Came on 9/02/2022 whoever is working morning shift is absolutely horrible Zoe the assistant manager is very rude and very slow, One of the new employees was making a sandwich and had got oil and vinegar dripping off the sides onto the lettuce and Zoe grabbed the lettuce and threw it back in the lettuce pan DISGUSTING!!!, I had asked for oil and vinegar in separate containers and one of the employees with curly long brown hair had made a rude comment to the employee that was doing as I had asked, the same employee that is a female with long brown curly hair was handling registrar was very very rude I will never ever return here, the sandwiches don't taste how they use too they are not clean like they use to be, as well as all of the employees including Zoey was talking to each other and laughing while the customers just stood in line, NEVER EVER COMING BACK ! simple came in with our husky group and they messed up order club in bowl forgot bacon. this is the second time this week my wife and a friend had lunch she order the same and it was also missing bacon.so when I went in I explained the order was missing and the other also was missing they were rude.and asked if I had my receipt, I just walked out not to mention the .99 for the bacon was not worth me leaving our group. tried to call but no answer. did get the name of the person . I spoke with name and managers name. will follow up during the week.what ever happed to customer service? there are better sub shop near ny .we will not be coming back. hope this helps read more

This place is awesome. Let me tell you studying on the weekend burns a lot of energy, and a good refill at lunch is a must. Jersey Mikes has yet to disappoint me. I get a hot sub in a tub (no bread for me) with no tomatoes or peppers. The wait is RIDICULOUS!!!! But if you order online it makes the wait minimal. I also added a note to draw a kitty this time and not only did they draw an adorable kitty, but the guy who prepared my sub came to the front to say hello and joke with me. It was awesome. It's a great amount of food. If you want it less greasy then get chicken, its worth it trust me. If your all for the amazing flavor of well treated beef then get the beef, but it will make bread a bit soggy. I'm not much into cold subs, but I will try one in winter me thinks. read more

Let me start off by saying I never write reviews . When I do write one, it's because I had a very bad experience. As soon as I walked in, the staff didn't greet people. I stood in the pick up line for my order and no one noticed or asked what I needed. I decided to approach them off to the side and an employee rudely said "you can't stand there". I then asked where pick up was? And they asked for my name. I said my name and they proceeded to yell different names at me because they couldn't hear me. A few of the employees started to roll their eyes and look at each other and laugh. I felt embarrassed and shocked by this and took my order. I felt awful. I went in to get a large sub 3/15/18 at approximately 7:00 p.m. and was greeted by an amazingly friendly staff (three total - two females and one male worker). As I wanted for our sub to be made, I noticed the woman making the subs drop the receipt she was using to make an order. Instead of picking it up with her gloved hands like I expected her to do the way so many other poorly trained food service workers do, she asked a co-worker to grab the duplicate receipt keeping her hands clean. I'm shocked at the reviews. This is always mine and my husband's first choice for subs in the area and in most cases anywhere. They use fresh hearty French bread piled high with toppings. Knowing that this location is crowded at lunchtime (and some people apparently didn't get the memo that lunchtime is over at 1:00) and that I had an appointment at 2:00, I called in my order. When I arrived, the guy at the pick-up counter seemed confused. He couldn't find my order. Of course, the first thing that he did was to try to blame me. Had I called the wrong Jersey Mike's? No, this number is in my phone contact list, and is the only location that I ever call since it's the closest to home. At this point, I told the guy just to forget it. I wasn't about to wait until they made my sub from scratch. About that time, one other employee had recognized me and my usual order, and was in the process of making my sub. The labor costs at this location must be astronomical, as they have a crowd of people behind the counter but only a few who are doing something useful. The rest usually are yakking about some mindless issue among themselves. I was surprised to read another review where the couple had to involve the manager. I didn't think they even had a manager! If they do, he or she has no concept of the job. Except for the one guy who saved the day, I would have given this location one star. It's a shame, because I love their Big Kahuna sub, minus the onions and peppers. read more

My husband and I decided to try a new place. So we decided to get the chicken bacon ranch giant sub manager special. After several of bites, I noticed a thick black hair peeping out in between my sub! I was so grossed out that i had to spit my food out and my husband had to take our sub back inside and ask to speak with their manager. My husband asked for a full refund because of the hair in our sandwich and all she said was I'm sorry and looked around like if she didn't know what he was talking about. She took the sub to the back and said I can only give you a $10 refund for the sub only and not for two bags of chips and two drinks. So my husband said you would think the chips and drinks are complimentary for finding a hair in my sub but because we ate part of the sub she said she wouldn't give us a full refund because we had our chips and drinks still. After talking with the manager and only getting a $10 refund and keeping my husband receipt. My husband came back outside and told me what happened so before we left.. I went back inside with him and manager told in a loud voice almost yelling at us she could refuse service to us as we were walking in so I asked for our receipt again and she said she wont give us our receipt because it was hers. SHE WAS TRYING TO CALL SECURITY to get us to leave because we were asking for our receipt and my husband let everyone know that we found a hair in our food . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! STILL FEELING SICK FROM MY STOMACH BECAUSE I DONT KNOW WHERE THAT PERSON HAS BEEN OR IF THEY HAVE EVEN SHOWERED! PLUS THE MANAGER MENTIONED HER NAME WAS SUPPOSABLY MICHELE AND BANNED US FROM THEIR LOCATION AND TOLD US TO NEVER COME BACK. Soooo.... Had my first and probably last experience at a Jersey Mike's. The daughter & I stopped in here the Friday afternoon before Mother's Day. Muggz had actually chosen Chili's for our weekly Friday lunch together, but the parking lot outside of Chili's was jammed & we didn't feel like waiting 45 minutes for a table, so we went over to Jersey Mikes. We walked inside and were pleased to see that 4 tables were occupied and only one person being serviced at the counter. The employees who took our order were extremely friendly and efficient. But then we go out on the floor to take a seat while our sandwiches are being prepared, and not a single vacant table was clean. Our order was ready quite quickly, but still no employee on the floor to clean tables, so we went outside to eat on the patio. Yep, all those tables were also dirty, but less filthy than the ones inside Jersey Mike's, so we wiped one down with a few napkins. I had hoped to have a gobagoul sandwich but didn't see it on the menu. WHAT?!? A Joisey deli without cappicola? That's sacriligeous. So I ate a meatball sandwich and Muggz had the chicken parmesan. My meatballs were tough, small and barely had any flavor, and the pomodoro tasted like canned tomato paste mixed with water. I also had a bite of my daughters sandwich, and the chicken tasted very overcooked like it had been sitting in a warmer drawer for 6 hours which also cooked out all the flavor. All in all the best part of our sandwiches were the bread rolls, they tasted very fresh. Considering that it's eight bucks per sandwich there's no way I'm going back to Jersey Mike's and wasting my hard earned money on such a poor quality sandwich and filthy dining room. read more

