Cheesesteak with grilled onions and provolone. Large fries.

The service was very friendly and personable. My cheesesteak was yummy but definitely overshadowed by the epic French fries. Would definitely come back for Meatball Monday.

I loved everything about my Philly! The steak was tender and juicy, the bread was fresh and soft, and everything combined made for a delicious, satisfying sandwich. Highly recommend the fries as well. Nice and crispy! Owners are also very down to Earth and friendly.

If you just like cheesesteaks, not love them you will love the food here! You have to get the fries as well! They are like beer, battered, and crispy and delicious. I ordered the regular, add jalapeños and it was cooked to perfection. The steak was tender and juicy with an amazing flavor. I think it was the owners that waited on me. They were extremely pleasant great customer service restaurant was very clean and organized. if you're in Ogden just kicking about and you are hungry for a big Philly cheesesteak sandwich you must try this place!

Very good food and the fries are the best, pregnant wife craved only them for her snacking.

Great food and amazing fries! They will close early if they run out, so don't plan to go too close to closing time.

Parked for free streetside nearby and walked over, got on the waitlist and was texted to return after just 15 mins. Seated and we already knew the food we wanted, but took a moment to go through the beers to choose 4 each for our flights. I was so excited to try out the place and their homebrewed drinks! My salad was massive, with charred grilled chicken and a delicious buffalo sauce. The appetizers were amazing as well, you HAVE to try their fried pickles!! It was super hot outside so the beers were extra refreshing, I really loved their IPA but their stout fell flat for me. I can be picky! Their Porter also shone, delicious and unique! Service was friendly and super fast. I asked for some modifications on my salad and they did not mind a bit. Grabbed a pint glass on the way out. Would love to come back here and watch a game from the back patio, which is shaded and has misters (and a kid area!).

I could easily eat the bisque alone. We ago got the garlic cheese curds, and the Mac n cheese which was phenomenal! Last time we came, the weekly appetizer was spinach artichoke dip, that was so good, I got a second serving as "dessert" (another day). Their regular menu is great, but I also love the rotation, to add a little more variety. It was very busy, and we mentioned we were trying to make a show later, and they took care of us, and we made it on time.

Even after that, we waited another long time to even get drinks started and food ordered in. The bartender was super kind and talkative but felt like he had really no care for being attentive. The food we got was okay. The ribs had good flavor but the texture felt off as if they were microwaved or overcooked. My girlfriend got a buffalo chicken sandwich that really had no flavor and was mostly breading and super messy. I got a shepherds pie but as well the potatoes had little to no flavor.. I think this place has a lot of potential. Maybe it was just a bad night. But I think better service and curating a better palate for the menu can be done. Especially for being one of the few better bar and food places in Ogden.

He's been wanting me to try the sandwiches on the truck but as time got away from us, the truck was closed for the day but this sister spot was open for an hour more. We headed to Newgate mall and walked inside the Quilted Bear. Tucked away in a corner is Mama's Toasted Cheeser, complete with a large counter and sizable seating area. "Mama" met us at the counter as I perused the expansive menu. I've been to grilled cheese restaurants and food trucks but none of those compared to the variety of offerings that she had. From a classic grilled cheese sandwich to the additions of ham, bacon, turkey, crab, chicken and ranch, pickles, jalapeño, pepperoni and pizza sauce, and roast beef and bbq sauce were on the menu. But then there were also 23 "specialty" Cheeser options including peanut butter, hawaiian, gyro, taco, spinach and artichoke, and ravioli grilled cheese sandwiches?!?! I was torn between the carne asada, philly cheesesteak, and pork and mac. I asked "Mama" and she said that a fan favorite was the pork mac and so I ordered that. I've had macaroni and cheese and pulled pork on a grilled cheese sandwich before which was unsuccessful. I had high hopes that this place would be able to pull it off. We ordered our sandwiches and made them combos, which included mini fries, drink, and cookies for $4. I must say I was surprised to see packaged cookies as I was thinking that fresh cookies would be included. But the amount of fries more than made up for that. If what we had was the mini fry size, I have no idea how large the other sizes are! We got our meals to go and added a little dessert - triple chocolate cheesecake and bread pudding - which "Mama" told us she got from a local bakery. My sandwich was filled with pork and the macaroni and cheese was spilling out. There was no easy way to eat it as a handheld sandwich so I resorted to using a fork and knife. Kudos to this place for using bread that held up and didn't become soggy. It had a nice crunch to it and the sprinkled parmesan on top was a nice touch. The sandwich was very good. What impressed me most was that while the macaroni and cheese and bbq pulled pork were plentiful, there was no confusion about this being a grilled cheese sandwich. The addition of three cheeses ensured a great "cheese pull". The fries seemed undercooked, limp, and a little too greasy for me. I love a great grilled cheese sandwich and Mama's Toasted Cheeser definitely understands the art of making one. I look forward to coming back and trying more of their offerings.
