I was hungry one day while in town and I searched on my phone for nearby food. This place caught my eyes because of great reviews. So I came by to try. It is really good! The mom who prepared the food is a positive clear and happy lady. Food is fresh and looks very clean. Tastes wonderful too. Later I brought my family and friends to try and everyone is hooked. We are stopping by every time we visit the town now. By the way, another reviewer's posting did remind me of something. On some days, the cheesesteaks here can feel a tiny bit unseasoned or need some salt. But I think it is safer than too much. We sometimes add a pinch of salt and pepper ourselves. We stopped in here right before closing. The owners are really nice and they even gave us some fat and extra meat for our dogs. I got the Philly cheesesteak special which has mushrooms on it. I liked it a lot and I decided to go with the Swiss cheese. My wife just got the regular Philly cheesesteak with provolone and she liked hers as well. They also had us try their version of coleslaw. She said they import the dressing from a Greek family in Pennsylvania. The best coleslaw I've ever had. Much better than traditional coleslaw. Menu is small but the sandwiches are great. Had lunch here several days ago with my neighbor. Owners are the cooks and are very friendly. We had just the simple Philly with no extras. Sandwiches are huge and we had to take half home. Meat was plentiful but sandwich was a bit dry. We had our sandwich on the sour dough bun and maybe that was why. I hated to ask if the had mayo but for me it would have helped as I just had the meat and mushrooms. My friend had the works and she said her sandwich was dry as well. I'm so sorry to post this but if your going to call your self a Philly cheesesteaks shop then you need to provide that. Maybe a better name is Utah cheese steak sandwich. Little flavor minimal cheese, if it wasn't for the jalapeños I wouldn't have tasted anything. Again I hate to do this to a local sandwich shop but this is not a Philly cheese steak. BUT the star of the show was the Greek Coleslaw. The posted picture does not do it justice. What a flavor explosion in your mouth!