Best Italian sandwhiches I've ever had. The people inside Are very nice and. I always feel welcome. Their quick too. Everything is super fresh and their meats are high quality. They roast their own beef so the roast beef sandwhiches are delicious . And you can either get their fresh baked bread or a salad in a bowl if you are health conscious, always ask for the managers special of 2 Regulat subs, 2 drinks, and 2 chips for 14.99$. Not bad but it's also not great. We ordered the Big Kahuna and 2 Italian's. The guy slicing the meat was super friendly and even had that 'Jersey' Italian accent! I did not care for the amount of oil and vinegar they were pouring on. It definitely took away from the flavor of the sub. They're super busy and they work at a really fast pace, which is fine if you're a repeat customer. But for us, who were first timers and had no idea what the menu was like, it was very overwhelming. I didn't feel comfortable asking questions and apparently nobody noticed the completely lost look on my face as they were throwing veggies on my sub. Not to mention it was so loud in there I couldn't hear the lady tell me what she was putting on it. At this point I just wanted to get out of there. These 3 subs sure weren't worth the almost $40 I spent on them. I'll stick to BK Subs. read more

One word, SUCKS! Idk if it's the employees or the place it's self, but my experience tonight was horrible. My husband and I ordered the giant roast beef to share and it had little to no meat and cheese. I noticed a picture of a Reg. Size sub that clearly had 5 pieces of cheese on it, yet our "GIANT" only had 5... I don't know if the guy that mad it was just lazy but the meat was almost non existent. The doors clearly say they close at 9pm yet when 2 women came in the UNLOCKED doors at 8:57 the employee at the counter told them they were closed and turned them away. I tried this place just the one time and did not see what the hype was all about. The sandwiches are very expensive for the quantity and quality. I can make better sandwiches at home. The line staff were strange and acted as if they did not want to make sandwiches. I was in line and everyone was chatting about non-work-related topics. When the security guard came in the door, just about everyone jumped up to assist him. Interesting. I noticed that the person in front of me had a rewards card. This was never offered to me and when I inquired, the female cashier appeared irritated. The only good thing that came out of this visit was the tastykakes I purchased with the meal. As always any newly open place in the Redlands area is packed, but the line went quickly. On their sign they say turn any sub into a wrap or a salad so I asked them to turn a wrap into a sub, and they did. They made me a Chicken Caesar sub like it is on the board but on bread. It was very good but I don't think they put much of the Caesar dressing on it so I had to ask for more. Then I didn't notice any cheese on it, buy this time I was over the whole thing. So maybe They should of let me watch them make it instead of making me pay and sitting down. I want to make sure I get what I am paying for and not any onions or other stuff I don't want. I've been to a few different locations. They're on the level of a Subway type sandwich. Shredded iceberg lettuce and mainly Sysco quality ingredients. I've had great grinders when working back east and this isn't one. In redlands try Severinos, or Citrus Deli for a much better sandwich at the same price. read more

I went here for the first time for lunch with my friends yesterday. The ordering process was kind of hectic because there were a bunch of people working behind the counter who were working in a very rushed manner and shouting out questions, and I was confused the whole time about which sandwich was mine and what options I had as toppings. Apparently I didn't have any other topping options because mine was a hot sandwich and they prepared those in the back, but nobody explained that to me. I would have thought it would be bomb with some lettuce and tomatoes in it. Anyway, I get my food and pay what I think is a ridiculous amount for a sandwich with chips and a drink, $10. The cashier was really nice and wonderful! The sub was okay. I felt like there was more bread than the contents of the sub. I probably wouldn't choose to come here again. read more

I have been to several Jersey Mike's locations (LA and San Diego locations) and I always have a positive experience. Yes, Jersey Mike's costs more than Subway but if you look at the nutritional information alone, you will understand why there is a price difference. You get what you pay for! There are generally three size subs: mini (which is what I usually get because it is not mini in my opinion!), regular, or large. My favorite thing is that, unlike Subway (which is what people are comparing it to but it shouldn't be), the meat and cheese does not sit out all day. It is freshly sliced in front of you. The staff at this location were all working very hard and doing their best in this new establishment. Because it is a newer location, I have experienced a lengthy wait but that is to be expected. If you are looking for a tasty sandwich (or salad or wrap) and a clean environment with friendly staff, I would recommend stopping by! read more

This location just opened by my office. They are great. Just like the other locations, you get a better than home made sub. The service has been EXCELLENT. If you haven't had a Jersey Mike's sub yet you are missing out big time. I order the #9 Mike's Way. It's roast beef, turkey, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, red wine vinegar, olive oil, & spices. This sandwich is the bomb and this location does it perfect. Great job guys. read more
