Burger: good, peak ice tea actually good Service: four people standing in line to order in front of my while worker yelled at someone on the phone and stormed out. Three workers stood around for five minutes then said someone will be with you soon. Finally sent a worker to take our order. Waited over ten minutes for food. Ambiance: cold, stressed, dog barked at front door entire meal, homeless with huge sign right at front door. Drive thru congests the parking lot. Complicated in and out route with multiple lanes. Poor signage as to freeway 205 entrances north or south Not a place you want to chose if can avoid it. I have been here more than once - for being such a high traffic area very understaffed and poorly run. read more

Are used to enjoy getting the five dollar biggie bag. It came with a burger, fries, nuggets, and a drink for five bucks. Today I got the five dollar piggy bag and it was a junior cheeseburger and junior fries. Five dollars. What happened to the value? I also ordered a drink since it doesn't come anymore and chose a large Diet Coke. $3.89!? Just for a soda? $3.89 that is pathetic. So it cost me $8.39 for five dollar pee bag to a short on food. I also paid in cash and was shorted my change. So it cost even more. I understand the round up to the nearest nickel because of the pennies aren't hillbilly anymore, but I was shorter to go for 50 Cent. That's quite the round up. Also, the person taking orders in the drive-through was kind of rude. Not very welcoming and not very friendly. With this experience, I may not be back to this location. read more

Dine in experience: Chipotle next door let me down (as Chipotle often does) so I came to Wendy's! Their dining room closed in 7 minutes but they still allowed me to order and my biggie bag meal (junior bacon cheeseburger that came with bacon cheese patty lettuce tomato and ketchup/mayo, 4 nugs, medium fry and medium drink) all came to less than $6! The cashier was friendly, the soda machine had enough syrup (always a fear of mine that the soda will need to be changed in the back), the KETCHUP was out in both dispensers but I managed to get a bit, but everything else was great! They called my name, and my food was great! They gave me 2 ranch's for my meal, the fries were CRISPY, burger good, nuggets good! They closed the doors at 10 and didn't once ask myself or the other group inside to leave. I stayed until 10:26pm ish, and left on my own free will. Overall pretty happy with my visit and impressed by the quality of food for only $5.50 read more

I came to this location on Thursday at about 6:00 AM. Waited in the parking lot for a half an hour for them to open so I can get breakfast before going to work. Tried to go through the drive-through at 6:30 when they say they're open the lady told me that they would be ready and open until seven . I have been to this location many times in the past and they opened at 6:30. No problem. I seen a lot of the staff out front all morning, smoking cigarettes and talking on the phone so when it came time to open, they were not ready. If I would've known, I would've never waited in the parking lot for them to open as I went to work without breakfast that morning. read more

I tell you two of the RUDEST females working the drive thru- on 04.11.26. the way that young lady was taking to my mother over the speaker was SO rude her whole tone was like she was being bothered while working her reply was uncalled for if she was having a bad day, she should have stayed home. NOTHING BUT ATTITUDE- the young lady at window was no better frown all one her face when we pulled up to the window. When my mother asked for a copy of her receipt then she wanted to smile. Like she already knew what was about to happen. They are so luck that I was NOT a secret shopper! Visited at 12:25pm on a Sunday hoping to dine in, but the doors were locked despite people eating inside. There were six of us waiting, and when someone knocked, the employee inside told us to use the drive-thru without any explanation or sign posted. Several guests ended up leaving, including us. A simple notice or clearer communication would go a long way. I can understand why this location has mixed reviews. read more

This is one of my favorite Wendy's locations. Stopped by Saturday (11/15/25) around 4:30p. Placed our order and then was directed to park while the order was completed. I had a trailer so I had to park parallel quite a ways from the doors. Wasn't long before Crystal (said she was new) ran out to our vehicle, gave us our order and waited for us to check it for accuracy before she left. There was missing the dressing and pecans packet for our salad so she ran back and returned with the missing items. Well done Crystal! You set the standard for awesome customer service. District manager britni atwell is restricting employees break times and keeping them well past their end time. This is illegal for 30 minute breaks which is happening. She also restricted HR number to multiple customers which is not a good look. Food is not great and that seems to also be the case for management. Doesn't have enough employees so getting the food out takes long, seems like a scheduling problem on her behalf. If you like wendy's, don't come to this location while this district manager is here, the employees are really nice though. read more

