I wrote a similar review about this location 2 years ago. It'd improved since then but has slowly degraded back to the unreliable quality I initially complained about. I get sandwiches around lunchtime and they've always got new people working. Time to avoid this location and start going to the location down in Issaquah. Catering option that opens early?!! Yes !!! I have been doing staff luncheons for a couple years for our PTA and have had a hard time finding places that open before 11am in order to get the lunch setup for teachers and staff. Jersey Mike's went above and beyond to help us kick off this year with sooo many happy lunchgoers. Derick the manager, was very accommodating. I wanted to ensure I could Pick up early enough , and also I added in some last minute sandwiches. The hot sandwiches weren't available for the catering boxes and we went with the turkey and prov, ham and prov, veggie, italian, and clubs. There was a ton of oil provided and some people took it, but overall there was a lot leftover so there was a generous amt of that supplied. Everyone said this was better than the Jimmy Johns and no complaints. Will def do the sandwich catering option again for our Sammamish events. Parking was a little tight but it was available. I'm originally from NJ, so to use my upbringing you better be worth it. Jersey Mike delivers! My wife brought me home an Italian, and it was yummy and very close to truly authentic. The ingredients were plentiful and tasty, the bread light and fresh, spiced nicely, and the quantity appropriate. I had to hold back to take the picture: I just wanted to woof it all down. Not so from a joint across town: that brand's sub was small, bread left a lot to be desired, and just was almost s chore to chow down. Why not 5 stars? Well, I'm not standing on a beach in NJ, and I've not had a larger sample set to assure this isn't a fluke (I had another one long ago when first arriving, and they put Mayo on my sub: not cool; that experience is not part of this review). Dirty kitchen! Not professional service! Rude attitude! I made an order and noticed that the girl who made the order was already wearing gloves and with the same gloves, she pressed the buttons on the visible dirty oily spots display screen. With the same gloves, she took the bread and asked if I wanted mayonnaise on this bread. I asked her to change gloves and I thought she will realise she needs to take new bread as well. Instead she looked at me like I was crazy, very unprofessional. The manager on duty was laughing and even more unprofessional, rolling eyes because I requested a clean sandwich. I asked for a refund because I didn't have an appetite anymore. No one apologised and made me feel uncomfortable. Terrible attitude from everyone there, disrespectful. read more

This place is quite out of the way for me but for some reason whenever I get a sandwich from this location it has just the right ratios of all the ingredients to give the perfect bite. Im always satisfied when going to Jersey Mikes and now crave it to the point I have my boyfriend get me one on his way home. The service is as expected at every Jersey Mikes you have to wait a little for your sandwich but that makes the quality much better. The last few times I have gone however they were out of the chocolate tasty cakes :( but that makes it even more of a special treat. It is on the pricier side but you do get a lot for the price and the quality is better than other sandwich shops. read more

How can two stores from one franchise be so different. Jersey Mikes on Redmond Way Redmond is 5 Stars The Sammamish Store is simply terrible. When I went to grab a quick sandwich, I was told by staff when I walked into the store "We don't have a slicer so you can only order hot sandwiched" Thinking they're missing a machine part. Nope it seems they were waiting for someone old enough to use a slicer to come into the store. When I walked in, all the staff was in the backroom twittering, doing who knows what. This is fairly typical for this store. (I usually drive an extra 7 miles to the Jersey Mikes in Redmond) Everyone seemed confused and unwilling to help people. They had run out of all bread except for rosemary parm. How does a sub shop run out of bread?!!!!! they were also out of onions. so now you can only order a hot sub on parm with no onions. This is crazy the only person who seemed to know how to work walked into this mess while I was waiting for a sandwich. 4 employees in the store and only ONE can slice meat? Seriously? Then who isn't making bread or cutting onions. I asked for the telephone number for the owner and was stalled and refused the information from the girl behind the counter. Someone needs to know how poorly things are run. Seriously how do you run out of bread at a sandwich shop. The bread they used on my sandwich was about 1/4 inch thick. Walked in at 8:25pm and they said the Grill was closed even though they close at 9pm. If I get off work and walk into a business that says it's open until 9pm I expect the business to be operating accordingly. I understand that I was a late customer but with 30mins remaining of the store being open, I should be allowed to order a Big Kahuna. Sadly I was turned away stating the only sandwiches they could make would be cold. Super upsetting that a business does not follow their operating hours and half the sandwiches they serve are hot. Ordered on the App food not ready at pickup time waited for an additional 7 minutes then requested a refund. Was told you will have to wait for the rush to be over before I can do a refund. Apparently if you walk in you can be served immediately. The Assistant Manager on duty needs some work on customer service skills and time management. The whole point of the order ahead on the app is that you can get your food at or close pickup time stated. There was zero effort in moving my order up the line pretty much told to wait as my only option for any action FFS! read more

DH really liked their classic philly cheese steak. Roast beef had a lot of meat in it. Not sure that I approve of the way they make their sandwiches tho. Everything is made on the bare counter. Ordered online and got three subs, only one of them was correct. Asked for oil/vin on the side and the two cold subs were drenched in it. The number 8 didn't get extra meat or bacon:( that's not a club! Tried to call the store 5 times and got no answer (actually had the phone only ring once one time). All I wanted was an answer or a solution to the situation. I payed $58 for almost everything to be wrong. I worked a a Jersey Mike's for 2 years and understand standards vary location to location especially during covid. But this is just sad no one cares and it shows in the food:/ Just wish there was some compensation for the mishap:/ read more

