Ordered Jersey Mike's from this location through Postmates last night. My whole family was severely disappointed in the quality. Normally, we love Jersey Mike's, but this time it was as if they tried to moisten old dry bread with way too much condiments. There was so much mayo it caused one side of the bread to be soggy before.my order even arrived to my house. The rest of the bread was so hard my kids couldn't eat it and I barely even wanted to. Half of two giant subs and half a regular sub are sitting in my fridge today and will probably go to waste because they were almost nauseating to eat. The meat also tasted off, like it has been frozen and microwaved or something. All around truly terrible experience, and I am so upset I spent so much money on less than mediocre food. read more

So I will start off with a little honesty. I was googling birthday freebies and came across a freebie from Jersey Mike's for a free regular sub and 20 oz drink if you sign up via email. So I thought I like free, why not. I signed up and got my coupon on my birthday that is valid from the day of your birthday until up to a year later. I used my coupon tonight. I went in and was recommended the number 13 which was delicious. They had a large phone order ahead of me but managed to squeeze me in between making all the sandwiches. The topping were fresh and full on the sandwich and the meats and cheeses sliced fresh to order unlike that other sub place. I will be going to Jersey Mikes from now on and willing pay for it. I've been here a few times now. The shop is always clean and smells good. Seems to be the same fellas working when I go too, which are all nice and friendly. I like how they ask if I'd like my veggie sandwich cut in a different slicer then the meat ones; makes me feel like they care. The stations are clean, making the process super quick. Food poisoning from this place never had a bad Jersey Mike's until I ate here. Up until recently I would've said one of the best sandwiches you could get anywhere around SD even though it's a chain. I have ordered sandwiches via Doordash for a few months now. I had a craving for tuna fish sandwich and thought I would try theirs. It was hnds down the worst. It tasted like plain tuna with no seasoning or condiments. I thought it would have celery, mayo, pickles - something. Unfortunately, I think relying on some vinegar, oil, salt, and oregano to be the seasoning is not enough (and I opted out of all of those, so with only lettuce and tomato my sandwich was terribly bland. Location is pretty good. Plenty of food choices in the shopping strip on both sides of the street. Went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't that busy at all, but we waited almost 15 minutes for our turn in line behind 2, yes 2, customers purchasing one sandwich each. Not 2, 5 or 10 sandwiches. Two people working behind the counter and they couldn't fix 2 sandwiches in less than 15 minutes! Sorry, but to me, customer service sucked! Yes, we left... Maybe we'll try another location in the future, but management needs to look at this. Obviously increased wages does nothing for customer service nor improved customer service. I will say customer service seating area was clean and so were the floors, but the table behind the counter they were working on was a total mess! I've never seen anything like it at Subway. The best of all the sub chains.. tastes the most like what you get from an actual deli... also I love the fact that the lettuce is shredded... Definitely makes the sandwich more manageable... I love Jersey Mike's but I will never go to this location again. There were 4 employees working when I walked in. No one greeted me or acknowledged my presence for 2 minuets. Two of the employees carried out there conversation, right in front of me, before offering to help. Once the meat was cut, both employees just walked away from my sandwhich. I waited another 2 minuets. I asked for "Mike's Way - no onions", as I always do. There were extra onions. Sandwhich was soggy and sloppily wrapped. I ate there and could not find a clean table to sit at; the floors were filthy too. As I ate, what seemed like the "manager", talked down to fellow employee, "Make me my sandwhich boy" multiple times - while walking behind the counter without his hat on but instead a cigarette behind his ear. Other customers walked in during this and were ignored as well. As I left, the cashier from before walked in and bragged to "manager" that he was outside smoking - as he walked straight back to work without washing his hands. I am absolutely disgusted about the service I received and actions I saw. I will NEVER go back to this location. This is the worse jersey mikes I've ever been to. After I clean my own table and wait patiently for my food, they continued to get it wrong. Even tho she wrote it down. There was none of the "toppings" I asked for ie, lettuce and tomatoes and jalapeños. After they said sorry. Took it to put it on, gave it back, I asked "did you put the jalapeños I requested?" My first time ever at a Jersey Mike's Subs. Paid $7.15 for a 'regular' size cold sub, which was not evern 6-inch-long. Only sliced tomato, shredded lettace, and sliced onion (besides sliced peppers) were on display. The waitress was self-engrossed mostly, did not even ask if I wanted dressing on my $7.15 sub, just wrapped it while yepping away with her co-worker(s), asked me (again), if it was 'to go.' I said to myself as I got in my car, "Why would any not-stupid folks would want this?" ...Maybe there are enough not-stupid consumers out there to support 1,500 Jersey Mike's Subs (per their web site, I learned) in this (again) great country of ours... Sandwiches are lack luster at best. The grilled Pastrami Ruben tasted awful. Had they have made the grilled sandwich with condiments and veggies it may have tasted better. With no questions asked they made the grilled sandwich and handed it to me.... It was terrible.... For the price paid this was a bust. The turkey sandwich was better but not all that great either. Last week I visited this Jersey Mike's and by mistake I went to order my sandwich at the wrong line. I believe it was the manager, Cody, (tattoos on arms just in case I have the wrong name), he rudely slapped the order here sign above and told me to order there. Since I always make an effort to smile and be overly kind when I'm out and about, I was pretty shocked that someone would treat a customer so rudely. I went back tonight and ordered another sandwich and when I saw him there again I said that since I was in the right line this time he didn't need to slap the order here sign. He nervously laughed a fake laugh and his face turned red. Hopefully he won't be such a jerk to other customers but based on other reviews that I just read, it's unlikely. I'm sad to say this is the worst experience I've had at a jersey mikes. :( I usually have amazingly good service which is why I think it was such a disappointment. I had to tell my sandwich maker to add the oil to my "mikes way" sandwich which I think is something that should be pretty basic. He attempted conversation but you could tell it was forced.
