We get a cold sandwich vs the completely different menu item of hot sandwich that we ordered, 3 brownies instead of the 3 cookies that we ordered. I shouldn't have to feel like I need to open my bag every time and micro manage what I ordered. The staff at this location ALWAYS appears stressed, even when it doesn't appear busy. I don't understand, but honestly JM is way too expensive to gamble on if I'm going to get the correct order, and often times I order online because I don't have time to wait in the line... which in turn I don't have enough time for them to remake my order if they can't get it right. Twice I have witnessed the same worker use her DIRTY gloves to make sandwiches. Once you use your gloves to do anything other than putting sandwiches together, you need to get new gloves. Don't use your gloves to "clean up" around your workspace and then use those same gloves to make the sandwiches. Don't have gloves on while using a dirty towel to "clean up" around your workspace and then not get new gloves before you continue to make sandwhiches. But the latest issue was last night when a young teenage worker used his towel to clean the tables, then he bent down and wiped a huge portion the FLOOR with the towel, and then he continued to wipe the table with that same towel! Are these kids raised in a barn? Is there no training as to keeping things sanitary when it comes to food service? Jersey Mikes - DO BETTER!

So you know I had to try it. Honestly the food and service were both good. I think chick fil a is still better but I can see why it made it to the top. Got the #13 Italian on their famous rosemary bread. They don't really toast here but they can grill if you want. Takes about 4-5 minutes and they'll need to add Mayo to get a decent sear. I didn't bother because no toaster obviously means they don't really do that. But it's nice that they'll accommodate if you want a grilled bun. They don't have many toppings. Just lettuce tomatoes and onions. I got my 6" "Mike's Way" which includes all of these plus olive oil and some spices (probably oregano and basil but I'm not sure). Good location for an easy pop but traffic can get congested in this part of Sawdust at times. Staff was nice which always makes for a positive experience.
