But that's ok, because I will take freshly prepared fast food over not assembled. What's nice is that as soon as I came-in, the staff greeted me & reassured me that my order was being made as I gave them my mobile order #. In fact, they told me to take a seat & they would happily deliver my entire order to my table. High marks for hotter than luke warm food, but not burn-your-mouth-hot. Like "perfect" hot. FOOD: Corned Beef Reuben Sandwich- 8.8 / 10 A decent amount thinly sliced corned beef, topped with just-the-right-amount of crisp, sour sauerkraut, with a tangy Russian-style dressing in between 2 pieces of nicely toasted rye-bread. A text book definition of a conned beef reuben sandwich. Half-Pound Roast Beef - 8.5 / 10 I grew-up on Arby's roast beef. It's so evident that the "regular size" is basically a snack. So this half-pound actually feels substantial. It's feel just a bit more than what the regular roast beef was in the days of yore. The amount of roast beef that you get here is commendable. I'm glad that it is an offered option. Potato Cakes - 9.0 / 10 I won't lie, I "broke-up" with Arby's when they took this classic side off their menu. In my opinion, this is their best side. No one else offers this. Think a McDonald's hash brown but thick. Like at least 3x the thickness. Crisp on the outside, hot, fluffy, inside. It's like a gigantic tater tot & I am beyond ecstatic that they brought this back. Please Arby's, do NOT ever take your potato cakes off the menu ever again. Jalapeño Bites - 8.9 / 10 A lot of people hold Jack-in-the-Box's Stuffed Jalapeños as the "Gold Standard" of the cheese-filled capsicum. I would offer that Arby's makes competitive stuffed jalapeño. Crispy breaded on the outside, tender pepper stuffed with melty cream cheese. The kicker here is the Bronco Berry sauce. There's nothing like it & no other establishment offers anything close to it. Who knew that sweet (berry) matched perfectly with the spice + dairy? I was pleasantly surprised how busy this place was on a cool, Sunday evening. Props to the friendly staff. I wouldn't hesitate to visit this location in the nearby future. Also, high, high marks for not having an open drink station & sauce station. If the corporate is reading this, please do not ever hide these behind the counter.

I found parking easily since I came before the lunch rush. When I walked inside, the lady working the counter took my order right away. I got the turkey ranch and bacon sandwich. I also asked for small fries to complete my order. She asked what sauces would I like so I asked for ranch and ketchup which they don't charge extra for. My food didn't take long to make and before I left, I rang the bell to acknowledge the great service I received. The turkey sandwich was good and their fries were crispy along with being delicious. I had a good lunch from here and it hit the spot.

The spot is in a sort of run down strip mall with not too much parking but we were able to luckily snag a spot even during rush hour. The inside is like any other local burger/takeout spot we might have grown up around, with the classic LED menu, signs showing off their specials and local awards (somehow getting awards for top burger, taco, and fried chicken spots - pretty diverse range of offerings), and slightly greasy diner/picnic decorated tables. We were here specifically for the kalbi burger which we had read quite a bit about as well as some seasoned fries to share. It came out relatively quickly (there was only one other guest at that time) and it was piping hot. The fries were great; similar to checkers/rallys and nice and crispy. The burger was nicely toasted with korean bbq meat inside (it was more like bulgogi than kalbi so a bit of a letdown there) with a mayo type slaw. It was hearty and greasy in all the best ways, a bit on the sweeter side for a kbbq glaze, but eating just half already filled me up. Just as we were about to leave, we did notice that the owner walked in and we remembered that since it was still in the time slot advertised, we could ask for some ice cream if we dined in. He graciously went to the back and shortly after came back with some strawberry ice cream scoops. It was a good contrast to the fatty/salty meal we just had (and did suspiciosuly taste like Thrifty's ice cream). Overall we had a good experience at this nice establishment that seems to embody the LA spirit of humble fusion cuisine that folks should definitely stop by at whenever y'all are around.

The one pancake, on the other hand, was a bit of a letdown. It came out a little dry and had an odd aftertaste I couldn't quite place. You probably should get their pastrami sandwich/burger and the onion rings, so I'll be back to try those next time when I feel like having a pastrami sandwich. Solid neighborhood spot with real history behind it. Worth a visit for their pastrami or burgers, just maybe skip the pancakes.

He had great energy and so did everyone else and they really accommodate every customer request. I was waiting for my order for a couple minutes. I had gone to the bathroom before that neither here nor there but while I was waiting, someone asked for extra napkins to clean their table. He immediately told his kindly as his coworker "hey can you please go clean their table off? Not just handing them napkins he made sure it got handled properly. They really went to the moon and back. In-N-Out is still reasonably priced, I got a Flying Dutchman with an extra patty (I'll insert the cost) and they're still cost-efficient in the climate we're in in 2026. I appreciate that, especially in the neighborhood we're in. I praise them above so many other restaurants I've been to high brow, low brow, in-between they get it. They don't deflect, they don't act above their pay grade, and they take care of their customers. So shoutout to the Panorama City In-N-Out at the Plant Center. Xoxoxo
