HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Yes I agree with the other review. I had the same feeling. Very weird vibe in there. The guy kept telling on the phone that my order was done but when I go in there they tell me they are still working on it. I saw one customer after another go right past me. They don't like to do online orders or phone orders. I waited 30 minutes and still I did not get my order. This place has poor management. So I normally order #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak and they make it the way I like it. But today they didn't make it the way I like it on one side I had all the ingredients including the cheese and the other half they only had the meat and the bread it was missing everything else. Normally I like Jersey mikes. I'm just a tad annoyed that on Christmas Eve I called and asked for 5 Giant philly cheese steaks and I said NO ONIONS for all 5 of them. They were nice on the phone and it was a good pick up experience but unfortunately all 5 of the subs had onions and my family hates onions. I spent $91 after tipping them but I didn't check the subs so it was a disappointment that when my family was ready to have Christmas Eve dinner- I was the only one who would just eat it anyway but I couldn't convince my family to eat theirs. Came here tonight and spoke to Eddie who was beyond amazing. He made our sandwiches exactly the way we had wanted. Anytime I've been in here, he always seems to love what he does. Never have i not seen a smile which is so good to see in people. Sadly it doesn't happen many places anymore. Not only did he provide exactly what i wanted to eat, he talked to me about the charity they are raising money for. He listened to me talk about the non profit i run and had some great tips. I didn't feel like i was rushed, it seemed he really cared about what jersey mikes donates to. He had such great things to say about the owner as well. What a great company. The prices are high, but the quality and personalities are too. Too much of the world is in a hurry and often get sloppy, i did not see that at all here. Twice now I have had issues with this jersey mikes. My bf and I frequent jersey mikes all over so cal since it's our fav spot for a Philly cheesesteaks. But last week I order online at 830, and when I get there at 845, the doors are locked and no one's around. Just loud music playing. Since I already paid for my order, I knock on the door and patiently wait there. They close at 9 not 845. Finally at 910 someone comes to the door and they give me my sandwich.. Your hours say you close at 9, not 845. But I give them a break since I'm in the food industry as well, I get it. Things happen. But then I call tonight, relatively close to closing at 845. They tell me it's too late for pick up. I tell them was already in the shopping center but wanted to give them extra time to make it so they had time to clean up for closing. They have an employee making sandwiches without wearing a mask. When I asked why she told me she doesn't have to wear a mask because she's been vaccinated. I told her still she's preparing food! I mean just because you're vaccinated doesn't mean you won't get a breakthrough infection, and pass it on to others. I came with my boyfriend to the store this early morning today. This is my first time here, and the guys make my experience beyond wonderful. When I came in, they were doing a big order but still very attentive to us. They were supper sweet and nice. Some of the worse customer service I have experienced. First I went to order lunch for just me and Joseph (the so called manager) mistakenly made two. So knowing that it wasn't a big deal I opted to just take both. Then when he charged me he kept asking me to insert my card for payment which I felt was wrong and checked my bank account right on the spot and let him know i had already been charged. He insisted that it did not go through and charged again. The next day I was right when I check my statement, combined I was charged almost 70.00 for just wanting a sandwich. I called the store and spoke to Joseph and he was non empathetic and insisted on my information again over the phone. I refused to provide it and went to store instead to witness what he was going to do. He tried to explain how they didn't charge me but prof was in my account that they did. He rudely issued a refund for one of the transactions but never apologized for the trouble or even acknowledged that he was wrong. Lost my business for good. Don't get the mini (5") or the large (14-15")...it's a texture thing for the bread...and the regular is perfect (7" / $7.95).. What don't I like? ----------------------- Anything with ham on it. Very nice service and my husband loves the big kahuna cheese steak which is why we stopped here. I have eaten here in the past and there are just not really many veggie options, so I usually pass. Also the prices are pretty high, his will run him about $14 but then again is usually enough for two meals or enough to not be hungry again for the rest of the day. I am writing this review based on the stellar service, particularly from Kevin. I was so impressed by this person's character and any business would be beyond lucky to have him. He actually comes off as he genuinely cares, and I think this is increasingly