I love love love jersey mikes. They have a gluten free loaf and always give good service.

JM is just ok but I've definitely had much better at a lower price. There was plenty of meat on the steak but a tad too much cheese, at or past the gooey point. The bread was just so-so, and not the type of bread I would expect for a Cheesesteak sandwich. Certainly not close to Amorosa style rolls. More like Subway or JJ's. I might go back but if the place in Clearfield is open, you know, the one-off Cheesesteak restaurant, I'll go there first, everytime. read more

Jersey Mike's has excellent sub sandwiches. I have eaten at this new location twice now. I have ordered the Italian and the Club. Bottom line, both subs were excellent. Their bread is great. They have a huge menu with more options than all other sub shops. A regular size sub is recommended. The giant is enough for two people. I had them grill my Club and put Chipotle mayo on it. It comes with really good bacon already. I highly recommend this restaurant. read more

Really good but you pay for it. I've been once I was very impressed that they slice the meat right when you order it or cook it fresh if you get a hot sub. I had the cheese steak, really good. However at $8-$15 per sub it's a little pricey. read more

This is the third time that we've taken advantage of placing our order through their website, and sadly, each time they've messed up our order. I thought that maybe "third time was the charm", but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I guess if we want it made the way we want, we'll have to go in person and watch them. Where to start? I came in and ordered the meatball sub. (Granted it was almost closing time so I picked the first thing that jumped out at me.) I was not impressed. The bread was pretty fresh. My usual order is the meatball sub and it is amazing!! The first time I went, I ordered the chicken Parmesan and the guy at the counter asks "have you been here before?" I said no and he goes "Ok, I'm going to be honest with you, the chicken parm is literally the only sandwich here that I wouldn't recommend. So if I were you, I'd get the meatball." So I took his advice and I'm SO glad I did. Maybe the next time I go I'll try the chicken. At first I thought it was way pricey but when I got home and saw how big the subs are; it is totally worth it. Without knowing how big the giant size was, that's what I ordered my mom and I and I couldn't believe it!! At least we had lunch for the next day. Love this place...one of the best chicken philly sandwiches ever!!! We've been to 2 different locations (Riverdale and American Fork) and both have been great!!! The food is great! But my last 2 visits have been crap. I ordered a cheese steak without veggies Drove home 15 miles took a bite and ended up with a mouth full of veggies. So we called them and they said that they would make it right. So we went back 3 days later. The staff made us 2 free sandwich's with my specific instructions NO VEGGIES!. They gave us our food we drove home 15 miles. Opened up our sandwich's to find lettuce tomato on a buffalo chicken Philly. WTF. So we called the manager & he said "well that is how it is on the menu" So apparently you have to get your food his way. Great customer service Mike The manager.
