Was my first time going to Jeresy Mikes but seen the comercial. First off they are not a Sub above when your bread is not fresh and hard. Meat is skimpy I ordered the Italian sandwich that came with 3 different hams, pepperoni and salami. Sounds like a lot of meat trust me it was sliced paper thin it was like 2 slices of one then 3 of one then I said NO TOMATOES TWICE I look down and there are tomatoes on and I told her. I can pull them off was her answer! I dropped like $14 on the worlds crappiest sandwich combo ever. Won't ever go back and WOULD NEVER recommend Jersey Minkes to anyone it's a sub below. I went to the jersey mikes upland on mountain Ave I would recommend sticking to Subway where you get a foot long sub combo with fresh backed bread and with way more taste and meat for half the price. I will never go her or NEVER RECOMMEND JERSEY MIKES. The guy who keeps saying EXCELLENT for everything is rude and needs customer service training this is A SUB BELOW ALL OTHER SUBS!!!!!!!! Tuna sandwich all day Mike's way (but no onions)! For chain restaurants, as long as the quality is consistent with what I'm used to, you're A-ok in my book. But the customer service here is awesome. Always greeted with a happy smile and no bad attitudes. I feel like that's hard to find at a lot of places like Jersey Mike's. You run into people who hate their job and show it and it ruins the whole experience of just trying to get your lunch. But not this place. They've got an awesome staff and good vibes flowing through their sandwiches. They also had a day where they donated 100% of sales to a charity. Definitely one of my go-to lunch spots in Upland. What a rip off. They just tried to charge me $38 for a giant sized sandwich. That's the equivalent of a large at Subway. I ordered the Original Italian which normally cost $15.95. I then asked for double meat, which at any other place might cost a total of $3-4 extra. Not here apparently. They didn't tell me this until timing me up, but the Original Italian has 5 meats and they charged me $4.50 per meat ($4.50 x 5 = $22.50). A $22.50 up charge for double meat? Are you kidding me? And you didn't think to tell me about the outrageous upcharge at the beginning? So what happened? The best they could do was charge me for 2 giant sandwiches instead. So instead of paying $38 for ONE sandwich, they ONLY charged me $32 for ONE sandwich. What a joke! read more

This location always runs out of white bread. Wheat would be okay if it wasn't stale. This is the closest location to my home, but it's not good. I went on Tuesday 10/19/21 and when I was approaching the door they turned off the lights as if they were closed!?!? It was 8pm. I opened the door and asked if they were closed. I'm not too sure how the making of the subs and paying for the subs order process goes but I would think whoever comes first you should serve first. I came in on my lunch break, There was no one inside besides myself and two workers. Two customers followed behind me. I ordered my My sandwich and proceeded to the register but I had to wait while the worker made the two other sandwiches that came in behind me. There was someone available to come to the register to take my order.. but no one did. I had to wait an extra five minutes or so to pay for my order after it was already made. The customer that came in also mentioned why they didn't ring me up first before taking other orders. Tonight was my first time here after coworkers were raving about jersey mikes. I just wanted to say that my entire experience was great. Isaiah helped me and he had awesome customer service. I dined in and also overheard him helping out two customers who we're placing a large order. He truly seemed happy to be helping them! I got wheat bread, chicken,bacon, and mayo...my favorite..and it was delicious! Jersey mikes was very clean inside and I actually had a great dinner , eating and watching tv there. Terrible experience! I asked to order a kids grilled cheese for my 6 year old and guy behind the counter told me they could not do it. The one in Rancho Cucamonga does it for me all the time. Let me start off by saying how much I LOVE Jersey Mike's. (The one in Norco anyway) This location? Not so much. Here's why. Trip #1. About a week after this location opened, I had placed an order online and payed with credit card. The website was easy enough to use and we ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 hot and 1 cold. My niece went to get the order and they did not review it with her, just confirmed her name and she brought it home. Of course when we open the bag, the order is wrong and the sandwiches were not at all customized the way we had specifically asked them to be when placing the order. As if that wasn't bad enough, the sandwiches had barely anything on them - mostly a ton of bread. Final straw? I found out a few weeks later that they had charged me twice for the order and getting the money back took about 2 weeks and required me to actually go down there. Which leads me to ... Trip #2. Went in to get my refund for the overcharge and decided since we were there, I might as well give them another chance so my mom and I decided to have lunch. We each got a #9 Club, mine as a sandwich and her's in a "tub" (salad). Same thing, unlike the Norco location, this store is very stingy with their ingredients. Not just the meat, the veggies too and seemed annoyed when I mentioned it to them and didn't do anything to add more either. Even knowing that I had a terrible experience the first time and that I was literally down there picking up the refund I was due, the manager didn't offer to comp or discount ANY part of my order when she rang me up. Although she was nice and did apologize, a free bag of chips or soda wouldn't have killed her.. Trip #3. Against my better judgement, we gave this store ANOTHER shot, now a little over a month since they've been open. My sister and I figured that they might have worked out some of the growing pains so we went in for lunch about 2 weeks ago. Sandwich issues continue with lack of fillings versus bread ratio and again, I had to remind