I'll start by saying I love Jersey Mike's and have been a customer for years, but this location does not live up to the standards for me. I work nearby and come to this location for lunch occasionally. This was my second and final visit to this location. Both times I've been here, something has gotten terribly screwed up with my order. The employees are talking to one another, completely distracted and not focusing on the customers. The first time, I'd placed an order on DoorDash for pickup. When I got here, they told me they had no record of my order. No one offered any assistance, leaving me standing at the counter confused on what to do next. Only having a half hour for lunch, I bit the bullet, stood in line and reordered my meal. As I was about to check out and pay (again), an employee found my order ticket and I avoided paying double. But not sure how it was missed completely. Today's visit just sealed the deal for me. I didn't order ahead (trying to avoid another mixup), and ordered in person. The employee asked me what I'd like and I gave her my order (1 regular sub). She made the wrong thing and when another employee stepped in to finish the order, I had to ask him to start over with what I actually ordered. There are at least 5-6 places I could grab a sandwich within a block of where I work, so I won't ever come back to this location again. I won't let them screw up my lunch break for a third time. Was waiting for a Dr Appt and decided to stop here for some lunch. I used the App in case there were any offers I shouldn't pass up, but since it was my first time using it, nothing popped up. I ordered a hot chicken sandwich with chips and soda. The app said it would be ready in 30 minutes, which I thought was a little long so decided to wait 15 minutes before seeing it was ready. Well, it was ready right when I entered the place so it made me wonder how long it was sitting there. So lesson learned, don't trust the app, especially if they aren't busy. I was waiting in my car for the text to tell me I could see the Dr (gotta love Urgent Care) and the first thing I noticed was how messy the bread was. That was a little annoying. Had to get out of the car to rub the crumbs off my shirt. Otherwise, the sandwich was good. I had Lays Potato Chips in my bag and didn't even know if there were other options. I prefer Sun Chips if available, but I don't remember the app offering me a choice. No biggie though. I did fill my own drink. I totally prefer Coke over Pepsi, but I'll take what can I get that's diet. They did have Subborn Rootbeer which I like, but didn't need the calories as the sandwich/chips was already enough. read more

This was the worst Jersey Mike's experience I've ever had. I ordered a bottle of Starry soda and was given an expired drink. When I informed the manager and asked for a refund, she responded with a bad attitude and very poor customer service. She clearly didn't know how to properly approach or handle a customer. My son had already taken a sip of the expired drink, so before leaving, I checked other Starry bottles in the store. I was shocked to find that all of them were expired. I told the staff they needed to remove those drinks immediately before someone else consumed them.The manager took an extremely long time to process the refund. Eventually, I told her it was okay and that I didn't need the refund anymore I just wanted them to get rid of the expired drinks so no one else would be affected. When I was walking out, she didn't even apologize or say a single word. read more

Jersey Mike's is a consistent sandwich shop. I've eaten at quite a few locations and find the sandwiches to be very similar no matter where I'm at. The kids working the counter are generally polite and upbeat. They make your sandwich right in front of you so you know it hasn't been sitting around. Ambiance is about what you would expect, clean, tables and chairs, brightly lit, and decidedly casual. Good sandwiches at reasonable prices. read more

