I love the subs here, but the customer service is very poor if you pick up your order in the shop and not curbside. Yesterday, 9/12/21, I went in the shop and ordered a sub and chips. There are NO COVID-19 safety protocols in place. FYI, COVID is NOT over and YRMC across the street is packed with COVID patients. None of the staff wore a mask. The employee who made my sandwich acted as if I were imposing upon him. As he completed my order, he started huffing dramatically and saying he "couldn't breathe" due to his intense sensitivity to my perfume. He claimed to be "almost passing out". It was bizarre. I was extremely flustered and almost ran out of the store. Unless I order curbside pickup, I won't be back. read more

"Incompetent" is an apt word. I have worked as a sandwich maker before, and I used to go to this Jersey Mike's a lot about 2 years ago when I worked nearby, but decided to take my business elsewhere after 4 incidents where I requested NO CHEESE for allergy reasons, and had to sit for over a half hour while they remade my sandwich which was served smothered with cheese, watching customers who had walked in the door as I was checking out leave before me. After not eating Jersey Mike's for a couple years, I decided today to give them another chance -- maybe they had re-staffed or gotten better training. Exact same experience as before, smothered in cheese. So, without exaggeration, that's 5 times in a row that they were unable to complete a pretty standard request for NO CHEESE. This is the standard I've come to expect from this store, and literally every time they meet that expectation. The staff are always professional and friendly when interacting with customers, but when you're unable to follow the most basic allergy restrictions and consistently make your customers sit for DOUBLE the time it should take to get their food for YEARS in a row, that's a clear sign that management has no interest in addressing ongoing problems. read more

Ordered online on Mother's Day. Was appalled upon walking in. My sisters online order wasn't ready because the order receipt was on the floor with tons of bread, papers and sub toppings. The employee then asked what was on the sandwich because she couldn't pull the order on the computer. We weren't sure so we had to make a phone call to get the toppings right. There were 3 people working who were aware of the problem but 2 left the other employee to make our subs by herself. The store is absolutely filthy from tables to the walk in fridge door to prep counters. No one seemed to care that an order had been lost and was way past the pickup time. This is not the Jersey Mikes experience I have had in other stores. Absolutely appalling. read more

The first time I had a sub from Jersey Mikes was at a meeting at the hospital. Two of us ordered veggie subs. They were , literally, a sub bun, shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes. No mayo, nothing else. We threw them away. The second time was when a rep brought us lunch at the hospital. I ordered the chicken sub. It was inedible. I threw it away. Yesterday a patient gave all of us a gift card for Jersey Mike's, so I went in to give it one more try. There were three teenage girls working there. I was told they were out of turkey, could not substitute with chicken, if I wanted the grilled chicken but no onions, I could not have any vegetables at all, and they were not able to make it a mini. The entire time they were looking at each other, rolling their eyes, and were completely unhelpful and rude. I gave the gift card to my nail technician's son. Strike three. I will never go there again, nor will I eat any food brought from there. Nick's Feed Your Face gets my vote. read more

We had 2 sandwiches. They had some ingredients only on half of one sandwich and a 3rd of our 2nd sandwich. The sandwiches were not cut in half. One sandwich had everything falling out. If your staff would stop giving their friends free sodas and talking to them while ignoring guest maybe the sandwiches would be correct. Last time we come to this location. read more

Very small and dirty inside. I've been to many jersey mikes through all the Southwest. This one is the worst. The employees take forever to make a sandwich and they are totally disorganized. Don't waste your time coming here and wait forever for your food and it's not that good. read more

Jersey Mike's subs are delicious. Unfortunately, this store does a poor job serving them. Staff is unorganized and slow. Employee working the grill did not wear a mask. Good food but... catering was not as flawless as anticipated. I ordered the subs on line and specified the date and time I would pick them up. Unfortunately, they were not ready. I had to wait beyond the time I asked for. Additionally. The sandwiches were not marked with a menu number. The number is important to know what the sandwich is and what it contains if you have ordered different sandwiches. Catering procedures need to be worked on and improved. read more

