I had a great experience at this Subway location this morning. I placed my online order for the Footlong Doritos Nachos with steak and a Footlong Oven Roasted Turkey and Ham sandwich. I chose this location because the nachos price was the cheapest here than other Subway near me, just be aware that each store decides what deals they want to accept and the price of things. I arrived to the place early and found parking easily because I came in the morning, if you come in there afternoon then it might be difficult because there limited parking here. My wife also wanted a chicken noodle soup so when I walked into the store, I ordered that separately but also told her I was there to pick up an online order. She was in the process of making my food already so I didn't have to wait long. The lady making my nachos made sure to add a decent amount of sauce and steak which I appreciated. She also filled up the soup cup all the way to the top so I got my money worth because it's the same price as my nachos. The nachos were delicious and my wife loved her chicken noodle soup. Waited way too long at a time when there was NO line. The worker was talking on the phone. After a while someone else came in and stood behind me. The worker continues on his phone call. I ultimately leave for El Pollo Loco next door. As I'm leaving with my food the guy who had been waiting behind me at Subway came in to order El Pollo Loco. The same guy was still on the phone!! I had a current coupon (expiring 4/5/25) for a $6.99 6-inch sandwich with chips and drink. After the sandwich was made, I was told that I had to pay $9.99 because a sandwich advertisement on the wall advertised the same "deal" for $9.99. The girl did not understand that the sandwich ordered had nothing to do with "the sandwich of the day" advertisement. She totally did not understand the purpose of a coupon. If this Subway doesn't want to take legitimate coupons, they should have a sign saying NO COUPONS! They should also hire people who can read English and can be trained to correctly interpret a simple coupon. She wasn't and couldn't. I walked out and back to the difficult-to-park in parking lot. Wanted to give no stars, but wouldn't accept review. Ordered sandwich online, Titan turkey,12 items included on sandwich. Picked up the order and took it hospital to eat, as I was having procedures done and needed to eat prior. 5 of the items were not on the sandwich at all, and the main item, Turkey had only 2 slices on a footlong. Tried calling store, was hung up on 3 times. Was unable to eat the sandwich, as it was basically lettuce and mayonaise, but could not return to store until evening, and the sandwich fell apart due to sogginess. When went the next day the employees stated that there was nothing they could do unless the sandwich was brought in and they could verify it. They said this was the Mgrs rule, and would not budge to either replace it or refund. I explained it was late, and the sandwich started to smell, so unable to bring it back. I asked to speak with Mgr, they said they didn't know when he would be there, possibly some time next week, not sure. He is not on premises. I guess if you are a loyal customer of 20 years or more, and never having a complaint prior, means nothing. I suggest if you order online or through the app, you need to open the sandwich before walking out, and check to make sure what you ordered is correct, or you are out of luck, no food or refund given. This is a 2.5 stars. I made an online order and arrived at the time designated to pick up. First problem of the bat was the 1 employee was attending someone that walked in and my order was not started. I had to stand in line as if I was ordering in person because once it was my turn I had to repeat my order!! If that wasn't bad enough, more customers walk in and without a mask! Nothing was said to such customers instead they were assisted by taking their order right next to mine! Why was the need to make an online order? Gross!! They handled food and the register with the same gloves and are rude when you bring it up to them. I was ordering subs and the employee went to touch the register and receipts with the gloves he was making the sub with and then proceed to come back continue to touch all the veggie with the same gloves. My bread looked like it was 3 days old, they didn't pack their turkey correctly so she made me pay extra for the regular amount I always get at other subways, she started touching all the bags and used the same glove to touch my sandwich when I refused to purchase the sandwich she made me buy it anyway and said she would call the police.. worst experience ever never will be back here again and don't recommend anyone ANYONE!!! I ordered the steak and cheese online yesterday. I asked for extra oil and extra vinegar. WhenI got there my food was ready , and when I took a bite the bread was hard and crusty .I actually was gonna take it back and tell them that they forgot to put steak in the sandwich because there was so little of it , I had to "look for it"it was enough just for a 6 inch and not the foot-long that I ordered. I think if I had ordered it fresh and they assembled it in front of me ,they probably would've put the correct amount of steak in my sandwich! This is probably the best Subway restaurant in town, the crew is extra friendly and fast. I am always warmly greeted and presented with the best service. The owner is always present and location extra clean. To be honest I never get a drink from a soda fountain, this is the only place that I dare to get a drink.
