Beyond TERRIBLE Service this is my second time here. The first time was around June 2020 and I waited 35/40 minutes. It was pretty ridiculous - but I chalked it up to maybe them having a busy day. Today is my second time, I decided to give it another shot because the food was pretty good - however it's a Sunday afternoon 3pm January 2021 and here I am standing here waiting along with about 5 others. First time at a Jersey Mike's a month or so ago. Ordered the the Grilled Veggie Wrap and it was delicious! Better than filet mignon, delicious. I've been back 4 times since anticipating the same taste and quality but each tIme I've pretty much received a a lot of shredded lettuce and dressing on a warm tortilla. This last time I finally complained and requested they add green peppers since it is a main ingredient on the Grilled Veggie Wrap. The young guy grilled some sort of peppers and handed them to me. Irritated I just wrapped up the soggy mess and was going to throw it away and write that place off. However, I was very impressed when the manager approached and insisted upon remaking it. And of course the remade wrap was just like the great wrap I received the first visit. Genuine customer service always wins and I will definitely be back for another Grilled Veggie Wrap. read more

When you're craving a delicious sandwich you have a couple of great go-to options in Spokane, sometimes I forget about this place. Came in during the lunch hour and service was fast, friendly and with a smile. Due to some new dietary restrictions I now get nervous when ordering out. I was allowed the option to put my sub in a tub. A large amount of meat, cheese and toppings, so much that I couldn't even finish it. Not sure what this trend is of sandwich shops not carrying cheddar and swiss, but chalk up another one here. I have ordered a few cheesesteaks before and they came with american cheese. The only options for other sandwiches is provolone. Can't even get a ham with cheddar or swiss, the most basic of sandwiches. Staff never knows their own menu. Often get things wrong while you watching them make your sandwich and can't get one right to save they're lives if you order over the phone. The subs are fantastic...when your watching. Never once has my order been correct otherwise. No matter how simple I try to make it. Overpriced, rude and\or inattentive staff, subpar food quality. My experiences (all of 2)have both been bad. The staff always seems new and doesn't know what they're doing, or they just don't care. Take your pick. The quality of the food is minimal and provides very little above a sandwich you can make at home. Not only does the counter seem dirty, but half of the lettuce and other stuff they throw on the sandwich falls off and they put it back on. Overall unsatisfied and wouldn't recommend. I love the Jersey Mike's chain and have been to many of them all over the Pacific Northwest. This is the worst one ever. The employees were rude and inept. I ordered a mini on Rosemary Parmesan, which they refused to make, saying they weren't doing minis on Rosemary Parmesan anymore because it made them end up with too much leftover bread at the end of the night. Really? How much does it really cost your restaurant if at the end of the night you're left with 2/3 of a sandwich roll instead of 1/2? It's not like you have to use a fresh roll every time you make a mini. You're just cutting a roll into thirds instead of halves! If you use the same roll for the next one, the most you should have left at the end of the night is 2/3 of a roll! Is it really worth annoying a customer over? Then I asked to substitute one meat for another on my club and was told they couldn't do that, either. I'd have to pay for extra meat. Again, I've never been told this at any other JM restaurant. At the register, another employee asked me if I wanted her to ring it up as a club with extra meat. How am I supposed to know how you're supposed to ring it up? It seems to me it shouldn't be rung up that way since I didn't actually have a club since I didn't get one of the meats, but I really don't know how you should ring it up. But she rang it as a club and charged for extra meat. At every other JM's I've been to, this sandwich (a mini) has cost me $5.99. By the time they got done with me, I was charged $10.09 -- $8.59 because I had to get a regular for the bread, plus an extra $1.50 for the substitution. After entering my phone number, I saw that I had enough to pay for my sandwich with points, but when I tried to give the employee cash for my chips and drink, she said she "couldn't split a payment." Uh, since you don't accept points for chips and drinks, how exactly do you want me to pay? With my good looks? And by the way, the meat substitute was also separate, had to pay cash for that as well, not included with my "free" sandwich. I've never had these problems with any other Jersey Mike's I've been to. And as you can tell by the fact that I had enough points for a free sandwich, I've been to a lot. Stay away from this one. Evidently the owner is out to squeeze every dime they can. read more

Moving here from California and seeing that a couple of Jersey Mikes were around was great. Then I walked into this specific location and had the worst experience. I asked if they currently had any specials and was immediately told "they don't do specials". This was the first surprise. The employee informed me that they only had coupons so I asked if she had any. My second surprise came when she turned to the manager and he told her no. After my daughter ordered I was deciding between a 13 or a steak and cheese. I asked if they would put the 13 on the grill and was told no, only pregnant people have that option. Sandwiches are my all time favorite food. Jersey Mike's makes great east coast Italian style sandwiches, subs and more. I've had every sandwich in The menu more times than I can count. Cannot go wrong with any sandwich flavor. My preference is Turkey or Ham. The bread is so fresh and gooey, could be a bit crisper for my taste, especially since I get extra 'Mike's Way'. I am not sure what the exact ingredients to Mike's Way are, but some sort of vinegar, olive oil mixed with Italian seasonings. No matter... it's amazing. Extra sauce or not it can make the sandwich very wet and the bread can get soaked and wet bread is very unpleasant. Sandwiches could use more meat and cheese, veggies are great, crisp and fresh. Subway's slogan as "Eat Fresh" is pretty much a joke as I recently watched my food being prepped in such a way that there is no way it was fresh. Jersey Mike's slices their meats and cheeses right in front of you and this definitely tastes amazing fresh. Ordered online. Realized I messed up one detail on the order so then tried to call them and let them know to fix it. We called about 5 times to no avail. My fiance ended up leaving right away when our order was placed to make sure they didn't start making the wrong sized sandwich. He gets there and there are two people working at a snails pace during a rush, and they're ignoring him every time he tries to ask them something about the order. I go here regularly and had the worst experience I've ever had here today. I went in and knew exactly what I wanted and the employee who helped me was very rude to me. She didn't ask to help me for about 5 minutes then looked at me and said, "You can let me know when you're ready." After this, she wrote my order down wrong and I repeated it multiple times so that I would get what I wanted and it was still made wrong. I then had to remind her what I wanted on top of it and she ordered one of the other employees working to do it and was very rude to her as well. I'm not sure if this girl was the manager but the way she was ordering the other employees, you would think she was higher up. Next time I go in, if I see her working, I will turn the other way and take my my business else where. read more

By the time I received my order, got home to eat (10 min drive) and it was wet. Like, my bread was soaking in water. What is up with that? I had to redress my sandwich on bread I had at home. If you are looking to spend $15.00 on just a sandwich than this is your place. It looks like a lot of food until you open it up and find out that it is mostly bread and lettuce. There is very little meat or cheese in the sandwich and it wasn't that tasty. I had their popular Original Italian sub and it had no flavor. After explaining that my girlfriend, who I was sharing my sandwich with, was pregnant he reluctantly agreed to warm it up.
