I went to this place on August 22nd. I had a problem with the soda machine,it sprayed soda on my clothes and shoes. I asked someone if they could fix the problem. He told me that he would tell the manager. The manager came out she was the most disrespectful manager that I have ever encountered. She didn't apologize and she didn't even fix the issue. I told her that this has happened before she said if I didn't like it go to another jersey mikes. This place used to be a nice place but the last 2 years it has gone down hill. Most employees there are lazy. I should of known this was going to happen because two customers were having a problem when I walked in. I have been coming to this location for two years now. I usually order #9 and instead of roast beef to make it all turkey. Never had a problem until today. The manager stated that they don't do substitution which is very new to me. I go to other locations and never been told that. Instead of the $8.85 for the sandwich I ended up paying over $10. This is BS When I told the manager that this is the first time to be told that she asked me for the name of the people that helped me before so she can talk to them. Who the heck would remember that. I ordered a sub and explained my order twice, maybe 3 times to be clear. My card was giving me trouble so I paid with Apple Pay instead. The lady got annoyed and ended up having them make me a wrong sub with different condiments. I called to tell them they made it wrong. Inside looks like hospital with protective covering barrier all over the counter and you still require your customers to wear a mask. What a joke. I can go into a restaurant sit down and be served food with no mask required. Figure it out. Loosing my business for sure. Yes I'm just one person but hopefully the others who read this will take their business elsewhere until you figure it out. Ticket#01-001649-01-008717 (provided because this store is NOT on their list. A fairly recent opening at the Upland/Montclair Baseline location - Sycamore Hills). Ticket shows "Adriana" as server but I was served by two males. OK - Lastly JM Club # 4278. I was disappointed in my order due to two things: customer service & quality of sandwich. I typically order the #10 on wheat (reg) and did so last Saturday. Except I noticed that the layer of tuna was very thin, almost like a mayonnaise dressing, instead of a layer of meat. I commented upon it and one of the servers stated that they were almost out of tuna and had not made a new batch. But that this was a typical serving of tuna. I discovered that this was incorrect once I got home. The person preparing the sandwiches appeared to be a trainee. On our other sandwich (#3), he had placed only two, thin, slices of ham and had to be corrected by the other server to add more (as in a #7). I do not believe I received an $8.85 sandwich. More like a nearly $9 layer of lettuce, tomato and bread. I have to post comments to my Yelp, Trip Advisor, Twitter and Facebook accounts regarding this new shop because your homepage comments section has a severe glitch. Walked in with wife, the place was littered with trash, tables not cleaned. Workers in back on phone. We asked for our sandwiches on wheat and the didn't have any. More interested in talking with each other than cleaning and tending customers. Every Jersey Mike's I've been to has been great. Not this one. Needs a manager. read more

I went to this location in Upland because Jersey Mike's in Montclair does not serve raps anymore which made me very sad. But I was told I can go to the one in Upland off of mountain and they still have the wrap which I'm very happy and I will be continuing to go back to this location because of that. read more

They have great customer service! The store manager must be very proud of his team. Every time I go, I see smiles on everyone and get greeted in a friendly way. They make great sandwiches and they are very fast even when there is a long line. The manager is usually there too, helping his associates and making sure our sandwiches were great! The gentleman that helped seemed to be the only one genuinely concern about my wait for their lack of preparation. I work in the lot and I will not return this spot again. You have to stay ready so you don't have to get ready. I was ok to wait on the Avocado by the poor service amongst the ladies in your store proves why it functioned as it did. I chose not to leave a 1 star review because I've come in here a couple times a week for the last 3 weeks and every time I had satisfactory to great service and it isn't fair to only login to leave a negative review. Today was terrible. I walked in today to an empty shop. No customers, no employees. Very promptly a young lady came out from the back to start making my sandwich . As she gets me started another customer walks in and she starts helping her as well. A third customer walks in and after having her wait she cries for help to her co-workers . A second young lady comes and begins making customer #3s and now a #4s sandwich. A couple minutes go by and a young man rings out my unfinished sandwich . I'm asked if I want it Mike's way and my sandwich is now complete and payed for and sitting nicely on the counter in unwrapped condition while she asks customer #2 about her toppings... then #3... then# 4.. to a customer this feels like 10 minutes when in reality it was probably 3 . I frustratingly asked, "do you think I could get my sandwich at some point?" My sandwich was promptly wrapped but not without the widely used over emphasized rude "Have a GREAT day sir !" . I will, but who cares about me? My first job was in food service and I've worked retail for over 8 years. I understand the frustrations of dealing with an impatient customer and especially during peak hours. But this frustrating situation could have been avoided had maybe 2 of the four employees I saw come out instead of the one initial. Or maybe had one of the 2 male employees doing nothing pitched in by wrapping up sandwiches. Instead of a pleasant experience this store now has myself and4 other customers who were obviously just as frustrated as I was and I'm probably the subject of a frustrated jersey Mike's employees Facebook post. Side note, my sammich was delicious. TIP: No matter how nice the day, eat inside. Eating outside leads to a fear of being mugged. read more

Rudest ass people I have to encounter in my entire life...love the only Sandwich I'm familiar with..the # 31 , I orders with certain variation. .. like add provolone chees, ranch, salt n pepper,..the ass hole of a the server I had the privilege to be served by seemed irritated cuz in was asking him make those additions, our of anger or just to keep being an ass hole he went ahead n added the pepper to my bread without anything on it 1st! If I could give less than 1 star I would. 1. We ordered a couple of the large sandwiches and when we picked them up there was hardly any meat on them. It was all bread and didn't have much flavor. 2. My daughter went to pick them up and didn't realize we were charged for someone else's sandwich. We called and they gave us 1/4 cup of meat to compensate for the pastrami but nothing for the roast beef. Very condensing. Will never go back. I'd rather go back to Subway and that says a lot. Service has been terrible in the evenings, last time I came in a guy was complaining that it was supposed to be his day off and he didn't feel like making sandwiches.
