This place is pretty awesome. I know I try to avoid using vague statements at the start of reviews, but as I sit here I am with a happy stomach. The Philly Cheese Steak was way past my expectations, and the cookies are soft and delicious. A bit pricy, but their large sub will fill up 2 adult men. This is one of my favorite places to go after Zumba class. Nice and fresh, and not too heavy. Yeah, it's a little more expensive than Subway, but it is so much better and fresher. The meat is sliced right in front of you, so it hasn't been sitting out all day, getting dried out. You can even get any sub made into a wrap or salad (Sub in a Tub). The only sub I have tried and not liked, was the Chicken Parm. It appears to be a pre-made frozen patty with little flavor. Everything else is good. I'm a loyal #9, no bacon (only because I have a pork allergy), Mike's way, no onions, add pickles. I've had a few instances when my order has been wrong, but the staff is always quick to correct the situation. And they have good sweet tea, which is hard to find outside of the South. Overall, a good alternative to a burger. read more

My family and I visited this location for the first time this weekend. I have never heard of or been to Jersey Mike's before. We all agreed that the food was delicious! I got the # 2, Mike's way and added their cherry tomato & pepper relish to it. So good! My husband got the buffalo chicken wrap and really enjoyed it. My son got the tuna sub and he said his was only okay (after he ate 3/4 of it). The wait time was kind of long and the service was mediocre; it wasn't bad, but it didn't really stand out. I've tried giving this location multiple chances, especially since I've received impeccable service at the Yucaipa location, but I have to say that this Redlands one just isn't up to par. Every order I have placed at this location has been either incorrect or I have received horrible service and the sandwiches just don't taste as awesome as they should-the lettuce is wilted and aged, they don't let you know there are different bread choices or Mayo options and even when you do order alternatives they still will make it the normal way dispite how you wanted it. It's really disappointing that I have to drive out of town if I want to enjoy this franchise. read more

This is the SECOND time I have come here and gotten not only bad service, but not great food..... I used to REALLY like Jersey Mike's, but this location.... not so much. The food was not fresh, and the service was RIDICULOUS. I literally stood at the front counter for at least FIVE minutes while the entire staff ignored me. All I wanted was a bag to take my food because I was in a hurry, but both the guy cooking at the grill and the second guy cutting lettuce and btw way telling his coworker an obviously funny story as he laughed at himself and even came over to the grill and then returned to the lettuce , all the while looking my direction and then away from me again, ignored me totally. I never saw the female employee once she assembled the first part of my sandwich, so who knows, but out of three people, no one had time to grab me a bag? I will never go back, the food isn't worth it and the employees are just not good at their jobs.... too bad. read more

I just went yesterday, ordered a veggie - giant for dine-in, I had to wait long for mine to be made while others after me received theirs first, finally after 10 minutes I got my sub. It was a mistake, and then I asked them to remake it because it had chicken and no avocado after I had payed extra for it. Finally they got it right, and I ate my food. I shared it with someone else. That night I had non-stop diharrea and food poising. The person shared it with woke up vomiting. Terrible experience definitely never eating from the franchise again. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Customer service was terrible. I called to order a GF sandwich and was put on hold for 22 minutes. That included the time I waited online in the store. When I was finally asked what I wanted I was informed they were out of GF bread. Well, I should her I was still on hold, which she verified and shrugged saying "sorry, we are really busy". Located in between five guys and noodle 21. Friendly service. Good quality subs. Fresh deli meats they slice right in front of you. I ordered the famous roast beef sub and my boyfriend ordered the Philly cheese-steak. Both were really good. I ordered the mini sub and it wasn't a big difference in regarding to the "regular" size sub. Really busy since they just opened. I will definitely come back again. Prices are average. My friend brought me a Veggie Sandwich (Bread, lettuce & cheese) and it was better than I expected. Since I'm a vegetarian, I don't have much to eat around. The bread was nice and chewy just like it should be on a sub sandwich, but the meat was flavorless and dry, thank goodness for the mayo. My husband and I got their manager's special turkey breast and provolone. Our first time here and it was awesome!!! I love that the deli meat is sliced right before you, so thin, but piled on the sandwich in just the right amount so that we could share a giant sandwich (15", I think) and with our small bag of chips and our drinks, we left there completely satisfied and have already made plans to visit the location nearer our house. read more