Yikes Ok.... no one really has a clue except for maybe 2 people working there.... and they don't work in the front.... dealing with customers. Always a new staff that don't know the menu at all. Just ate at this location an hour ago and I immediately had to use the restroom and get it out of my system while we were there, and now my girlfriend is having major stomach pains and throwing up really bad. I don't know if it is due to lack of sanitation or bad food / foodborn illness, but this never happened at any other location, it's the first time we went to this store location. I'll start on a positive note and say that the fries were fresh and hot. It's pretty much downhill rides from that point though. Ordered and waited and waited and waited. Literally for 20+ minutes for a two meal order. And this restaurant was not packed by any stretch. There were only two orders ahead of us neither of which were large orders. The drive-thru was busy and they had three people working there. One person at the fryer and one person doing double duty working the till, and also pulling food for diners inside. They were also a few random people that really didn't seem to be doing much of anything hovering in the back. Thanks to the long wait the rest of our food order was lukewarm. Whoever is the manager of this place needs to be fired and I'm assuming it was the person working the fryer. There was no apology for the delay or acknowledgment that I was standing there so long waiting. They obviously prioritize the drive-thru over the dine in customers. Two other groups were dining inside but as empty as the restaurant was a lot of the tables were not cleaned on top of everything else. My review is based on my recent drive through experiences that occurred approximately two weeks apart. On my first visit, it was my first time ordering from this location. It was about noon time. I was impressed by the friendly staff, ease of ordering, and how fresh and neatly prepared our food was. The fries were hot and crisp. The burgers were also hot, neatly put together and tasted freshly made. Everything was great and I would have given them a 5 star review. I like how Wendy's separates the meals into their own packages. The only thing that I wish Wendy's would do is label the burgers so you'd know what burger was wrapped up instead of having to open them all to find yours. On my second visit, about two weeks later I was extremely disappointed as my expectations had been so high after my first experience. The one thing that remained consistent was the friendly staff. My fries were cold and soggy. My burger was lukewarm and it had a mushy texture. I spat it out and threw the rest of my meal away. I don't think I'll be going back here again. read more

I usually understand when teens don't give the best customer service, but not even trying is a different story. I went about 9:30pm and just got off work myself. The girl on the mic got straight to it and ask for the order but otherwise she was nice, the girl at the window took a few minutes though, didn't say a word to me. She just said 12.66 (price) no smile, no 'give me just a moment please' and left with our card. I get that it's fast food but I'm a teenager myself, and I know better than that. Zero stars!! We just ordered from the Drive-Thru and my husband asked for a Dave's Single plain and dry and got a plain burger patty. Mistakes happen but I was most irritated with the manager who was rude on the phone in response. It's traffic time so driving back wasn't going to work so it's partially my husband's fault for not double checking. However, she's the one who took the order and should have made it right or at least been nicer. read more

This location is in cascade station by the Target. I usually stop by for some spicy chicken nuggets after work- around lunch time. The drive thru gals are always nice and never hurry me through my order. The drive thru is usually busy, but they are pretty quick to get through cars, and I still get super hot fries! Haven't had a bad experience yet (but I'm not that difficult)! I haven't been inside, but I know this is a newer location and I'm sure it's pretty nice. read more

I really love Wendy's, good quality, fast service, and the more often I come the happier I am. There is an abundance of options, all of then delicious. They have such excellent burgers, good fries, and if course the frosty, which I get whenever I can do so. I'm grateful for Wendy's being so fast and convenient because in my work, I don't get a lunch break so to speak, and often if I want to eat lunch I have to buy it on the way to a delivery, Wendy's is one of the only places that makes that possible. I ordered something at the window and needed to make an adjustment when I got to the drive-through (add on), I was told that you cannot make adjustments at the window and that I would have to go back in line. Horrible horrible customer service. If you could avoid this Wendy's I would totally do so. I have been out of the Yelp game for a while but this Wendy's gave me the urge to review them. I ordered the #2 baconator (med) with fries and a strawberry lemonade. I could barely even pull up to the window before they were handing me my food, the burger was super fresh, the fries tasted like they just came out with the perfect amount of salt, the people working were super nice. My host was Justice and Taevon was my cashier. Very surprised with the fact they added a REAL lemon to my strawberry lemonade, I've never been to a Wendy's that did that and it was perfect! These poor workers. There aren't enough and they are running out of everything. You can hear their frustration but they are trying.