Wow! Really really disappointed. One of my favorite sandwich places just dropped the ball in a major way. Spoke to the general manager, Angel C, I explained to him I've been coming to Jersey Mike's for quite some time. And this is the first time that I ever had really stale bread. I mean, stale crusty bread. He exclaimed that the bread was made fresh in the morning mind you it's only 2 o'clock in the afternoon. I said it doesn't taste like the bread was made this morning. First I would like to start by staying this location is by far the best one I have come across. I'm not talking about their food. I'm pretty sure it's good. I would like to mention the customer service is outstanding! For two mayor reasons! First one: I'm a delivery driver for Doordash and Grubhub. This location is always on it. They are well organized and it's easy to get in and out right away. The second: I had an early Valentine's dinner at Chills next door. As my boyfriend and I are seating their outdoor seating. A homeless guy walks in the side walk of the business and a young man came out of "jersey mike" and offered him a sandwich. The homeless man past on the great gesture and his actions gave me chills. It could be because I had couple of the $5 margaritas but I had to know this employee names name. Please let the associate Mario that I'm extremely impressed by his actions. That right there is rare. When I used to work at a restaurant I got written up for giving food to a homeless. I still did it anyways. Lets hope this company isn't like that. ;) Great job Mario!! I went by Jersey Mikes in Yorba Linda on Sunday to order 4 sandwiches for Monday pick up. Upon picking them up Monday morning, I grabbed 4 chips and 4 waters. As he was bagging everything, I asked for a bag with handles since I had to carry into an office but was told I couldn't have one they are only for Door Dash, what?! I just paid $55 for lunch and I can't have a bag with handles, you're kidding me right, nope.... I've been to multiple jersey mikes locations maybe over 30 times, but when I walked inside last week the place smelled like a stink dish rag. I noticed the counter where they made the sandwiches was not squeegeed off and no other customers before me. I told the worker and he was not concerned, just said they always are wiping stuff down. I know they slice multiple meats at one time on one slicer, but I wonder how clean can they really keep the sandwich making platform. When I left the store, I was going to give them 3 at best. But then I reflected on the service I received. 1. The food was exactly as ordered (on line) complete with names on each sandwich so we didn't have to guess ++. 2. Yes my order want even started before I arrived a bit after the pickup time. (Order placed an hour prior to arrival). But the store was SLAMMED. And I could see everybody working hard. 3. Cashier could have greeted the P/U customers much more quickly and with a more authoritative voice. Did not give me a good feeling she was in control. Manager finally got involved with the activity for the P/U orders (more people arriving without anything ready). She acknowledged the problem, staff offered me a free Soda for the delay. Then gave me a coupon for a free sandwich. Manager offered more compensation for the delay (declined). Because they were so slammed I still got my order faster then if I had waited in line. 1. Need to better schedule (identify with large times on the tickets?) when the P/U orders are due so they can be slid into the production line. 2. Manager sometimes need to step back and manage the store instead of working at the line to help out. And the sandwiches were good and well put together. read more

This is the Best Jersey Mikes! I order Jersey Mikes quite frequently and have ordered online from them all over including other states. This Jersey Mikes follows my "special requests " including asking for light lettuce for my 90 year old dad who has a hard time eating his sandwich ( but he still loves it). They label the sandwiches by name which I include on my online order. Just that alone makes it so easy to know who gets what sandwich without trying to open up each one and see. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I ordered online and waited outside for my food to be ready. When the app told me to go in I did. The worker asked if was there for pickup. I replied yes, told them my name. Then he caims my order was already picked up by a driver. Wtf. I ordered for pick up. So of course I'm getting upset that he gave away my food. He continues to tell me to call my driver to bring the order back. What driver?!! It took 3 times of me telling him that I ordered pick up and I'm here now, when the app told me to. So then he's telling me he'll just make it again in an irritated voice. Who ever manages here tell your workers to always check pickup orders on the person's phones before handing food out. I recently went to Jersey Mikes as I had never eaten at one and wanted to experience one of their sandwiches. The food and atmosphere was fine, but the cost will keep me from ever trying another store again. The price for two Club Supremes, two small chips and two drinks came to approximately $26.00. The size was not even large enough to fill us up. The $2.00 off coupon I had unfortunately had expired the day before, so they said they couldn't accept it. I think in his mind he did not think you would reject my money. But, you did and it is your right. But, if you don't take anything over a $20 bill, please put a sign at the door. This will save everybody lots of time and you some food. BTW, a tank of gas is almost $100 now days and we are in Yorba Linda. Love Jersey Mike's, won't be going to this location anymore. Parked our car by the store with my family tonight at 7pm, was confronted by "Mika" coming out of the store. We were told not to park our car there, as the spots by the store were reserved for Jersey Mike's only and belonged to the store. We indicated that there was no signage confirming his claim. He continued to argue that the parking spots all belonged to Jersey Mike's and started to raise his voice to us. Mind you, the whole shopping center was somewhat empty on a Sunday night, plenty of parking everywhere. We asked for the store manager's name and were told that he was it.