I love Jersey Mike's and I get that they are busy but I ordered a sub ahead of time at 8:30am because I knew what I wanted for lunch and was having a bad day. I did not want to wait and just pick up when I got off at work at 2pm, so I set a pick up time at 2:15p. When I got there and asked the guy where to pick up my sandwich he said it was not ready and they were backed up and just walked away. I then asked the girl working at the register if I am supposed to wait in line if I ordered ahead because he did not even ask me my name. She told me no, asked me my name and went to look for my order, when she went looking for it the guy answered with snarky remark "she ordered it at like 7am this morning". Since she was not able to find my sandwich ticket she printed out another one for them to make it. But they continued to making subs for the people waiting in line and ignored my ticket. The girl at the register I felt was feeling my frustration after watching them to continue making subss for people that just got there and went over and made my sandwich which only took less then a minute and she did apologies but I felt the other 2 were disrespectful and did not have good customer service. My chances of coming here again are very less likely. read more

Food poisoning. Food was disgusting. Roast beef was a mush of raw beef and the bottom bread slice was to thinly sliced that it was soggy and inedible when I opened it up 5 minutes later. Eaten here before and it's awful compared to the locations in California, but I gave it one more shot. Never again. read more

Just moved to Prescott. On a recent visit to New Jersey, had a fabulous sandwich at a Jersey Mike's there! Stopped in at this one for lunch. While the sandwich, The Original Italian, was good, I had to clean our table...and the floor drain under the soda dispenser was filled with dirty, old napkins along with the floor needing a desperate sweeping. Stopped in today for a Philly Cheese Steak...very good. But...had to clean the same table, before and after, and the floor drain is still clogged with dirty napkins. Having owned a deli and worked in the food industry, I understand how difficult it can be to attend to these things when it gets busy. But it's a big turn off two times in a row! read more

This Jersey Mike's is the dirtiest Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. We love their roast beef but it's not worth worrying if you're going to get sick from eating it. There is literally food debris everywhere. The cutting board and counter top is covered in a meaty saucy yucky mess. My sandwich was slid across the gross cutting board onto the gross counter without ever being put on paper. I brought this to attention of the guy making my sandwich who replied that's just how we do it here. Franchisees who own this Jersey Mike's...you are doing it wrong. Your employees have bad attitudes and have no concept of cleanliness nor do they care to. You lost another customer today. read more

I know it has just opened but I've tried 2 sandwiches so far. I'll say this, Nicks Feed Your Face has NOTHING to worry about. I tried the #13 and the buffalo chicken subs. Each are basically $9 six inch subs. I don't know what it is, but they drench everything in sauce! The first sub (basically a cold cut) they did "The Mikes way". They they soaked it in oil and vinegar. That's all I tasted on that sandwich. The Buffalo chicken was the same soggy mess except it was Franks Red Hot sauce slopping it up. The first one I looked past saying that this is their first day, but today the girl who seemed to be in charge made mine and it was an awful mess. Keep in mind, you are paying $9 for a skinny little 6 inch sandwich. I'm sticking with Nicks. read more

Nice to have Jersey mikes in Prescott. It's all the same menu as any Jersey mikes but the thing that makes this one different is the staff. They get busy but they get you through the line quickly and they do it with a smile. Very nice crew over there. read more

Really great tasting sub with freshly sliced roastbeef. I had the oil & vinegar plus seasoning. Really works. I'm giving 5 stars as delis are hard to come by in Prescott. This is a very nice departure from the Subways that we have on every corner. It might cost a bit more but the sandwiches are much more substantial. My wife and split the giant. Ordered 8 sandwiches online for a work lunch meeting yesterday on 12/3/21 at 12:33pm. The girl at the register gives me the bag and says she checked them. The first couple I pull out don't have the names on them that I put in online. She says they only put numbers on the sandwiches, and is getting bothered that I'm asking questions. I count them and make sure i got 8 since the last time we ordered they forgot 2 of the sandwiches. I ask for pickles and peppers and she only gives me one container of each for 8 people, then starts ringing someone else up, so I just leave. When I get back to work, I find out only 2 had numbers on them and 1 had some unreadable writing, so we have to open all of them to decipher who's is who's. Come to find out they didn't put bacon on any of the 3 club sandwiches or the 1 club supreme. We try calling and the phone number doesn't work it just rings forever. We have ordered for work lunches here several times and every time has been wrong. read more

