You can watch them make the sandwiches in front of you. The ingredients are fresh! Our go to is #10: pork banh mi. Today was the first time we ate it right away! The bread was perfectly toasted and had a nice, crunchy bite. The pork was still warm. The veggies were fresh and crunchy! It hit the spot. So good!! We usually order to eat with friends or pack for a trip, and they hold up well. The price for #10 was $10.25, but on the receipt it said $11.25. plus extra surcharge for credit card. I asked about the higher price, and they said tax. It would have been clearer if they specified tax as a separate line item, but at least now we know.

In fact, this market has been here for 25 years and they prepare a fresh submarine sandwich that is delicious. So here is what you need to know upfront, the ambience is not desirable, so plan on a takeout. But if you're looking for a local business with a fresh delicious submarine sandwich, I would give this a try. Arthur was very kind to explain that they do deliveries within 5 miles for $2.99.