them to add my bacon onto my #9 (they haven't remembered on any of the three trips here). $32 later (two sandwiches, two bags of chips and 2 drinks), we swore we wouldn't be back. Trip #4. (Can you believe we went AGAIN??) Actually, we didn't. My parents get their hair cut in the same center as Jersey Mike's so they decided to bring lunch home for all of us. They placed the order, two salads for each of them and a #9 sandwich (I'm a creature of habit). Get the food home, order is AGAIN not right and my dad told me that when he was there, he told them tub but they had made it on bread instead. He asked them to fix it so they just moved everything off the bread, directly into a tub. Not a good fix for a person that is allergic to gluten! Anyway, he's not a confrontational guy so he just came home and ate it that way.. Barely filled half the tub, at best. Bottom line, if I'm in the mood for Jersey Mike's, I guess I'm gonna have to drive 30 minutes to Norco. Hate the idea, but not willing to get sub par food and service - especially not for the prices! read more

I walk into Jersey Mikes, not my first time. I desperately need to use the restroom and the employee tells me the code. I go into the bathroom with my fiancé because i needed help removing my clothing since i was in a car accident a week ago and i needed help sitting down also. All the sudden banging at the door is an employee yelling,"ONLY ONE PERSON IN THE BATHROOM!" Repeatedly after i replied back twice, "im already on the toilet!" How embarrassed and pissed i already was when i finally exit. None of the employees steps up and tells me its a covid policy or maybe a store policy, NOTHING!?! Apparently i find out later that the supposed girl employee who was banging on the door hid in the back like a coward B****. I get in line to order because i was starving and didnt want to be in and out of the car again due to my back issue. Its my turn and the male employee takes our order and proceeds to start cutting meats. A piece of meat ricochets off the slicer onto my fiancé's arm ...EW. Then we get handed to a female employee who puts condiments onto our sandwich( whom was a lil short on great customer service also) continued to slop on my toppings. As shes filling our sandwiches the cashier Ashley blurts out,"YOUR TOTAL IS $**.**!" Im not even done ordering how do you know my total?!? F***ING RUDE! I ignore and continue filling my sandwich. Finally i get to the cashier and shes still rude and lack luster as well. But heres the KICKER... when i exited the restroom there was a couple with they're NON SERVICE Pomeranian dog being held by the female customer... in an open air food establishment (they don't put covers over their condiments and things) for i know there could be dog hair in my food. And the employees said NOTHING about the dog. Let alone the cashier telling the female customer,"give her a pet for me!" RIDICULOUS! I am from the New England area, these subs are as close as I can find here. Delish Deli style meats & cheese, I have had to give up on Breads sadly recently. They will give you the type of sub you want in a bowl if you ask for it. I always get it Mike's way with extra pickles. The employees are super nice, the restaurant is always clean. Love the subs, hate how disorganized they were in getting me those subs. Went in with family 2PM Saturday. Ordered 2 hot subs, one mini cold sub. Went through line, paid, got one hot sub. Dropped it off at table for family to ravage. Waited at register 5 minutes before they could ask me what i wanted. Another five minutes or so, they got my mini sub. Dropped that off, went back for other hot sub. Stood at register another 5 minutes, they finally askeds me what I needed. At that point, they started on the last hot sub; 5 more minutes or so, they handed it to me with a weak apology. Instead of sitting down to lunch with my family, I got to stand and wait at register for around 15 minutes or so waiting for them to get it right. By far one is the slowest staff alive. They jump around from one order to the nest instead of completely finishing an order first. This makes so much room for error! I brought my son here the other day for lunch. We are very happy to have a Jersey Mike's close to our house. Everyone was extremely friendly and on top of their game, which was nice for a change. My only complaint is that it tends to be on the more expensive side of spectrum for sandwich shops. I feel like it's a fair trade though for the clean and inviting ambiance. And when I made it know about my order to the girl that worked beside the counter, she look at me with a foul look, as if I stepped in dog poop. Over a year later and this location is still horrible. Gave this place another try as my co-worker suggested lunch from here, I was a bit hesitant ordering online but went with it to make it easier on my co-worker who was picking up the food. I experienced the same issue yet again! If they allow online orders, their employees should be trained in reading the orders and getting it correct. Every other location I have placed an online order have gotten my order correct, this place butchers your order as though they do not care about what you want in your sandwich. My order said easy mayo, I received a ton of mayo to the point it was all over my hands as soon as I began to unwrap the sandwich I had to scrape off the excessive amount of mayo with a knife and about 10 napkins ( I ended up giving up on eating my sandwich about 3 bites in as the mayo was still overwhelming.) I asked for extra pickles and received one (1) pickle, asked for pepper relish on the side and I received absolutely nothing. My coworker requested jalapenos and no tomatoes in her sandwich and received tomatoes and no jalapenos. This location is an absolute joke, apparently they are unable to get an order correct unless you are actually inside the store holding their hand and guiding how to build your sandwich. The location can be kind of challenging though... they seem to put jersey mikes in crowded shopping centers. I don't blame them for that but it is crazy busy in this shopping center.