First of all I want to say that I love Jersey Mike's and go often. I always get the Turkey provolone and salami. They just charge me for extra meat. Well today I was told that I can't order that anymore because they are under new management and they don't have a way to ring it up on the menu. I informed the worker that they can just charge extra meat and she said again I am sorry I can't do that. We are under the new management. I looked on the menu to see if there was a sandwich with salami and I couldn't find one. So I said do you have any sandwiches with salami and she said yes. It's on our secret menu ham, salami and provolone. I told her I would like to order that sandwich and I asked if we could sub out the ham for turkey again. She said no because they are under new management and they don't have a way to ring it up on the register. My question is how do they ring up a secret item menu on the register?? I was so frustrated and shocked that they cannot add an extra meat to a sandwich, especially when I'm willing to pay for it! I probably won't be going back. read more

I'm a regular customer eat there once a week for lunch, and I put my order in online so I show up and just grab it and go because there's always a line out the door. Today was a little bit different they were these are the normal previous customer ordered 40 sandwiches which put them behind and some of the customers were a little frustrated being there for 20 to 30 minutes. But I do got to say the employees handled it well we're very generous we're very helping we're very apologetic. So whoever was working today on October 13th 2022 at the Prescott location I give them kudos for doing it very good job and keeping their cool towards the somewhat frustrated customers. It was totally out of their hand I understand sometimes I wonder if it's lack of poor management which puts the employees in this type of situation. They are always busy at lunch time so that's got to tell you something. Thank you Jersey Mike's I will continue to eat there once a week. read more

Went in after work to get a sandwich. Employee making a large order so I patiently waited. Seemed like he wasn't happy to be there. Took my order and seemed impatient, "is that going to be all?" after every item ordered. Took 20 minutes from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out with my order. Another customer walked in as I was waiting and again, chubby guy asks him what he wanted. The customer hadn't even gotten to the counter or looked up at the menu yet and he's asking him what he wants. While he took his order, he faced his back to the customer and I could see he had his eyes closed and looked impatient. We know you work at a sandwich shop and you're *super* important, but try to bring yourself down to our level important guy! Bread case had probably three or four dozen loaves inside it. The bread I got was stale, definitely not made today. Those loaves in the case I'm assuming weren't getting tossed and so whoever comes in tomorrow will be getting those stale loaves (one day more stale than today). Awful service, sandwiches not very good, really there was nothing good about this place. I will never return. read more

The floor in the kitchen was disgusting. They have a trashcan in the kitchen with literally nothing inside, all of the trash is on the floor they had hundreds of used gloves just thrown on the floor. I went in to jersey Mike's because I liked it in Phoenix. I know it recently opened up here and everything. However, the service is pretty much terrible. I saw 3 people walk out because they were tired of waiting in the line. Once the guy finally started making my sandwich he then stopped because they had skipped someone apparently and when I asked about it the kid behind the counter said, "we will get to it." This Jersey Mikes is still the bad sandwich shop I reviewed several years ago. When you spend 20$ on a sub it better be great. The subs made here are sub-standard with old ingredients. My wife picked up two Italian subs to go. The store wasn't busy so there is no excuse for the sandwiches we received. First, the bread was old and stale. Maybe they were using yesterdays leftovers but it was so dry you choked on it. Secondly the lettuce was old, nasty and they were stingy with it. Tomatoes were a joke, can you cut a tomato with a razor, it had the thickness of paper, nothing like I've had at other stores. Meat, on both ends of the sandwich, no meat or cheese, in the center it was minimal, way less than usual at other locations, even prior at this one. Since both sandwiches cost close to $40 freakin dollars its not acceptible. I definitely am crossing this store off the list. Do not go here. read more

Meh. It was tasty but I prefer subway for the money. Tiny sitting area and not set up for the picky eater. Special requests must be made to avoid sharing the same oils and vinegars as those that like it must be made due to the assembly line. I was accommodated but it took some talking instead of just making a sandwich to my liking without fear of flavors I despise.