rare in this world -- he is a breath of fresh air and truly blew me away with his service and care. I am visiting and my friend wanted to eat there. I am vegan and the store has little to offer in the way of vegan options. I asked what could be done for someone who is vegan and words can't describe how attentive and caring he was during the whole process. He made suggestions, took notes amidst kind chat and assurances that weren't even asked for, and then at the end, he even double checked, asking the person who cooked it, again without my asking, "You didn't put cheese on it, did you?" These types of people really should be recognized and I hope he is. We go through days full of people trying to get through the hum drum, collect their measly checks and go home. And nobody can blame them -- things are hard these days. But it makes people like Kevin even more of a rarity and I really hope his display of exceptional character is rewarded. read more

I called the restaurant to let them know and instead of being accommodating, they said there was nothing they could do to help. I was allergic to many of the ingredients in the mixed up order and thought they would be more willing to help but they were not. Disappointing - I will not be back to this location. Today, my buddy and I went here for the first time. The sandwiches are a little bit more price wise than Subway but way better in quality and freshness. I had the regular sized Philadelphia sandwich and my buddy had the vegetarian regular sized and for a couple of bucks more you get a drink and a bag of chips... they have Jalapeno chips... these are to die for and sooo good.. The lemonade and ice tea here was awesome and and if you are a first time customer they give you a free cookie... The staff was great and well trained and for young adults they are very well spoken and polite and "engaging".... The owner has done well developing these young people who work in his store. The idea for the cookie is a great idea but they should do that for all patrons...just a thought... I'll be back and they have a reward program that is tied with your cell number. I've been to many locations due to this amazing sandwich, but today's experience was rough. Sandwich was good as usual, but the cleanliness of this location was awful. The restroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, most of the tables were dirty, chairs pulled out from them, and crumbs all over the floor. Normally I wouldn't care about the dirty tables but when I'm the only one in the restaurant on a dead Thursday afternoon, not cool. It was a warm sunny Sunday. After putting together some furniture in the nursery, there was one thing I craved, a BLT. I just couldn't get it out of my head. The possibilities of flavor. After doing some research on nearby sand which shops, we landed on jersey mikes. Oh the glory of the drive, knowing my cravings would be filled soon. We were greeted by 3 strapping young lads who were eager to take our order and please me the best they could. After finally getting my made to order sandwich, I came home, put on my show, bit into the sub and BOOM, miracle whip. What a disappointment. This place is amazing, I came here with my girlfriend to get my birthday sub but had an issue. I had never gotten the email or text to claim it, but I had an ID with my bday on it and Emily said that was perfectly fine since I was part of their rewards program. Emily made a delicious Grilled Pastrami Reuben and I ate every bite. Very friendly staff overall, and she was even training someone on the register while helping me and making my order. This is now my favorite sandwich spot. As I was eating I also watched them deal with some... difficult customers, and they handled it very professionally and kept their smile and friendly demeanor. The melted cheese, soft bread, and grilled onions all complimented each other very well. I couldn't put the sub down LOL. However, one thing I didn't like was the meat. I really enjoy Jersey mikes on a hot summer day for lunch or dinner! The bread is crisp yet inner is so soft and fresh, they slice the meat and cheese right there, and if you get your sub, "Mikes Way" it gives it that classic Sub twist!!! That is fresh Lettuce, Tomatos, Onions(if your not on a date lol) , with a really tasty red wine vinegar and a very light and tasty Olive oil. Then they put there own oregano, salt and pepper! You can request no mayo(that's what I prefer) and get mustard or "pepper relish" on the bread in stead. Regardless, sure beats Subway and the Sandwhich is not soggy nor dry. Also they have healthy alternatives like Turkey, Veggie, etc. Now, I know all you philly people will think I'm crazy, but there Philly Cheese steak is the BOMB!!! They make it fresh on the grill with onions, peppers, etc. and I know it should be on white bread but I love it on their wheat bread!!!! You can also ask for marinara/meat sauce on it or on the side to dip it in... I don't really care to eat there so I always get it to go. The staff is super friendly and respectful and are appreciated for my business me I like that... The only thing that bugs me is if I pay w/my card it asks if you wanna give a tip. I feel on the spot and don't care to much for that.. But.. The Subs and the friendliness is worth it... Try it out if you haven't!!