We love Jersey Mike's, but we're really disappointed with the service. Very Slow. They didn't even know how to accept a Jersey Mike's gift card. Also the place was a mess- crumbs everywhere. The deli slicer was also messy. I prefer the Redmond or Issaquah locations, but I do hope this location gets their act together.. read more

I had a free regular sub coupon, so definitely I am not going to give them anything but 5 stars. Being a vegetarian, I think you have only one option to choose. Guy behind the counter was very nice, he suggested a couple of things to add to my sandwich to make it more yummy and the sandwich turned out to be good but I like Jimmy John's better. Sandwiches are expensive. Regular sub which is smaller than Jimmy John's is 9 bucks including taxes which I think is overpriced. If it was around same price as Jimmy John's than I might come back but not going to pay premium price for it. It is definitely better than Subway though. read more

I came in on a Saturday when they opened and the line wasn't very long so the service seemed quick. I did have a coupon for buy one get one free so I ordered 2 sandwiches , and you really can't see them make it because you get told to go down and pay . I ended up getting one of my sandwiches made the wrong way and didn't know until I got home which was a bummer . The one that was right was really good but the other was not. Would I pay 8-9 bucks for a sandwich here again ? I might , but to have a wrong order on your 1st visit may have you thinking twice . read more

***UPDATED REVIEW*** We took a break from ordering from this place bc we thought maybe the owner would wise up & put someone on shifts that is a little bit more responsible than the gang of spoiled teenaged slacker kids they always seem to have working there. No such luck. I see a response from the supposed owner on a previous review, yet the mistakes continue to happen. Tonight I ordered 4 subs for me & my 3 boys for pick up to the tune of $72. Not cheap by any stretch of the imagination for sandwiches but we usually end up getting 2 meals out of the giant size so we do splurge every once in a while. None of them were labeled with the names I put into their app so we couldn't tell what was what at first. 3 of them were made incorrectly & 1 of those 3 also wasn't wrapped correctly resulting in the sandwich falling out of said poor wrapping all over the kitchen floor. My 1 son said he would eat his regardless of the incorrect toppings bc he was too hungry to wait. My other son & I couldn't eat ours (1 on floor & mine with jalapeños that I can't eat) so I had to send my oldest son back to get the correct orders which of course resulted in a lot of groaning bc his was the only sandwich that was correct. Also, bc no one bothered to answer the 3 different times I tried to call, I couldn't have them start on remaking the sandwiches adding to the aggravation of my son sent to pick up the correct sandwiches. He said there wasn't much of an apology for the messed up sandwiches & said mine was supposedly switched with someone else's sandwich. Maybe that's why you should put names on the sandwiches?!? If it's an option in your app, don't you think it's a good idea to use it? Why can't you get it together Sammamish Jersey Mike's??? I want to give you the benefit of the doubt but there is never a reasonable or frankly acceptable answer given by anyone for their mess ups nor compensation. I normally don't care about compensation but these mediocre sandwiches aren't exactly cheap & when they're messed up almost every time you order, you'd think at the very least you would get a voucher for a free sandwich or something. I would not be surprised to see this place shut down soon. The Petsmart in the same complex has already shut down & if they can't survive selling things that people need, I doubt a place selling expensive sandwiches that are messed up 90% of the time won't either. read more

Love Jersey Mikes. But please fix operations in this store. Understaffed and still taking mobile orders. Folks walking away after 20 minutes waiting. Idea - if you only have 2 people working let them turn off order away until walk in customers are served. Nice sandwiches and enthusiastic young staff. Didi know what to choose to enjoy outside on a good sunny day after a long MTB ride. Got great suggestion from the guys to take Phili Cheese Steak. I was craving hungry and it tasted great. I even got a free cookie as it was my first time visit . Nice place, easy access, huge parking lot and Metropolitan Market Terrace one floor down if you like to seat outdoors in summer. Somewhat pricey, but quality food is never cheap. Ask the staff for most popular sandwich when you come in, so to avoid reading long menu above your head ...and they will. Will come back. read more

I don't understand the negative reviews. Maybe we just got lucky? I asked the guy behind the counter which sandwich was the most popular and without hesitating he said Number 13, the Italian something or other. He expertly sliced several different meats and assembled the sandwich. We had them Mike's Way. The bread was soft and fresh and the sandwiches were delicious. Far better than Subway and even better than Jimmy John's in our opinion. At 8.95 they certainly aren't cheap but the meat portions were generous and the flavor made them worth the price paid! read more

Very disappointed in the customer service here. We were running soccer tryouts at a local complex and decided on jersey mikes for the staff for lunch. We sent a staff member to go get them and she was treated really rudely by the employee telling her she should have ordered them online. We didn't have access to do that and anyways with a $150 order you should be grateful. Also did not number the subs or give us napkins. Next time we will go elsewhere. read more

Dear Jersey Mikes Sammamish, I have never in my life been upset enough to write a review. All i have to say is be cautious with you hire. Tonight, the 24th your closing crew sucked. I called 3 times at 8:30. No answer. I pulled up to your 3 employees peaking out the window, "sh** i hope he doesnt come in" when going to order i asked if they had quit for the night jokingly and he asked "how big my order was".. one sammich. I got a whole lot of attitude for coming in close to closing, if this is how your employees feel maybe change close to 8. I would like to say I love you guys, but I dont want to come in to some over entitled teenagers upset because its the only place they can get a job. Im not asking for anything but for you to either put a responsible employee with your crew, or let your employees know that if they are open until 9, they better be respectful and helpful until 9.
