This experience was awful. I got a number 3 from the menu and my fries were so soggy that I couldn't even dare pick them up! They crumbled in my hand, it is unbelievable! I am so disappointed in this food service, and in the drive through they made me wait two minutes to get my burger and soggy French fries. Two minutes is so not okay for a drive through as you literally just have to DRIVE THROUGH it without stopping. The name of this place is also mis-leading, it is called in n out but I was not in n out of that place, it took me a total of 5 minutes to get through the drive through. I'm kinda sorta picky when it comes to burgers ... blame that on my GrandPaw who took me to get my VERY FIRST Char-grilled burger when I was 'knee-high to a grass-hopper.' I was in the middle of not wanting to eat anything my Mom cooked and being a very small-town Southern Guy, that wasn't a good thing. So, anyways, my GrandPaw came to the rescue and took me to a local gas station where the ol' cook chared me up a couple a burgers. My life has never been the same. We were visiting Arizona for 3 days and between my husband and I, we ate In-N-Out 5 times. HA! The first time, I ate a "protein style" double double and that just means it has a lettuce bun. I was surprised that I didn't miss the bread at all! The burger had tons of flavor and the crispy lettuce/onion combo gave me the texture I craved. The second time, I ate a bun. The whole dang thing and it was so good. The burgers are 10/10 but the fries - not so much. This visit, the fries were flimsy and tasted microwaved. I do really like the "animal style" concept with the cheese & special sauce. I just wish the fries were more crispy and fresh. We stopped by immediately after leaving the airport because with the time change and flight from NC, it was dinner time for us. This Queen Creek location was slammed at 10:00 on a Wednesday night which was really mind boggling to me. Not a huge deal. I love In-N-Out. Please come to North Carolina! read more

I have lived in Queen Creek since 2008 and seen the expansion (unfortunately) a year doesn't pass without a new burger/taco/pizza or coffee shop. I have eaten at In/Out many times but had not for a while, last night my wife and I decided to have an In/Out burger, boy has it changed and not for the better, the fries were undercooked and a lot thinner than they used to be, I had the Double Double and it took me some time to find the second burger (they have got thinner), the shake also was a lot smaller, the burger at least tased OK, but for some reason the 'person' taking the orders gave us 4 lots of fries and charged us for them, but we only ordered two, after eating a few fries the rest went in the trash. I know they are not the most expensive burgers you can get, the drive through queue was at least 15 cars (this only shows the rest of the burger places in the area must be really bad. Time to try Five Guys, more expensive, but I am told they are good, we shall see. read more

In-N-Out Burger is good, but yikes it's busy. Although the employees do a great job of keeping things moving; I have never had to aggressively hover to get a table near my family like at In-N-Out. I honestly wonder if there should be a seating service or something. The food is always good and somehow it's always correct. The quality seems to always be spot on. Let me start off with what was good about my visit. Which was the staff...they were absolutely wonderful and friendly. Now to the visit...the burger was just decent not really as good as I remembered. I've only been one other time and I liked it. This visit I didn't feel that way...the inside and drive thru was very packed so maybe that had to do with the quality of the taste. The fries were not good at all. And the bathroom was disgusting! I trash was not emptied and all over the floor. I did bring it to their attention and they said they would get it done. I went to the In-N-Out in Queen Creek, and it's super busy but still really clean. The staff are friendly and work hard, even with tons of people around. My Double-Double and fries were fresh and tasty as always. Great food, clean place, and awesome service. One star was deducted due to the juvenile mischief that takes place inside, outside, and in the parking lot of this location. It would be helpful if they paid for zero-tolerance security on Friday and Saturday night to handle it. read more
