They made us a Fanceroni pizza for us. The crust was a normal crust and not caramelized. The pizza was supposed to have "over 100 pieces of pepperoni" and there was only 35. When I called to tell them the pizza was made incorrectly, the manager argued with me for 10 minutes telling me it doesn't come with a 100 pieces and that I must have ordered a different crust. She refused to make me a new pizza until she looked it up on line and saw that I was correct. I drove back and they still did not make the pizza with a caramelized crust and told me this is how the make it at their location. What??? They don't make the pizza like Little Ceasers advertise it?? With tax the price is consistently $7.53 all over Orange County California. The Owner tried to charge me $10.03... that's a 25% mark up. I read some of the reviews and was surprised that I didn't see that mentioned. I Don't know how the franchise operates but like I stated earlier, I've never been asked to pay more than $7.53. Can't say anything else about the location because I don't let fast food restaurant owners rip me off. Upon entering the store, I was served by an individual whose lack of attention to detail was evident from the start. I requested a "freshly made cheese pizza" along with garlic bread. While making my payment, to my dismay, I was handed a pizza that had been pre-made which was just sitting there. I kindly reiterated my preference to the gentleman for a "freshly made cheese pizza". He dismissively ignored my request and told me this is a fresh pizza. To my frustration, he put away the initial pizza and claimed that a new one had just come out of the oven after a mere two minutes. Skeptical, I observed the entire process and, unsurprisingly, the pizza was not freshly made. I took the pizza to my car, only to discover that it was neither hot nor fresh. Feeling misled, I returned to the store and requested a refund of $14.66. To my disbelief, the gentleman DID NOT discard the pizza but merely set it aside. Later, I noticed that he put the same pizza I had touched with my bare hands back into circulation for their next loyal customer. This lack of hygiene and disregard for customer satisfaction is completely unacceptable. Also, please note that the guy who makes the pizza DOES NOT WEAR GLOVES!!!! Frustrated and dissatisfied, I got my refund of $14.66 and I decided to try another Little Caesars location nearby. To my pleasant surprise, I received excellent, hassle-free service, and the "freshly made cheese pizza" I ordered was not only FRESH but also cost less at $11.68. This stark contrast in service and pricing emphasizes the incompetence of the Little Caesars at 1212 E. Yorba Linda Blvd (Please see my pictures for proof). I strongly advise others to AVOID this specific location. Save yourself the trouble and opt for another Little Caesars where ordering a simple pizza is hygienically made (with gloves) but hassle-free and more reasonably priced...FOR THE SAME THING!!!!
