Tried to order with a 40% off promo and it didn't process. Asked the employee to see if there was anything that could be done. She was unhelpful, did not provide even a number to call, & said there is no supervisor there. The sandwich had even been made yet, so that made it even more frustrating that I had to watch her make it in spite of my complaint. I gave this place one star because of the bug and before I noticed this I asked about the deal and he said it's only available online and I tried to order and the website was down for some unknown reason. I was hoping he would help me out but he stated he has a 1000 sandwich to get through and couldn't assist. Which at that point just have more people on shift. We had the weirdest experience today. I sent my son into the store to pick up our order and the associate cut off part of the cookie that he said was burned. I feel like the right thing to do would be to provide a different/whole cookie but apparently that's too much to ask. When I called to ask about it Zane was very rude and refused to refund me. I'll give them the one star because customer service was good. But that's all they get. The restaurant as a whole was disgusting and unsanitary. I used the restroom before standing in line to order, and that's where I saw a urine stained toilet seat, messy floors, busted soap dispenser, grimey sink and possible mold build up on the wall (as seen in pictures). Upon leaving the restroom I walked up to order and I notice the hand washing station behind the counter is in the same upkeep as the restroom.. the food station where the food was served was probably the only clean area I saw. The drink station was covered in, what I assume, build up of dried soda scum and dirt. Eat here at your own risk because my wife has had diarrhea since eating her 6-inch sub earlier.. read more

I am only giving this 5 stars to commend the employees cause they're awesome and always do a great job. However subways corporate you guys are F***ing out of your minds. I don't know who was working here yesterday 1/18/24 around 6:00 PM but their wrapping and sandwich making skills was a work of art lol. I've never seen it wrapped so nicely and packed so well. This place is disgusting. Came here this evening for three sandwiches and as they were making my sandwiches and I looked around I noticed how dirty this restaurant is. The employees themselves are very rude, as well. You can tell I one is keeping it clean. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and I couldn't do that because the restroom looks like a mechanic had washed their hands in it. You'd probably get more dirty washing your hands and stepping into that restroom than how you came in. We ended up not eating sandwiches because we were so disgusted. read more

If we could give a negative rating on this, we probably would. It's just the value of what you get at Subway. It's been a long time since we've been there and we thought we'd give it a shot. Basically paid nine dollars for a 6 inch piece of bread. Cold cut sandwich has paper thin pieces of meat. Possibly the worst over priced, less than average sandwich I've ever purchased. I went to this subway during my 30-minute break to get lunch and was absolutely aggravated over the service. I'm first in line yet ignored so they could prioritize online orders they hadn't started working on and ended up making me wait/waste 20 of my 30 minutes to eat. Got 2 kids meals and was charged an extra fee for the milks and cookies, when the previous multiple times I was given a cookie in place of the toy (they don't ever have) and allowed to sub milk or juice box instead of fountain drink. I didn't receive the toy or extra fountain drinks that I technically paid for as well. Also was told I couldn't get flat bread for my kids meal. We bought 2 adult meals, so it's obvious I wasn't getting a kids meal for myself. Brought all of this to attention but was brushed off as it not being so. So we have always gone here. We never try another Subway nearby. The owner has always, always, always hired GREAT kids who are actually personable to adults :). Service was always great, and the sandwiches they built have always been very good--we never felt cheated. Ever. Last week we picked this Subway as our weekly support of a local restaurant during COVID. So sorry we did. Girl did not greet us, she never even tried to strike up a conversation, and most importantly our sandwiches were pitiful. That's the best way to describe them. Pitiful! We requested they be ready for a 6:15 pick up but it was clear they were made hours before that. Tuna amount was minuscule and the mayo was slathers and made the sandwich a mess. And I counted the lettuce pieces. Not even 10 tiny strands!!! Hubby had Turkey and Cheese. His was just as bad. Only two people were in the store so it's not like they were swamped. Very disappointing considering this WAS a good Subway. Can't say that anymore! To the Franchisee, you might want to get in there and provide some good leadership. During the pandemic most of not all stores have a sign saying, "no mask no service." Two customers walked in and instead of kicking them out immediately; he kindly offered to provide them masks. I've only started coming to this Subway about two months ago. Yet, they have been spot on with my mobile orders and their customer service is great. This review has to do with an employee called CHELSEA she has red hair the only rude employee at this location. today her attitude stunk. She put way too much mayonnaise on my sandwich I asked to please take some off and she rolled her eyes and upset. I want mayo but not a whole jar in my sandwich. This surprised me because all the employees at this location are super friendly and The manager Edgar is superb. Get some competent help..... we called three times to place an order to go and was placed on endless hold each time.... so I drove to the location stood in line for 15 min placed our order with very good helpers only to get to the register and be told by the cashier they could not break a $100.00 bill for my $26.00 order. It seems odd to review a chain restaurant, especially one as big as Subway, but this Subway is truly phenomenal! Ever since I moved to Yorba Linda, this has been my go-to sandwich spot. Simply put, I never get the feel I'm ever in a giant corporate fast food restaurant since the employees are amazing! I'm specifically a fan of Edgar and Christina -- the two of them are friendly and efficient, and they both have my pretty unique "usual" order more or less memorized to where I come in and they can start up my sandwich. The quality is like any other Subway, but it's the amazing employees at this location that make it worth the time to review! Keep up the good work guys!!! read more

Went to Subway at 7 o'clock on Sunday night to pick up a couple sandwiches for dinner. When it was my turn to place the order I asked the lady for two sandwiches on jalapeño cheese bread she responded back we only have white bread, at this time my only choice was white bread or leave . I asked the cashier why they advertise several type of bread's when you only have one white bread his response was we only cook enough to make it through the day very Poor customer service. maybe because nobody wants white bread.The staff did not give me any credit or offer free chips or cookies.When I got back home and ate the sandwich the white crunchy bread was like it was sitting there since they open the store in the morning. I really hope the management gets they acts together on this issue. For a few dollars more we will drive to the new jersey Mike's at Yorba Linda boulevard and Lakeview and have fresh bread of our choice. read more
