He claims to have a record of dozens of reviews that I have left. Where he says these reviews are he's not sure. This location needs better management. My wife says that one time she also complained because the employees were smoking cigarettes outside and they came inside and they didn't wash their hands and they proceeded to make her food. How this is our fault I'm not sure. How this warrants the way we were treated today I am also not sure.
