Super annoyed w this place. The food was fine, it's the customer service that was not great. I only ordered food from them because they had a free chips & guac deal for Cinco de Mayo. I placed my order on the website and hit send. Literally the moment I did, I realized I forgot to enter the dang coupon code. Ugh! I tried to cancel the order and was going to order again, using the coupon code. But it wouldn't let me cancel. I tried calling the store, but good luck w that. Trying to find the phone number for any of their stores is nearly impossible. The only number online sends you to the corporate office. It's open normal office hours and this was later in the evening. So I got their automatic message to call back tomorrow. Good luck getting help after 5pm is my point. So I paid for the chips & guac, which is not cheap. I was annoyed at myself and Chipotle for this whole thing. I knew I spent way too much time already trying to find their contact info. But now I was on a mission to get this refund. I invested way too much of my life at this point. I figured I would reach out the next day. Another thing to add to my list of crap to do. But it was going to get my refund, come hell or high water! This was happening. Welp... it didn't happen. I got in contact with corporate the next day and this was their response: "Thank you for reaching out to Chipotle Customer Care. My name is Bave, and I'm here to assist you today. I'm sorry to hear that you missed the CINCO26 promotion for Chips & Guacamole on your delivery order, especially since that was the reason you placed the order. I understand how frustrating it is when a promotion doesn't get applied as intended. For this offer, the code must be entered at checkout and applied before the order is submitted, and it cannot be added or adjusted afterward once the transaction is completed. Because of that, we're not able to manually apply or refund the promotion after the order has already been placed. I know this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, and I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience. I appreciate you taking the time to reach out and share your experience." I was like, what kind of customer service is that? I asked if they could provide me with a gift card or coupon code for chips & guac on a future order. They said nope, that's not happening. When I told them this was pretty crappy customer service they offered me a free beverage. Ugh! First of all I don't want a beverage. Second of all, a beverage is much cheaper than the chips & guac. Like come on bro, is this really putting the company out? So I told them no thanks on the free beverage, but I won't be back. Customer service like that says a lot. Ive given this place so many chances, but at this point im willing to drive to prescott valley, i ordered chips and salsa an hour before they close because a girl had a craving, I send my boyfriend in just for them to tell him they dont have anymore chips. I ordered a burrito online. I showed up to pick it up on time. I watched the line in the store move faster than my order for pick up. There was guy doing to go orders and he had to walk between stations to get the ingredients. He also had no sense of urgency and attempted to walk away from his station twice. He had to be told to stay and fix my burrito. My burrito was 13 minutes late. I online so I don't have to wait , I'm done with chipotle. this is like the 10th time that I've had some kind of issue with them. Service & Ambiance: staff (with the exception of the first guy on the line 5/18/26) was VERY UNFRIENDLY! Second guy online said nothing, girl on the register kind of grunted something unintelligible. No eye contact. No smiles. No friendliness of any kind. The place was DIRTY. Floors, tables, counter for the line, and windy. The place was not busy. My husband and I hadn't been for years and thought we'd go. Probably not again. I can't rate the food, because I haven't eaten yet. My hope is that it's much better than the service. This Chipotle location has stepped up their food service game. Every item was available in abundance & there were plenty of friendly staff to put the orders together. The seating area was clean & the garbage containers were not overflowing. The addition of the Honey Chicken was a bonus. And there was no green Tabasco and male employee wears his hat sideways completely unprofessional and he needed to pull up his pants he even had a belt but I guess that was a waste of money . Customers should be main focus not making sure the chip shelf is completely full. Tables need cleaned and spilled soda on floor needs mopped up. The building temperature was way too hot! Wish I was able to leave a review on food, but I've gone to this Chipotle location just after 9PM when I get off of work and they close early. The guy that works the night shifts puts chairs out in front of the door at 9pm and starts packing up. This location has open hours till 10PM. Although the food is as expected, the staff is REALLY BAD... consistently. On our most recent visit, the prep table was really nasty looking at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, which may have been right after a rush, but dang it was covered with beans and rice and smears of other food everywhere. When we arrived, there were only three other people in the restaurant and we did not have to to wait to place our order. The chips we received were the bottom of the bin and in little tiny pieces at the bottom of the bag so I asked for more chips and they gave me a little kids bag with literally eight chips in it (no kidding) and I got an eye roll to boot. The workers never say thank you or smile. Seriously everyone of these people seem like they hate their jobs and it really shows in the way they interact with customers. We walked in at 9:40pm while passing through Prescott on our way to LA, the table was mess but we understand that it is probably a busy location and the end of the day, they did not seem very happy to see us #1, when the guy that started preparing our order started he told me if we could come earlier next time, twenty minutes before their closing time I'm not sure why they have to say that to customers we also really needed to use the restroom and they told us that the restrooms where closed for the day when my daughter could barely hold it any longer because we have been driving, a little bit of a friendlier atmosphere would have been helpful. I drove to the PRESCOTT location when the prescott valley location is 5 minutes from me, but the quality was terrible today. I'm not sure if it was due to the fact that I used points for a free entree so they decided to skimp out on food and the quality but they did. Ive been going to Chipotle for about 25 years and never had an experience like this at any chipotle or any restaurant. A young man was helping make the burrito and was friendly/professional. Finally I get to the check out counter and the girl is sitting there on her phone watching instagram videos. Eventually after a few minutes she looks up and asks if I want any salsa with my chips. I said politely, no thank you hes already getting me some. She then looked over and asked can you get him some salsa. The young man said he substituted the corn salsa for the salsa. The girl then starts stomping around like a small child, jumping up and down, and going in and out of the kitchen. At first I thought it was a joke or some kind of twilight zone moment. She then takes her finger, puts it directly into the corn in the cup and yells, while leaning into my face, does that look like salsa to you because that looks like corn to me. The young man starts laughing and she then has this blank expression on her face like she blacked out for a minute while acting like an over grown child. She was young, likely a high schooler, and shouldn't be in the customer service industry. Never went back in and am reluctant to go to a Chipotle ever since. The lack of accountability and willingness to scream at customers, put fingers in your food, without gloves mind you, and stomp around is beyond concerning. I went home, had a few bites, and threw the meal away. Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere or shop at the grocery store. read more

When the person returned, they didn't apologize just asked what I wanted.
