I agree with everyone about the experience needing to be better at this location. It is tough to walk in and see only 1 or 2 people ahead of me, but then notice 10-12 slips hanging up indicating online orders. I have also been ignored for several minutes while everyone feverishly worked on those online orders. I think there needs to be a specific effort to do 2 things. First, have one of your employees say "Hi - thanks for coming in - we will be with you shortly, and 2) maybe have one or 2 people focus on in person orders while others can work on the online orders until you are caught up. It is really rude when your employees act annoyed because i am not quietly and patiently just waiting for someone to greet me. One time, I was the next person, and right in. front of them, but nobody thought I deserved recognition. It seems like hospitality 101. read more

This location needs training bad... they would not honor my coupon via phone after I called and preordered the sandwhiches. staff had no idea how to approach the situation and went to talk to the manager and was just told no, the manager did not even acknowledge me. I asked would you guys rather throw the food away then honor the coupon I have with the code and was pretty much told no. The lack of customer service here sucks and needs better management. becuase they lost money by throwing already made food away instead of at least getting money for a full sandwhich for the company. Yay, Jersey Mike's Subs has come to PV! It was PACKED on Friday at noon, but the line moved fast. I counted 8 employees working feverishly behind the counter, wow. Unfortunately, they were out of steak. I also wanted to try the new Portabella Mushroom Cheese Steak sandwich, but they didn't offer it here. So I got a #16 Mike's Chicken Philly on wheat bread and a #42 Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak on Rosemary Parmesean bread instead. It took a while for them to prepare my order, but I didn't mind waiting because I knew it was freshly made. If I wasn't redeeming a gift certificate and coupon that required me to be in person, then I would have ordered beforehand using their app online. The food is delicious and the Chipotle was actually much sweeter than I expected. The Chipotle wasn't spicy at all--which was good for me to share with my elderly father who can't take the heat. It's a bit pricey at about $10 per sandwich for a regular size, but it's 7 inches and quite filling and freshly made. read more

First time going to a Jersey Mikes. Only 2 people in front of me but we were ignored for online and pick up orders. The employees here had the worse attitudes. It felt like they were pressured to work here. No personalties, no help with my order, the young kid kept yelling you want it Mikes way....like I had any idea what he was saying! Walk in to Jersey Mikes to find a sandwich specialist on his laptop and two people behind the counter. I pick up my mobile order and the kid with orange hair asks if, "I mind closing the shop door behind me?" I smile and laugh and do but I will say, "You have three able bodies and I as the customer who just paid $39 for two sandwiches is pretty sure that you can take that courtesy and walk from behind the counter and shut your own door" I have children older than you...IT WAS NOT APPRECIATED & a poor decision -- it isn't acceptable to someone like myself who just pulled a double in emergency services. Waited to review to give this place at least a few chances with multiple visits. 1st visit - sloppy made sandwhiches / hot sandwich was on soggy mushed up bread/ cold sandwiches made wrong per online customized order- tasted unlike the other good Jersey Mike locations- 2nd visit- Order was in placed in a small bag that didn't fit a Giant sized hot sandwich so it leaked and was crushed and sogged up against the cold sandwiches. 3rd visit- got a call after placing online order that they were OUT OF BREAD!!!!! And asked if I wanted to wait until the bread truck came to fill the order? Canceled the order. WTF? What SANDWICH shop RUNS OUT OF BREAD ? Location failure- too bad. I should have listened to the other reviewers. Worst JM's I've ever been too. Staff is lackluster and borders on just plain rude with no hello, greeting or niceties. They are like robots and didn't even get my order right when I asked for oil and vinegar on the side. They splashed vinegar all over my sandwich and by the time I said "stop" it was drenched and too late. No offer to remake it and to make it even worse, she finished making my sandwich then left it to sit while she finished the next guy's order. WTH??!!?? Lame. Wow. I should have read the reviews before trying this place. The people behind the counter were so rude. After the eye rolls when I asked what kind of bread they had I should have walked away. By the end of telling them my order I was afraid to say anything and I just let them add what they wanted to it. And on top of all that the food was old... the lettuce visably brown and wilted. Customer service is terrible! Very slow and un-friendly. I usually order a #11 (ham & salami) w/turkey instead of ham. All other JM will honor the order except for the one in Rolling Hills. They charge me almost $4 extra to swap the ham for turkey. I don't get the cheese with the sandwich so it's a savings for JM. I don't get it. Not visiting this location again. read more

It's time for us to switch back to SUBWAY. The last two visits to Jersey Mike's have been terrible. Today we stopped by at around 5:30 for dinner. Working behind the counter was a heavyset woman and a skinny guy with glasses. They had their music on so loud that they couldn't hear what we were saying and we had a hard time hearing them. My wife ordered a #8 Club Sandwich and the idiots left out the bacon. I ordered a #10 Tuna and the geek spread the tuna on so thin I had to order and pay for extra tuna. Then I to,d him not to cut it in half. And he cuts it in half. We didn't realize the bacon was left off until we got home. We tried cal.in to see if we could get the bacon but they don't answer the phone. We've been going to Jersey Mikes for sandwiches because we like it better than Sunday. But no more. So she laughed at us when we were bothered by this last minute discovery - of course, she waited until right after we paid for our food. nice. I thought maybe the lack luster visit was just a one time thing ... nope.... the employees barely speak for one stood there for minutes (I was only person in there) before anyone asked could they help. Don't ask a question you barely get an answer. Then the girl standing there waiting for the guy to slice th meat had my bread on the bare counter (the counter she used a rag to wipe a rag that wiped everything ). Didn't get a anything else would you like ... just off to the register wasn't even told how much nor given a thank you.
