This location is the worst. The people working their are lazy and rude. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak like I always do and I asked for no bell peppers. So I see the girl starting to make it with bell peppers....I asked her not to put the bell peppers in it...and she rolled her eyes and picked them out. Let me just say that I am allergic to bell peppers. Instead of making me another sandwich, she rolls her eyes as if it is so hard and when she picked out the bell peppers, it shrunk my sandwich in half. i said i wasnt paying for it and asked for another one, she then proceeded to tell me that they dont do that there. Do what? help their customers? Will never go back. To this location at least. The one on campus and 19th is a heck of a lot better. At least i would have received a new sandwich. read more

Food is always fresh and the employees are always friendly! Service is always fast and accurate. It's always a joy coming to this location.

During my last visit, the crew seems to have it together now. They stopped standing around watching each other, and everyone working the line was moving. Sandwiches are definitely pleasing to the eye and tummy, so I bumped them up a star. But couldn't go up any higher than 3 because their employees still seem to have a disconnect with customer service. The shop was full, no vacancy at the tables, and there was one of the employees taking her break, all by herself, occupying one of the largest booths--and she wasn't even eating, just sitting there looking at her phone. I was taking my food to go so it didn't impact me, but a customer in line behind me who was planning to eat at the shop told one of the guys working the line that his coworker was taking up value table space that should be reserved for customers. First time eating Jersey Mikes. And probably my last time eating here. Drenched my sandwich in that oil/ vinegar dressing.

I went to this location yesterday 2/2/18 and the customer service was great. I was helped by Natasha and I think the other person was Teaira. I've only been to jersey mikes one other time and they helped me pick a sub I ended up loving! #13 bomb!! They know their subs. Next time around I'll try the tuna sub. I like Jersey Mike's and this one gives more roast beef than the one on Campus. My only issue is that they don't let you use rewards points towards tubs, which is all we order. It's the same thing but with no bread so why not get free tubs instead of subs! read more

Let me start out with, that I absolutely love love love Jersey Mikes Subs. One of my favorite places to go BUT, THIS LOCATIONS sorely lacks on their subs. I thought that it was maybe just one time, then two times, but now every time I go to this location they somehow end up gypping me one way or another. Either I get a mini and they cut their own mini out of the giant loaf and it ends up being way smaller then the pre-made mini loafs that other locations make. Then I thought I'd just get a regular because I always end up being hungry after I get a mini from this location (which usually fills me), and then the employee gave super light meat and hardly any of the condiments. I had to ask for more lettuce..... yeah more lettuce. They need to start checking their consistency with each sub. read more

Holy Cow!!! Did this place hire clowns? Literally, first I'm waiting for all 4 employees to watch 1 guy roll up some cheese for a salad, and then you have 2 guys that can not hear what your ordering to the point that i had to yell, then another one being condescending in regards to toppings and then one joking that my credit card was declined when it wasn't WTF!!!! NEVER AGAIN SERIOUSLY!!!! Who the hell hires these people. As far as sandwiches go it doesn't get much better than Jersey Mike's. Something about having meat and cheese freshly sliced in front of you and not pre sliced and shipped like at Subway. The bread is oustanding and the oil and vinegar they put on the sandwiches helps to soak in all the flavors into the bread. If you like good deli sandwiches, than you will like Jersey Mike's. read more

This sub shop is average, the problem with jersey mikes is that they cut the meat in front f you but they do not clean the blade between different meats not clean the knife between cutting sandwiches. so the last sandwiches could have been a tuna and now you have tuna on your beef sandwich or turkey. The bread was a little old and stiff tasted stale. read more

Greeted at the door by a young male. I ordered a tuna sandwich. Boy oh boy was the bread stale or old and hard to eat. Tuna cant go wrong anywhere but I've never really been disappointed by a tuna sandwich before until I ate the one from here. It was just so dry. The bread really threw me off. I had a great experience here at this location. Although, I had a little trouble finding it, the staff here are amazing especially the customer service I received from Tiara. She was very kind and spoke to me as I waited for my hot sandwhich, filling me in on my jersey mike points. Always great subs! My favorite is #7, Mike's way, little mayo and yellow peppers. Everything is always fresh unlike the other sub places.

I usually like this place but today just totally sucked!! First of all, I placed the order online. I get there a half hour later and I go to the "online order" line. I was the only one in that line but the other line was full. I waited AT LEAST 5 minutes and nobody greeted me. There were 4 workers there and NOT ONE acknowledged me. Finally I spoke up and asked for my order. It's already about 35-40 mins later and they hadn't even looked at my order yet!! She pulled the receipt off and said, "she's gonna get your order started." By then I'm heated but I bite my tongue. Almost an hour later, I get my online order while all the walk ins were already done eating. Ill be looking for a different place for sure. read more

I never like to give negative comments but this time I had too. Went in yesterday with my family to enjoy some food but was given the worst experience I HAVE EVER received at a Jersey Mike's! Went in and the lady at the counter was charging a customer when she asked me what I wanted, I told her and she repeated what I had just said, once again she was taking my order all while charging the other customer. She then followed by charging me. Soon after I paid she started working on my order when two more customers entered and she started taking their orders while working on mine. Minutes later I realized that my order was taking quite a while when I noticed that the person that came after me had already received her food and was paying for it. The person that came after her was also complaining because that same person, had already started her order as well and had left her sub out for a fly, which was flying around it already. When I finally got my food.. my sub was not how ordered it and my tub salad was so soggy. Its so sad because I really did enjoy coming here! Now I will go to another location. Also I learned my lesson to not pay and tip before I get my food! I would have never tipped this person!! read more

I have being ripped off from this place:( I purchased a 2 gigant number 7 sandwiches and the staff just add 6 slices of turkey meat. I paid $27.00 for bread, tomatoes, etc Looks like I will never going back to this location!! Even when they are packed at lunch time, employees move efficiently and still get my order right while making 3 sandwhiches at a time. They are very aware of their speed but make sure every customer is greeted an thankful for patience during their rush. And i love my itallian sandwhich with rosemary parm bread. Came to this Jersey Mike's Saturday, June 23rd around 7:00PM. The staff greeted me upon entry and were friendly. Only complaint I have is that the lettuce was already wilted before it got on my sandwich. I noticed that the lettuce in the container was wilted. I observed this is due to the constant splashing of the oil & vinegar on the sandwiches. read more
